08/05/2026: The food and service were brilliant, we were really impressed with the quality of both. The atmosphere is a little bit like a nice modern diner, and the seating is just a bit closer together than what is comfortable, especially in the section for tables of 2. It's not bad at all, it just doesn't match up with the food and the table service. I don't remember our waiter's name sadly, but he was excellent and his recommendations were perfect for us. The chicken wings for starter were delicious. Pizza for main was amazing, and the tagliatelle bolognese was beautiful. Jacket potato fries are worth a go as a side, extremely good chips 🤌🏻. I've read some reviews about the pizza being soggy, wet or saturated etc. If you want dry, identical slices that stay completely rigid as you eat them, go to Dominos or Four Star/Apache...this is authentic pizza that uses real ingredients. Yes it is more moist than a franchise pizza, but it is fresh, many times more tasty and doesn't wake you at 3am feeling like someone has rubbed sand in your eyes. The food is fresh, vibrant and authentic. And that puts Pomodorino at the top of the list in Swords.

29/03/2026: Came here with a friend and our kids. Some of the staff was hostile and unfriendly, gave us a table and then said the table has to be back soon if we are just having drinks. After complaining, was told that the new policy is 30 mins for drinks and 1 hour if you're having food. Absolute disgrace, very unwelcoming especially when you're out for a cuppa with your mammy friends and little kids. It'll be one thing if we were finished drinking our coffees but my friend was still drinking hers and the waiter came over and said he needs the table and he can put her coffee into a takeaway cup, considering there was lots of empty tables it was a joke. Even the tables next to us were shocked by the fact we were asked to leave while only coming in, and told us to just stay and not worry about what was said. Unfortunately we were just so disappointed, at that stage just wanted to leave. Awful service! Editing after owner reply: Male waiter knows exactly what incident this was. Please look at cameras on that day, and see that the issue was raised on the way out the front door to the male waiter (think he is the supervisor) in the cafe and he clearly said it is the restaurant policy to have 30 mins for coffees and 1 hour for food, and didn't apologise, just said if we want we can make a complaint to the owner. A bit late when we were already told to leave and also had a small baby with us, very inconvenient and horrible situation to be in. I wouldn't mind if the coffees were actually drank but when the waiter tells you to put it into a takeaway cup and go it's a different story. Only the man next to us said to stay and drink them (he was a customer) we would have left earlier.

05/12/2025: I love the hotel and I always stay here. Monique is a lovely staff and showed me the buffet. Raphaela is an amazing manager and I also have met the chef Lucas during my stay, amazing food and buffet service. Happy to be here again!!!

04/12/2025: What a huge disappointment. The room is the size of a closet. We stayed here twice before and the rooms were spacious and beautiful. Not so this time. And we checked in at 4 pm, so it's not like they ran out of decent rooms. The new kiosks weren't working right either.

28/11/2025: Best coffee both drinking and beans, they sell items you'll find hard to get elsewhere like Kerry hands made stem ginger and syrup, herbal tea, all manner of health foods, a big plus is they know what there talking about and it's so friendly the only downside is at certain times it's very busy.

19/05/2026: I would like to formally raise a complaint regarding the product and assistance I received about a bed I purchased from IKEA around two years ago. For quite some time now, the bed has been making a very loud noise every time someone moves on it, apparently coming from the frame or springs. The issue has progressively become worse and is now directly affecting my sleep and quality of life. Before contacting customer service, I carefully checked for any external causes — including removing everything stored underneath the bed — but the noise remains. It is clearly an issue with the bed structure itself. I was extremely disappointed to learn that the guarantee for a product like this is only one year, especially considering that this was not a cheap item and that a bed is expected to last for many years. Had I known that the support would be so limited after such a short period, I would have reconsidered my purchase. I have always associated IKEA with quality products and good customer support, so I honestly did not expect to be left without any assistance or solution for such a significant issue. I understand that the agent was simply following company policy, and I appreciate the polite service provided, but I would like this feedback to be passed on to the relevant team. It is very frustrating to invest in an essential piece of furniture expecting durability and receive no practical support when a clear quality issue arises. I sincerely hope IKEA reviews these policies and considers offering fairer support for customers facing durability problems with high-value, everyday products.

18/05/2026: Everything else good except cleaning. Lots of dust and bacteria around :( it’s not looking new , might be at least a month(s).

02/06/2026: Went to Camile Thai Kitchen Skerries with a group of friends for a birthday treat and had a fantastic experience. The food was excellent, with something for everyone. We especially enjoyed the Tandoori Chicken, naan bread, curry dishes, Pad Thai, Singapore Fried Rice, and the starters. The Tasting Platter, Gunpowder Fries, and Onion Bhaji were all delicious and perfect for sharing. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made the evening really enjoyable. Great food, great service, and a lovely atmosphere. We'll definitely be back!

23/04/2026: Fabulous food. Really enjoyed it. Got the warm goats cheese salad and a portion of really nice chips. My friends got the special of the day, the vegetarian option- ravioli with garlic bread. Delicious! Waitress was really friendly, service was prompt.

12/05/2026: The tall dark haired Irish girl who is working today is one of the rudest barista's I have ever come across. She practically threw my coffee at me today, which tasted like hot milk. She was also exceptionally rude at the weekend when she started become hostile and aggrieved because I simply asked a question about the loyalty card. Despite me accepting her answer, she continued to raise her voice at me over the counter in front of other customers. Having been a service staff member for many years, I am always polite, so I genuinely do not understand what this girl's problem is. I have been a regular customer of Cabana since they opened. I love their staff, coffee and treats and have always recommended them to everyone. This girl is consistently rude to me and i'm sick of it. You shouldn't be allowed to treat customers so poorly for no reason.

06/05/2026: Oh dear. 4 cyclists. I bought the scones. 26e for 4 scones. Great scones. Very big and tasty but that is a shocking price.

I used to really enjoy coming here, but it feels like the maintenance has slipped—the tables and outdoor chairs are in need of a deep clean and some repair. I also found the portions to be quite small for the cost, and the coffee lacked flavor. It’s a shame to see such a nice spot lose its spark; I hope the management takes a look at these details to bring the quality back up."

17/05/2026: First dinner back from the trip, very good food and even better service. I recommend any of the pizzas. Someone might say it's a bit pricey, but the quality-price ratio is perfect; you spend the same at a Telepizza and there's no comparison. The staff are super friendly and very attentive. Be mindful of the time, they close at 9:30 pm.
