25/09/2026: The burgers are actually not too bad with huge portions and the prices are reasonable. But the customer service can be very inconsistent. Some staff are friendly and helpful, while others lack basic professionalism and communication when dealing with customers. When you’re handling and serving people’s food, I think a certain level of professionalism should be expected (mirrors FOH and BOH). A bit more attention to how customers are spoken to and would make a big difference.

25/06/2026: I go here quite regularly after work. Not anymore On numerous occasions the girls behind the till are extremely rude I have gave them the benefit of the doubt in the past because English isnt their fist language. I was the only person waiting for food and the woman behind the till screams my order at me. I say yes that's me. She continues to shout my order at me. To which I reply "yes yes yes" And the woman serving me begins to mock me by saying "yes yes yes" in reply!! I know there is a language barrier here but this is simply rude. Maybe take a few lessons in manners please madam. Other than that the food is very average. So won't be back. Plenty of better quality chippys up the hill

26/09/2026: Chips were floppy and soggy, and stkae - we all know what fresh McDonald’s chips taste like- and this was not them . Got nuggets, over cooked/reheated

31/07/2026: Big Bones in Fisherman's Pie, Fresh Cod was Frozen, Eton Mess lives up to it's name, as it was a complete mess, cream & strawberries & "fresh cream" tasted synthetic. Beef Burger was the only positive. 2 wine glasses replaced 1 after the other with chips at the bottom of the glasses 🍷 €157.70 for that let down, won't be coming back.

31/08/2026: I went here on sunday and was just so shocked at how bad the place has gotten. The whole place was filthy, bins overflowing, food everywhere. They had run out of everything on the menu except for burgers and chips... there wasn't even any cheese left to put in the burgers? Took 20 minutes for an order of 2 burgers and 1 portion of chips. There were about 8 people behind the counter, all friendly and in great form, but just not doing any work. Ill attach the photos, it was so so so bad. My burger also had the outer skin of an onion in it which had the texture and consistency of plastic. You would genuinely be better off getting a sandwich from dunnes, this place is brutal

13/09/2026: The asian girl that was on this morning (13/09/2026) hadn’t a clue about cup sizes. I had ordered a Venti (large) iced caramel macchiato along with some other drinks. When I received my order my iced caramel macchiato was a grande (medium) (not the first time this happened). When going back in to say that the drink was the wrong size, she denied and claimed it was a large, (quite evident it was not as our other drinks were medium and it was the exact same as them). She quite clearly wasn’t bothered to create a new one with the right sizing. When you order something you’re expected to get what you paid for and not anything else! You pay extra for a large to receive a medium, with how expensive everything is nowadays you should be getting exactly what you paid for. Do better.

04/09/2026: Except for a few staff members, the overall service was very poor. One employee, who seemed to be in a senior position, had a very arrogant attitude when teaching or instructing others and created an uncomfortable atmosphere. Even as a customer watching the situation, I felt very uncomfortable.

05/05/2026: I went here for a meeting and got a latte and a croissant. First the good, the staff was very nice and the lady who took my order was smiling and helpful. The croissant was heated in the oven instead of the microwave and was lovely. The coffee however was extremely disappointing. The latte tasted like a mug of steamed milk a little of coffee flavouring mixed in with a spoon. It did not seem that the barista had touched my coffee. I knew there was a reason why I don’t visit Starbucks and the coffee today consolidated that! If coffee is the main selling point, I expect a latte to have coffee in it not to just have crossed paths with coffee on the journey to my table!

21/09/2026: Staff are consistently rude and the behaviour is appalling gossiping about customers behind the counter.

19/06/2026: One of the staff members was rude to two of my friends as they struggled reading some of the menu. I would not go there anymore.

27/08/2026: Disappointed in my latest visited. Specifically asked for no vinegar but they added it anyway. Next time I'm going to the Fingal Cafe

04/07/2026: The only negative thing I have to say is the cook behind the till was extremely rude. The other two Irish waitresses were so lovely they made up for the experience. There is a way to talk to someone with respect instead of barking an order. Food was nice despite the rude woman.

20/09/2026: Surprisingly tasty food! I was expecting a very average satay noodle salad with, but it was actually delicious and very satisfying. The tofu was very well marinated in really nice chilli oil, the satay sauce was really nice, and the leaves came with a very well-balanced dressing.
