12/12/2025: Worst customer service I’ve ever come across. Cancelled our online order without telling us as they were “too busy.” Won’t be ordering again or visiting again.

30/11/2025: Huge thanks to the team at Little Richard’s. I had a tiny issue that needed sorting and they couldn’t have been more helpful. They took it seriously, fixed it quickly, and were genuinely super professional from start to finish. It’s rare to walk away from an issue feeling looked after, but that’s exactly how they made me feel. And their pizzas? Absolutely exceptional. A real treat every single time! Thanks so much again!

24/10/2025: Linda was great and really helpful however the cappuccino wouldn’t melt steel so was deemed too cold.

04/12/2025: My latest stay at the Clayton. It's always a treat, and this time I used the on-line check in. This was very efficient, but totally impersonal, so it's 9 not 10. I'd rather speak to a human being.

14/12/2025: A disappointing second visit. After a fabulous first visit, I booked The Gourmet Food Parlour in Swords again for brunch. Starting with the positives, this is a beautiful space, with lovely decor, ample parking outside and along the street and the food is absolutely gorgeous. However yesterday the service was poor. We gave our order and nobody came back to us until the end when the table was being cleared. We had to call staff to ask for a jug of water, for more drinks, and for the bill at the end. There were quite a few empty tables, so it wasn't as if it was just very busy and that there weren't enough staff. The cocktails are limited, and not tasty so I opted for a failsafe glass of prosecco after the first cocktail. My daughter had the tropical smoothie which tasted like a glass of coconut milk, this was removed from the bill. This was a frustrating visit and I would be hesitant about re-visiting again due to the poor service.

26/11/2025: The food is terrible, Pancakes were reheated in the microwave and weren't homemade, but for the price-they should be. I do Not recommend.

21/12/2025: The food is absolutely delicious, the location, interior and view is so warming and inviting. The staff are professional and friendly. I will definitely be coming back. I’m not someone who writes reviews but this place deserves one.

08/12/2025: Unfortunately they have cremated the bread. The pate crostini nothing I have imagined. Pate almost inexistent! Left the entire thing on the platter and the waiter never bothered to ask if there is anything wrong with that plate. Kind advice don’t decorate the bread with random things! For €14 I’ll prefer to have more generous quantity of pate that I get to put it on the bread myself! Price does not match the quality.

05/12/2025: I love the hotel and I always stay here. Monique is a lovely staff and showed me the buffet. Raphaela is an amazing manager and I also have met the chef Lucas during my stay, amazing food and buffet service. Happy to be here again!!!

04/12/2025: What a huge disappointment. The room is the size of a closet. We stayed here twice before and the rooms were spacious and beautiful. Not so this time. And we checked in at 4 pm, so it's not like they ran out of decent rooms. The new kiosks weren't working right either.

15/12/2025: Happened to stop in on the way home and was very impressed. Great food at very reasonable prices, and the staff were very friendly.

05/12/2025: Best pizza in Balbriggan area by a country mile. It’s the only place that uses fresh ingredients, and the customer service and delivery is second to none.

18/06/2025: Just passed this little diamond by and had a coffee/hot chocolate there with my partner. The staff is super friendly and charming, and the service is super fast. Also bought a pack of chocolate pralines - they are super delicious. If you have 20 minutes & the opportunity to go there: you won't regret it.

22/05/2025: After working in close proximity to this café for one and a half years, I failed to recognise its existence. Consequently, I visited the establishment. It is extraordinary; it is an ideal location to unwind and read a book. One thousand congratulations!

14/11/2025: Frequent customer here, took my little sister here for her birthday today. We sat upstairs and waited for over 30 minutes while the waitress came upstairs 4 or 5 times and ignored us, not even acknowledging we were there. Another group came in and were immediately warmly greeted and served their food within 5 minutes. When we left the waitress said ‘bye’ in a passive aggressive manner with a straight face, the only time she even looked at us. Overall I’m so disappointed and disheartened by this hostile experience as mollys has been a family favorite for years.

05/12/2025: Came here for a birthday dinner and had such an amazing experience at this restaurant. From the moment I walked in the atmosphere felt warm, inviting, and really well put together. The staff were attentive. they checked on us just the right amount and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was honestly the highlight. Every dish was fresh, full of flavour, and cooked perfectly. I especially loved how well seasoned everything was nothing felt bland or overdone. The portion sizes were generous but not too heavy, and everything came out at the perfect temperature.I also appreciated how clean and organised everything was. The tables, the serving area, and even the bathrooms were spotless and very fancy! The overall vibe was cosy but modern, making it perfect for both a casual meal or a little treat yourself night!

29/11/2025: Breakfast here very nice. Staff very attentive and efficient. Experierance ruined by a very ugly scene where a male manager made a female member of staff, who I saw working extremely hard , cry. Should not be happening . Our table had even commented on how efficient she was. Shame on him.
