08/11/2025: The food here so consistent. Breakfast is great and the selection is great to choose from. Its December 2017 and the service is fab The new Manager Nicole knows what great service is it comes natural. Bar Manager Dennis is sound Darren the barman is very professional. Christine great with customers gone Now Lovely girl A credit to the oldborough. 100% Nice selection of beers try the Devils Backbone. Food and service here is great. A great starting place. Let's not forget the chef and kitchen staff waitress and waiters. A nice friendly atmosphere here. Amy and all the guys Well done to all the staff. 08/11/2025: Very less staff on the counter always slow and they don’t care much if customers are waiting when food and drinks are ordered on the app they don’t even bring the drink on time all the ice gets melted and the drink doesn’t even taste good… very bad service

28/12/2025: Here for a friend's father's Funeral. Really nice pub and very friendly staff. Food was your run of the mill fair. Didn't try the Guinness as I was driving. Pint of coke with ice was €3.80 . So not too bad really

12/01/2026: The hotel itself is modern, clean, and visually impressive for the price. Rooms are spotless, beds are comfortable, and front office staff are friendly. Secure parking is available at €12 per day, which is acceptable and it's a very good parking with 24/7 CCTV ideal for a vehicle lover. However, the restaurant experience at Dinner was the negative part of our stay. The food quality was average at best, and the portion sizes were shockingly small for the prices charged. I ordered a Chicken Makhani curry that was meant to be served with rice. It arrived with roughly five small pieces of chicken and an insultingly small amount of rice (Handful). I wonder weather they wanted me to have the curry as a soup ? Chapathi was listed as an add-on but was barely a piece you could enjoy. When I asked for additional rice because the portion was clearly inadequate, I was charged an extra €3.80 for a small handful of plain boiled rice. My son was encouraged to order the two-course option for €8. We ordered a beef burger with skin-on chips, followed by a chocolate brownie with vanilla ice cream. The dessert never arrived. When inquired the service representative informed the kitchen is closed but said she will try , but stated not sure. Thinking I will not be charged, I said it ok.But was charged the full amount. We were told the kitchen was closed, despite having a confirmed reservation and being seated at 9:30 p.m. Why would they take a dinner reservation if they are closing the kitchen at 10.00 p.mband closing the billing ? We were informed we could not order anything additional because the bill had to be closed by 10:00 p.m. and the restaurant would shut. This is completely unacceptable and not what any guest should expect after making a reservation. Breakfast we booked are selves with the unlimited and rushed in by 9.00 a.m simply because we didn't want to be told the breakfast was over since we came at 10.00 a.m. But to be very frank the breakfast was very good. In summary, while the hotel itself is good, and would recommend for short or long stays, the restaurant service is very poor, poorly managed outside Breakfast hours and offers terrible value for money. I strongly do not recommend dining here under any circumstances other than breakfast.

05/12/2025: bros, where did you get that crazy 50+ blonde? every time i use the toilet i find her there cleaning. she screams and howls like crazy and curses everyone in ukrainian, you don't want to know what words come out of her mouth and how loud she screams. next time i'll film her and upload a video..

11/10/2025: Amazing service from our waitress, Sabrina Veríssimo. It was our first visit to the restaurant, and she was very patient explaining the dishes and very kind to our children.

11/10/2025: More interested in kicking us out than serving us. While we appreciate that the staff need to go home, being told the second you walk in at 8:45 they close at 10 then reminded every ten minutes is pretty poor tbh.

02/01/2026: Ate here recently for the 1st time, I will definitely be back, great food, one of the best Veggie Burgers I've had in a long time. The staff are really friendly and attentive, whilst the bar itself is really quaint and charming. Highly recommend if you are looking for a place for eat in Rush.
