04/11/2025: Hi - I just wanted to say that your employee - Ionut- was THE best service I’ve ever had.
I was exhausted from travel. I had a canceled flight and was forced to spend the night in Dublin - it was my connection flight location (otherwise I would’ve loved to explore Dublin!
I was tired and discouraged. My waiter - Ionut was so quick and friendly - it changed my whole attitude. Thank you for hiring him - you are blessed with an amazing enployee!!

04/11/2025: Stayed for a night before flying out, staff were great- gave us a free upgrade when talking to them. Views from the 8th floor are great and have a full view of the airport. Very quiet other than it being close to the airport

09/11/2025: Overall a lovely restaurant with amazing staff and tasty food. We were looked after so well by everyone and thoroughly enjoyed our evening. Only comment is that the shared platter was overcooked. We cannot wait to come back
13/08/2025: I order for collection after reading some top review but got so much disappointed and I face rude behaviour by the staff. Even I think manager was near till and he was very aggressive. And food is below the quality. I will not recommend at all. Just waisted €55 for couple of things with that money, really expensive too. I couldn’t give one start even if I was able to comment here without star. Hi manager your food is here come and collect I am not eating at all. It spoiled my mood and this evening too.

27/08/2025: Cupcakes and Counting is an absolute gem in Swords! The coffee and matcha are always perfect, and I can never resist their heavenly strawberry cheesecake – it’s honestly one of the best I’ve ever had. Jay and Jenny are such wonderful people, and every time I visit I feel so welcomed and uplifted by their warmth and kindness. I also love how comfortable it feels to simply take a moment for myself here – whether I want to catch up on some work or just pause and breathe. This place isn’t just about amazing cakes and drinks, it’s about the atmosphere they’ve created – cozy, friendly, and full of heart. Highly recommended! 🌸✨

26/09/2025: Went out for quiet meal with hubby tonight. When I arrived I saw that there was a party of 10 which were quite loud. I asked at desk cd we be seated at other end and was quite flatly told no that because there is 2 of us we need sit at 2 seater. So we were taken to a table right beside this party. Now I generally don't complain as all out for good night but I couldn't hear a thing and by end of meal I had thumping headache.... but to make matters worse I look over to quieter area and they separated tables so couples cd sit there...I was absolutely disgusted.
I will not be back as felt we were treated really bad. We did ask cd we b moved but were told I don't know....

08/11/2025: Very less staff on the counter always slow and they don’t care much if customers are waiting when food and drinks are ordered on the app they don’t even bring the drink on time all the ice gets melted and the drink doesn’t even taste good… very bad service
