24/07/2026: Generous portions, food very solid with friendly, helpful and considerate staff who always look after us and our dietary requirements. Always a pleasure dealing with them.

28/06/2026: One of the worst meals I've had in a long time. We ordered several pasta dishes and pizzas, and everything was hugely overpriced for the quality. It felt more like a kebab takeaway than a proper Italian restaurant. The portions were enormous, but that's about the only positive. They seemed to rely on very cheap ingredients—huge amounts of pasta covered in what tasted like canned tomato sauce. The seafood pasta was especially disappointing. It came with smoked salmon, which completely overpowered the dish, and was drowned in a thick red tomato sauce. It was nothing like a proper seafood pasta. The pizza wasn't much better either. The dough was far too thick, and overall the quality didn't justify the high prices. I chose this restaurant because of its good reviews, but it was a complete disappointment. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

20/07/2026: Played a senior open today with 3 others. A fabulous course, great mixture of holes, challenging and in great condition! Very welcoming in pro shop.. 20 euro to play an open, great value! Will definitely return and well done Balbriggan Golf Club!

05/12/2025: Best pizza in Balbriggan area by a country mile. It’s the only place that uses fresh ingredients, and the customer service and delivery is second to none.

24/05/2026: Having lived in Brussels and France previously I’ve been lucky enough to experience many a wonderful bakery. Now having settled back home in Ireland I can safely say an Bácús Beag is my favourite bakery of all. Such wonderful quality sweet and savoury breads and pastries. The topped focaccia is my absolute favourite of their many delicious options 🙌

24/07/2026: Lovely Cafe in Skerries overlooking the South Beach and promenade in Skerries. Its located upstairs in Jerrys supermarket with gorgeous beach views and lovely food.l and friendly staff. Photo shows the turkey and ham stuffing sourdough sandwich and chips/ samad. Good prices too

04/07/2026: Seriously whst are burger king trying to pass as burgers now in Dublin airport. €6 for a double cheeseburger that was tiny and thrown together. Absolute worst I've ever set eyes on or eaten. Burger king never ever again. I'm done with you.

22/07/2026: We were pleased with our room. When we arrived self check-in told us our room wasn't ready but a desk agent was able to quickly assign a room for us and we settled in well. We had dinner at the Playwright Bar and enjoyed the the food & the restaurant itself. Great service from both our server and the manager. The shuttle was very efficient for us. We didn't have to call anyone or wait very long going to or from the hotel to the airport. Drivers were friendly and assisted with luggage.
