07/12/2025: Incredible food and flawless service Seabank Bistro is simply fantastic. The food was delicious and perfectly prepared, but the service was also incredible—attentive, friendly, and professional. You can tell the team here really cares about what they do; the standard is just something else. A 5-star experience from start to finish.

11/10/2025: Amazing service from our waitress, Sabrina Veríssimo. It was our first visit to the restaurant, and she was very patient explaining the dishes and very kind to our children.

11/10/2025: More interested in kicking us out than serving us. While we appreciate that the staff need to go home, being told the second you walk in at 8:45 they close at 10 then reminded every ten minutes is pretty poor tbh.

01/02/2026: We ate and drank there several times. Almost everything was outstanding. Only the burger didn't quite measure up in quality and taste. Friendly staff and a great selection of beer and other drinks. Large parking lot behind the pub. I highly recommend it!

02/01/2026: Ate here recently for the 1st time, I will definitely be back, great food, one of the best Veggie Burgers I've had in a long time. The staff are really friendly and attentive, whilst the bar itself is really quaint and charming. Highly recommend if you are looking for a place for eat in Rush.

03/01/2026: Keep driving past. If you have to stop don't order the fish, not fresh. Soup was OK. Garlic mushrooms were over cooked. Nothing amazing.

11/12/2025: Dropped in for lunch here. I had a shepherds pie and my wife had chicken fajitas. Both were really poor. Hardly any chicken in the fajitas and served badly with a couple of cold tortillas on a plate. My shepherds pie was basically a bowl of gravy with meat but little or no mash on top, so it wasn’t really a shepherds pie. Overall really basic and much better choices elsewhere UPDATE: The owner Jackie asked me to call her and we had a good chat. She had reviewed CCTV and agreed standard of food was poor and apologised which was good at least and seemed like she was taking the comments on board positively. She did say that she would send us a voucher to visit again and see if it’s improved but never heard from them again.

19/11/2025: Solid spot for coffee. Always good craic and atmosphere. Evening wine bar is great for Donabate village!
