19/06/2026: Staff cursed at us after founding a random bottle of alcohol, wasn’t ours screamed at us kicked a group of 7 of us out for no reason and was unnecessarily hostile and rude do not go here if you want to have a good night.

25/04/2026: We had a really great day today.The course was in first class condition the greens great.I have to say the ladies in golf shop were amazing so helpful and I would say so well trained. I would love to play the course again soon .

07/05/2026: It is a nice restaurant. The temperature is good, it's always warm. The food is fresh and the portions are nicely sized. It would be nice if one of the waitresses smiled more. Also, when eating burgers, it would be nice if they brought gloves. It would be cleaner and easier to consume.

13/07/2026: I have stayed in the Grand on many occasions, this time we booked through a third party website which was cheaper but we ended up in a very small bedroom. The Grand does many things well but the breakfast is one of the best parts about staying in this hotel, so pay the extra for breakfast and get a window seat and enjoy the view. Great location, especially when the weather is good like on this visit and if you get a chance go on Howth cliff walk,it's a great experience.

25/06/2026: Beautiful updated room, nice size bathroom. Writing desk, table with two chairs. Tea kettle and a fancy coffee maker. A fan was provided, which was needed because we were there during a hot 🔥 spell in June. The room was very hot and stuffy. Dinner and breakfast served in the restaurant overlooking the bay, just gorgeous. All the food was delicious. Great service throughout all the meals.

08/06/2026: A wonderful place to visit. Rosemary and staff very helpful and efficient. Wonderful freshly brewed coffees and snacks. In the square with lovely outside seating

20/08/2026: Jomin was excellent, it was clean and the food was delivered quickly.

18/08/2026: Complete chaos in the kitchen. Waiting time ok considering the number of guests. Whopper junior was cold and boring. Whopper double cheese was very dry and I don't think the bun had been toasted/warmed. It seemed cold and straight from the bag. Lousy meal

03/07/2026: such a gem in the village! friendliest staff and tastiest coffee! Refuse to buy a coffee machine as this is such a treat :)

26/04/2026: Was in there recently, not a cold day but not a particularly warm day either ,both back and front doors open i asked for the front door to be closed,the staff member closed the back door but not the front door through which a cool breeze was blowing, pity ,as this is normally a cosy spot .Also no paper towels in toilet,small, but an important point.Coffee was good.

19/07/2026: Did not expect much from an airport bar, but the halloumi and avocado sandwich was a great surprise.

05/07/2026: They advertise outside with screens that they're streaming Formula 1. So I went inside. One minute before the race started, I asked if it would be switched on. They said yes, they'd try. Ten minutes later! After the race started, an employee went to a TV and switched it over – without sound – no apology or anything. Quite cheeky – and absolutely unprofessional. 0/10

10/06/2026: If you've ever wanted to pay premium prices for cold, soggy, totally unseasoned scrambled eggs that taste of absolutely nothing, this is the spot for you. Bonus points: the toast wasn't even toasted. Save your wallet and your morning; nothing screams you’re going to holiday more than an expensive plate of soggy sadness.

14/07/2026: Was here for a private event, and was left disappointed. We were upstairs on the rooftop, and the heat was sickening. No fans or A/C in the middle of a heatwave, the poor staff. We sat outside in the only bit of shade for the duration of the day. The mocktails options were dreadful; only two on the menu! We don’t all drink. The food was awful. The fish was nearly undercooked and bland, the portions were tiny. Very disheartening to know how much it costs here compared to the competition in the area; this is definitely subpar I certainly won’t be back.

25/07/2026: On our little tour of Ireland one of our stays was in Swords. This restaurant was recommended and definitely did not let us down. The food was really nice and the service was brilliant. Big 👍 from me

20/07/2026: 3 stars because the prices are absolutely outrageous. €18.50 for a Diavola pizza… I've worked in many pizzerias throughout my life, and the most expensive pizza on the menu was one topped with Culatello di Zibello (one of the most prestigious cured meats in Italy), and it cost €18. Three supplì for €11 is also excessive, especially considering that in Rome and Milan you can easily pay much less. That said, we ended up paying €88 for one appetizer, three supplì, two pizzas (a Diavola and an 'Nduja pizza), two drinks, and two desserts. In my opinion, that's an unreasonable price for a pizzeria. It's more in line with what you'd expect to pay at a proper restaurant—especially if you had ordered a bottle of wine! 😂 ITALIAN TRANSLATION 3 stars because the prices are HUNTING €18.50 for a diavola...
