19/05/2025: Espantoso. El servicio era tan lento. Mi compañero tenía una pinta que era asqueroso. 20/04/2025: This is the best place in Cork for a group or Office party. It jas open space so in sunny days you can sit outside. The usual recommended timing for this is between 5pm to 11pm! Big chair arrangement, good food, good music and the crowd is just amazing here 😇 I been Deep South 4 times and every time there is something new! Live big screen for Football matches! Most recommended place from my sid3 in Cork!

08/10/2024: Favorite chip shop of mine over more than a decade of visiting Cork on occasion. With that said my last visit a few weeks ago ended up with them giving me the wrong order that I did not realize was the case until long away from the shop. Chicken supper instead of the Cod Supper that I ordered. It was still good but it sad that I didn't get one last Cod Supper before they shut down for good this past weekend.

04/05/2025: Sábado por la tarde, solo dos empleados detrás de la barra es una broma. Reservamos una mesa de seis, en cola en el bar a la orden. En un momento dado había 15 personas esperando para ordenar. El personal del bar parecía desinteresado y se saltó nuestro grupo varias veces. Terminó marchándose. Experiencia muy decepcionante ya que el lugar siempre fue genial.

14/04/2025: Nice seating, nice environment but the quality of the food is very poor, the Caesar salad has no taste, the nachos are very far from nachos, the wings are undercooked big disappointment with the kitchen, sorry

29/04/2025: Had an incredible stay at the Montenotte Hotel – easily one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in Ireland. The views over Cork are stunning, the design is chic and inviting, and every detail has clearly been thought through. A special shout-out to Erin, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable – so warm, helpful, and professional. She truly made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Can’t wait to return!

28/04/2025: What a beautiful hotel in the City of Cork! My wife and I had a lovely stay. We really enjoyed the grounds and pool. Everyone was incredibly hospitable. Ken at the door had great recommendations!

26/05/2025: The worst nachos I’ve ever eaten in my life also 5€ water. Not cool

25/05/2025: We waited over 40 minutes for a burger and some chicken wings, and the place wasn’t busy at all. No idea what took so long but would not recommend. Staff were nice but it was pretty annoying to look at them all just standing around when you’re left three quarters of an hour waiting on what you thought would be a quick bite. The service rating isn’t a reflection on the floor staff, it’s just for the slow kitchen. Such a shame because it ruined what would otherwise have been an enjoyable experience.

26/04/2025: No vale la pena el dinero estaba aquí para el almuerzo de hoy la comida era solo mediocre para un hotel de 5 estrellas... las patatas fritas eran comestibles todo lo que podía probar era el aceite que el aceite necesita ser cambiado también el té no podía beberlo el sabor del agua y se cobró más de 5 euros por el té no volverá

19/04/2025: Great food and top service! One of the best spots in Cork. Always very welcoming and nice setting too. I do think the menu could be expanded though, could add burger or pasta maybe.
