26/10/2024: Such a lovely hidden gem, if only there were more places like this in Balbriggan. Best coffee in town, nicest sandwiches. 10/10 recommended.

24/10/2024: The food was incredible and the coffee was delicious! Really warm and cosy and huge portions!

20/10/2024: We had the early bird set menu ! It didn't disappoint.. 3 Courses for €26ea I have eaten here before Christmas last and can't fault it. There was a great buzz about the place and the service was equally great. The restaurant is situated in the basement, The decor is sharp with comfy seating and nice table settings. My only quibble was that we were seated next to the front exterior wall and there was a cold draught running down behind me. I know that the weather was near freezing outside but it was uncomfortable for me ! Otherwise it was fantastic as always .. 4th time to eat there...

27/09/2024: "You advertised an all-evening early bird menu on your website. But when we went to order the 2 courses, we were told that no longer applied. I found this totally unacceptable, as it is false advertising. We were told it had been changed to just from 18.00 to 19.00. Our booking was for 19.30. We would have come earlier if this had not been displayed on your website. And under the circumstances, I feel you should have honoured the 2 courses for 29.95 . The squid was pretty tasteless. Would have preferred less. Huge quantity. Would have been nicer to have a smaller portion, but with a nice light batter and some flavour. The Halibut was floating in oil. This was what my 80 year old mother ordered. She could not eat it. And we assumed it would be taken off the bill. It wasnt. But when I said I felt it was wrong to charge for something that was not eten, this was rectified. But really felt this should have been done, without me having to point it out. We had ordered a bottle of Malbec. I was halfway through my starter before we got it, and had asked twice where it was. The excuse was, they could not find it!!! Overall, a really disappointing night. Staff were friendly girls. But with little or no experience. So many much nicer place s in Malahide. We used to be regular patrons of Bon Apetpetit when Patsy Mc Guirk had it. And it was always spot on. NOt any more.

29/10/2024: Normally love this place, I've had lunch here a number times and have always left full and delighted. Breakfast today. Ordered kids pancakes, a giant cookie and Breakfast bap. The kids pancakes tasted funny. My daughter would bot eat them even when covered in maple syrup, I thought she was being silly until I tried them and they were disgusting. My eldest daughter got the giant cookie and was happy with her choice. I had the breakfast bap. The sausage and bacon was fine by themselves but the bap was a garlic bread of sorts and garlic bread first thing in the morning isn't my idea of Breakfast. Based on today I don't think I'd ever comeback for breakfast.

18/10/2024: A wonderful smell hits you as you walk in. Everything is delicious, especially their pain au cholocot and pear pastries. Great coffee too. Authentic French vibe, so quaint.

17/10/2024: An authentic, super delicious range of cakes and baked goods. Lovely to sit in the window and sip on a cappuccino in the morning. Friendly, welcoming staff *****

10/11/2024: We went here for an anniversary dinner with another couple. On entering we were quickly shown to our table . It was very busy and there was a great atmosphere. Our server was fantastic very funny and really made us feel welcome. The menu looked fantastic and we were really looking forward to our meal. I ordered pork belly wrap and a Striploin cooked rare. The pork belly was beautiful but TINY two pieces the size of the top of my thumb. The steak was so skinny that it was impossible to cook rare and get a sear . There was very little colour (flavour) on the outside and cooked over for my liking. The other dishes were also on the small size . Dessert for me was a lemon curd Panna cota lovely flavour but solid in texture to much gelatine. Overall we had a lovely evening cocktails were great and as mentioned atmosphere was fantastic but for the price we were charged €306.00 we were all underwhelmed with the food mainly down to portion size. I doubt we'll be back.

01/04/2024: Great selection of food. Only thing we were seated with heaters behind our seats and it got unbearable HOT. Everything else was brilliant.

31/03/2024: Great food, plenty of options. Very reasonable. The lunch menu with the avocado toast is a great choice. Huge bowl and very filling. Highly recommend.

06/09/2024: Superb food, and reasonably priced for what you're getting. The menu is less varied than most other Indian restaurants, but still broad enough. The duck Chettinad is out of this world

12/08/2024: This ice cream shop is a hidden gem! From the outside it may look small, but step inside and you'll find a surprisingly spacious interior with a fantastic selection of delicious ice creams, slushies and more. The prices are reasonable, and the place is impeccably clean. The two staff members who served us were incredibly welcoming, making the experience even more enjoyable. There are tables across the road where you can sit and savor your treats or coffee. It's definitely worth a visit to try something unique and support a local business instead of the usual big chains.
