28/12/2025: I had a muffin and a latte while waiting for my flight, the muffin was lovely nothing to complain and about and the coffee was really good I was quite impressed. I was served by Charlotte very pleasant and chatty, really nice environment. Will be back again 👍🏻

14/02/2026: A lovely pub that's next to the Little Richards restaurant in Skerries and I was in this pub for the first time with my work colleagues/ friends and one thing I'd like to suggest to the management of the pub is getting TK red lemonade 1.25 Litres bottles in the pub as they have TK white lemonade for people who have it in their drinks as mixers and it would be great if the management gets the Red Lemomade in when they get stock from the wholesalers

26/07/2026: If you are lucky enough like we were to get a window seat on a beautiful sunny day, then, it's a lovely vista overlooking the sea and marina. The staff who served us we both polite and patient as we pondered the menu choices. We chose from the set and al a carte menu and although the portions were quite small, they were adequate when we added some sides. The dishes were fresh and well flavoured and helped along by a nice bottle of wine and based on four sharing the guide price would be between fifty to sixty euro per person. The atmosphere was nice and friendly and it's a popular choice so it was quite busy but we didn’t feel rushed. Yes, it will be on our list when we next visit this beautiful area. Malahide is a wonderful place to visit and has good travel connections to Dublin City using the DART Train Service. The town has a pedestrianised main street with a wide selection of bars etc. Definitely a great place to visit whether you arrive by yacht to its marina or by road or rail. 23/04/2026: Fabulous food. Really enjoyed it. Got the warm goats cheese salad and a portion of really nice chips. My friends got the special of the day, the vegetarian option- ravioli with garlic bread. Delicious! Waitress was really friendly, service was prompt.

24/07/2026: My favourite part of the day is my visit to the YD. Great coffee , lovely food and super friendly and efficient staff. A great option for walkers and cyclists and a great place to meet.

02/07/2026: The Cock Tavern is the architectural equivalent of a magic trick. From the street it looks like a perfectly ordinary neighborhood pub, but the moment you step inside, the place unfolds like a labyrinth designed by someone who refused to believe in straight lines. Every turn reveals another room, another bar, another cozy corner, and before long you’ve completely lost any sense of direction. It’s the sort of pub where you could swear you’ve explored the whole place, only to discover yet another doorway leading to another hidden space. The atmosphere is wonderfully old-school, with character packed into every inch of the building. It feels like generations have simply added another room whenever they ran out of space rather than ever considering a new building. The result is a glorious maze that somehow works perfectly. Even the men’s restroom deserves a mention. Complete with an old-fashioned trough urinal, it’s a little piece of pub history that’s becoming increasingly rare to find. Strange as it sounds, details like that add to the feeling that you’re experiencing a proper old pub that’s stayed true to itself instead of chasing modern trends. The service was friendly, the atmosphere was exactly what you’d hope for, and the whole place has the kind of charm that can’t be manufactured. The Cock Tavern isn’t just somewhere to grab a drink. It’s somewhere to explore. Every corner has its own personality, and every room feels like it has a hundred stories waiting to be told. Five stars for proving that you should never judge a pub by its frontage.

05/07/2026: The hotel was super clean, the breakfast buffet was the best we had on our trip. The air conditioner did not work in our family suite, so we were given fans the first night which helped; however, we did have to crack the windows. Also, the access to the family suites was only by multiple stairs passages which was inconvenient. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

28/05/2026: We were booked in to room 606 on the top floor of this hotel. When we entered the room we were met with an overwhelming wall of heat (approx 30 plus degrees C) We fiddled around the with air-con controls to no avail, even the max fan speed setting felt very underpowered and didn't cool the room at all. I ended up ringing reception and requesting a portable fan, which was brought up very promptly. The room didn't cool much during the night which made for an uncomfortable night's sleep. All things said, it's a lovely hotel. Breakfast was very fresh with a great selection to choose from and staff were very friendly. I understand the room is in a corner location with a nearly full glass facade, but on a hot day the room becomes almost unbearable to be in and just doesn't cool down enough My recommendation would be to install a stronger or more effective air-con unit
