01/06/2025: Always get a Roxy and they made my order wrong, well it was my fault they said Becuase I didn’t saying I didn’t want ketchup even tho it said no where about a sauce on the baguette. Your one of the phone was so rude. Don’t even bother ringing if your food wrong because they blame you. Never again after the way she spoke to me.

24/05/2025: Best chipper in Swords. Do not use Just eat, use the roxy app. It's significantly cheaper. Great chips, great burgers, best fish and chips, best kebabs. This place is the best.

16/05/2025: I gave 1 🌟 star for bad experience with the manager(supervisor). He definitely need to do some training again. Everything else (food , service and atmosphere) are acceptable.

12/05/2025: It’s your average McDonalds but located in a convenient place. If you are staying in a hotel nearby the airport, this is probably one of your only food options outside of your hotel or the airport terminal. The service was kind of slow and they forgot to add one item that we ordered. Relatively clean and accessible.

14/01/2025: Came here on the weekend with family they were super busy and staff was very busy especially on a weekend busy times , and i ordered 30 wings platter extra hot but there was no sauce on the wings and i didn’t get my two sides of rice but i got the one i paid extra for so i ordered 3 rice but got only 1 , service was slow the water machine was giving out dirty water, , next time i should come on less busy times because staff can’t get the orders right. Kids meals were delayed they had to eat my chicken wings until there food arrived, they should hire extra waiters for busy times

07/05/2025: Have to say it was the worst Chinese I've ever ordered from . Sauce is watered down no flavour very sweet . We ordered a few different main sauces all the same nobody was happy .

06/05/2025: Most vile curry i ever tasted! Special fried rice full of fat bits of meat. €10 for chicken balls had more batter than chicken. €6 delivery charge unreal Avoid this place its a rip off and food is 0/10

25/02/2025: First time at this place , a disgrace when it comes to staff, one of the staff was playing games on their phone while making the coffees and both where fighting throughout making the order, coffees were cold and over poured with coffee leaking on the tray, they had seen that but did not bother to do anything about it.

20/04/2025: Please don't make your customers uncomfortable for quilting them for 2 euro for charity, the coffee is expensive enough as it is.

17/04/2025: Disappointing Experience at Starbucks Belgard, Tallaght We had a very disappointing experience at this location recently. One of the managers or supervisors — a Romanian woman who seems to be in charge often — was noticeably rude and unprofessional, not only towards us as customers but also in how she interacted with staff. She was openly criticising a new employee in front of everyone while instructing her on how to prepare a hot chocolate. Rather than guiding her calmly, she came across as impatient and condescending, which made for an uncomfortable atmosphere. To make matters worse, when she stepped in to demonstrate, she spilled cream over the cup, made a mess, and still handed the drink to the customer without cleaning it or offering an apology. This level of service is unacceptable, especially from someone in a supervisory role. We understand everyone can have a bad day, but basic customer service and professionalism should always be a standard, particularly in a global brand like Starbucks.

29/05/2025: Just got 2 cod 2 chips an portion of onion rings. Cod batter you needed a jack hammer. Plus couldn't taste the fish. Chips not fully cooked. Onion rings swimming in oil. Not satisfied at all

27/05/2025: Frequent customer here! Staff are always so lovely and friendly. Pizza is the best around, it is super fresh and tasty, I never feel bad the next day after having a takeaway from here! 10/10 recommend the pizza!

09/03/2025: We had excellent service in the Superman's side yesterday from a really helpful server. I was with my brother who is autistic and was quite dysregulated at the time. The server came to out table and quietly made sure everything was just right for him. Fix the lift to the toilets and I'd give 5 stars!

01/04/2025: Only one star for the waitress who had the only smile of the evening. A very rude bartender/manager who seemed to have nothing to do with us. Terrible service and non-existent friendliness. Change jobs, sir, if you don't like contact with your customers.

12/04/2025: The food here has become inedible. Always either burnt, extremely greasy or flavourless. Used to be a regular that’s why it’s disappointing the money I’ve spent here. Quality of food has downgraded and even when it was edible was always problems taking over an hour, sometimes an hour and a half for delivery or messing up orders. Just horrible food and they don’t care what they’re serving so disappointing. Prices shocking but wouldn’t even be an issue if their food was actually edible

01/12/2024: Most unsustainable business I’ve been to in a long time. Deliberately ordered eat in to avoid take away cup waste. Asked for a glass of water for a child. We were given take away cups, plastic glass of water, and bang average coffee and hot chocolate. Appalling operation. Avoid

25/08/2024: The worst place you could go for a coffee. Drinks are exorbitantly expensive (even for Dublin!) for really average quality. The queue takes forever because they waste a load of time trying to sign everyone up to a loyalty programme. And on top of that the seating area is always a mess!
