03/08/2025: We were visiting the castle and tried to come here for lunch. Although the waitresses and bartenders didn’t greet us (however saw us walk through to a table) and they weren’t busy at 1pm on a Sunday, we found a table and sat down. Waited for almost 10 minutes and no menus or drinks. I got up to ask for menus (a clue we needed our orders taken). A waitress hands me menus. I go back to our table and we decide on food (no drinks listed but we generally get the same thing). Still no one shows up. My husband says what do you want to do. I say give it a few more minutes and then we will go somewhere else. We waited and no one showed up. We got up and left. Again no comments from anyone. Worst service for a restaurant.

13/08/2025: I really liked the tiramisu—I recommend it 100%. Rodrigo, the waiter, was incredibly friendly, and we even stayed longer just to chat with him. The atmosphere was really nice, and I will certainly be back to try the pizza with my friends.

24/05/2025: I was here for a birthday party so it was packed. Everything was well organised and the staff were great. Bit of a nightmare to get out of skerries if you're having a drink.

01/07/2025: There is one golden rule when travelling: you eat where locals eat. It never fails. Courtyard Café has well-earned the straight five stars in its reviews: on the spot made food and snacks, great coffee and friendly atmosphere. So, do not hesitate and go to visit Sligo and, when there, go to Courtyard Café or viceversa.

14/06/2025: Courtyard Cafe is a lovely little spot with a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. I spent about €14 on a flat white and a homemade sandwich, both of which were fresh and tasty. The café has a bright, airy feel with plenty of natural light, making it a great place to sit and unwind. The staff were friendly and attentive without being intrusive, adding to the comfortable vibe. It’s a perfect spot for a casual catch-up or some quiet time with good food and coffee.

05/08/2025: Ordered 12 birthday cupcakes for my wife's birthday beautifully decorated. Was expensive because had to pay 10euro delivery online, couldn't find click and collect. But 10/10 recommend because they're worth it. We added our own candles and some dog decorations. Nearly 5 days after we got them and they're perfectly fresh. Really nice light fluffy sponge on the cupcakes. Definitely would get them again 🙏🏼🎂

19/07/2025: Thank you Michelle for wonderful professional and kind customer service this week. My son absolutely loved his cinamon buns for his birthday. I ordered the buns on Wednesday and they were ready for collection as promised. Very friendly chaps there this morning to help also. Defo be back.

22/06/2025: The best almond croissant in north county Dublin. Lovely staff, fantastic bread also and beautiful coffee. Id travel miles for the almond croissant alone 😂😍

30/06/2025: This Ashbourne pub is a great spot for a drink! The atmosphere is lively, and the staff is friendly. It's the perfect place to relax and enjoy a pint with friends.

15/08/2025: Had a tasty lunch here today. Chicken Satay starter followed by a Chicken red curry. Finished off with a delicious Eton Mess. Superb. Nice surroundings and a lookout to the coast and the yatchs. Not too busy, food is great as is the service. No hard decisions about coming here again.
