28/06/2026: Lovely cafe but it’s not acceptable to not have a bathroom. Just sort it out! Any problems previously encountered can be mitigated by installing a coded door lock. Recommending people to go to another cafe down the street to use their bathroom is ridiculous.
16/03/2026: Rude staff and inconsistent pricing. Refill station don’t weigh the coffee properly and give you less than you pay for.

13/07/2026: From a taste and food quality perspective this is a very good Asian takeaway, the best in Swords IMHO.
However, a concerning trend over the past 1-2 years is the portion sizes have been shrinking drastically; I recently got Crispy Shredded Chicken King Do and the tray was barely 50% full with very little sauce - see attached!
06/04/2026: The 3in1 curry chips and fried rice was absolutely delicious!

17/08/2026: This area is like a food court, we bought food and sat on the side of this cafe’ the guy asked us not sit. There is no way anyone will know if certain seating in food court belong to any particular shop. Poor behaviour.
14/08/2026: I would give 5 stars for the quality of the coffee, but I’m lowering my rating because they didn’t blend my iced mocha. When I asked, they said they don’t have blending. Also, the loyalty card doesn’t work there.

04/08/2026: The service is absolutely lovely! I love the women who works there she looks so sweet and also is. We got a free can of drink with a free dip. Loved it. The chicken is so crunchy and nuggets taste so good. I loved it overall. This is gonna be me and my sister's new go-to spot!

24/06/2026: Ice cream is delicious but the staff are rude and unfriendly. The seating area also was closed at 6.50pm but shop open till 8pm. Seating area is very small so they definitely don’t need to close it over 1hr before shops close. Disappointing. Will be going to the Gem again from now on.
