27/03/2024: A nice place, food was well presented and tasty. Service was OK, it's a shame they missed the attention to detail. Toilets were not clean and the floor was extremely slippery. It was a little expensive compared to similar.

17/02/2024: Very rude and unprofessional staff. The young lad running the place behaved in a surly and almost aggressive way, giving me an uncomfortable stare-down when I went to the bar. With so many friendly and professionally run pubs in Dublin, there’s just no reason to go here. Avoid.

18/03/2024: Lovely place, warm and neat. Great pizza! I tried Ferguson's favourite speciality pizza and totally recommend. The entrance is kinda hidden in the back.

21/02/2024: An ok spot very popular for weekend nights out, gets cramped quickly but upstairs is nice, Drinks are very overpriced, ordered a jagerbomb and was only given a shot of straight jagermeister by this rude inconsiderate barman, Refused to pay 10 euro for that, Luckily the barmaids are nicer and do a good gin and tonic as well as some deals on shots, they are completely bipolar with ID some nights they will leave anyone in but yet they turned me and my friend who were over 20 away for no reason, bar staff are completely rude or completely nice it’s pure 50/50

18/02/2024: Literally love this place I've had two amazing nights here. The Red Hen signature cocktail is the best one I've ever had and the atmosphere is amazing everytime. A great spot.

04/11/2023: Arrived late in the evening and got a wonderful room. The fire was blazing in the lobby. The breakfast left nothing to be desired and was freshly prepared according to our wishes. The location with a view of the sea made our overnight stay a highlight. Gladly again

26/12/2023: Very friendly staff and high quality pottery. There are always some seconds with minor defects for sale if you are price conscious. Very hard to walk out empty handed with such nice pottery ware for all kitchen ware and lamps. Caveat : The cafeteria has been closed since COVID.

14/12/2023: 5 stars for the incredible customer service I experienced recently when I ordered a lampshade that didn't suit the lamp, only realised when it arrived. Returned and refunded, but Linda emailed asking for photos of our old and much-loved Inistioge pottery lamp. Then Mary made us a shade that is so perfect. We are so delighted with it. We have several Mulcahy lamps and shades, but will be back again!

03/03/2024: We walked in pretty late on a Saturday. We had some amazing food in a cozy yet lively atmosphere. Service was friendly, and we weren't rushed.

04/04/2024: Lovely hotel and staff very helpful. We had a late night check in and an early check out the next morning so didn't really get use of the services. Would have no hesitation of returning again.

30/03/2024: After before allocating five stars I experienced a problem, stopped by for a few pints on way home, half cut but knew what I was doing had 2 pints second pint put up a €20 & given change of a €10. Manager said he would check camera & said it was a €10. I know I gave him €20, so suggest everyone watch there change. Please check camera again March 29 2024, @ 20:00.

01/04/2024: There last Friday quite early and I asked the barman did he sell Bluemoon. He replied no. I then asked did he have any reccomendations or anything similar to it and he replied so abruptly and quickly NO. I very much doubt in a craft beer bar there was nothing similar as I've asked this numerous times IN THIS BAR and been given great reccomendations. Horrible customer service and no excuse so early on in the night and with me being pleasant, my friend paid and he was very polite to her. Complete lack of professionalism, leave your preferences at home when you are in work. I come here often when I get out but would not come back for this reason. He was the shorter guy with long hair #possiblesmallmansyndome ? The taller one seemed sound. Thumbs down for me though as its all about the customwr service ,from someone whos done years of customer faced and bar roles, outright uninstigated rudeness is not ok , especially with the prices people are paying these days 👎
