09/02/2025: We had a meal there 8 February 2025. Everything was fine until we ordered two glasses of wine and asked for the bill, after we paid another waitress told us to hurry up and leave as soon as possible as the table was booked for a second sitting due to arrive later. It was abrupt and bluntly done and no need as we were leaving anyway. It spoilt the experience. As once you paid and left a nice tip they wanted you gone.

29/01/2025: The seafood chowder is salty and so delicious! It tastes great when dipped in butter and bread. 3 euros per oyster. 6 pieces for 18 euros... A little expensive, but the taste is good :)

06/03/2025: Great warm welcome by the waitress when seated, loads of specials and daily roasts etc. simple and honest grub with great portions for the money. Good value, half roast lamb was great size. No issues splitting up the bills etc.

11/03/2025: I attended a wedding here last weekend and it was fantastic. The location, building, decor etc were beautiful and everything was carried out very smoothly. I'm prompted to write the review as I was so impressed by the meal service. The staff were very friendly and joyous, nothing was a bother. I'd like to mention Marcella and her colleague (memory fails me but, I think Katarina?). They waited our table throughout the meal and were superb. Thank you!

03/03/2025: I had a very disappointing experience at this spa in February 2025 and wanted to share my feedback to help others. Unfortunately, it’s simply not worth the money. I booked the Serenity Massage for three people and, after not receiving a confirmation email, called to follow up. Even then, I only received a text the day before confirming the time. As a result, we were unaware that swimwear was required to access the thermal pools and sauna, and we didn’t know how early we should arrive. Although we brought swimwear just in case, I wasn’t able to use the thermal facilities as I was called straight in for my massage. My family did, and they were quite underwhelmed. The sauna wasn’t hot, rubbish was left outside the sauna, one of the pools was out of order, and there was no lighting near the sauna after dark, making it difficult to navigate safely. The indoor areas were also uncomfortably cold. Unfortunately, the massage itself was the worst part. The therapist applied strong pressure to my throat area, which left me feeling unable to breathe momentarily. I felt uncomfortable and left feeling more stressed than when I arrived- something I’ve never experienced from a massage before. To top it off, when paying, the receptionist was curt and disinterested. No one asked how our experience was, and there seemed to be little care for guest feedback. I overheard staff saying that they hadn't received a break all shift so I presume management is to blame for this behavior. I reached out to management afterward and only received a generic, AI-generated email response (it's easy to spot Chat GPT formatting) offering 20% off a future visit. The presumption that I would return and spend even more money after such a bad experience was disappointing. For nearly €500, this was an incredibly poor experience. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

03/03/2025: The tastiest Polish dishes in Ireland! The only thing I would suggest is to mark the menu for vegetarian dishes... It would also be good if there was a vegetarian option in the dinner sets!

20/03/2025: Intimate space with lots of natural light and the lovely sounds of an open kitchen and pass with coffee bar and espresso machine whiring and moving about. The food is fresh and we'll thought out. The flavors and textures are clearly forward-thinking without being pretentious or "trying too hard." We had the Huevos Rancheros, Berry French Toast, Bacon French Toast, and the Smokey Royale. All were delicious. The smoked salmon with its delicious oils, paired nicely with the slightly acid avocado base on the toast and the lemon in the hollandaise. The Rancheros had a wonderful "western" flavor with very tender, not fatty, pork. The French Toast was pefect. Light and crisp with bright flavors.

09/03/2025: Este restaurante está a unos 15 minutos a las afueras de Midleton, en el campo. El edificio es moderno e impresionante con un montón de aparcamiento. Ambiente muy agradable y un montón de asientos. Aceptan walk ins pero como teníamos un grupo grande reservamos con antelación. La comida era deliciosa y adultos y niños por igual eran muy felices. El personal parece un poco por todo el lugar y necesitaba ser recordado un par de veces sobre nuestra orden de bebidas original. Buena relación calidad-precio. Podríamos recomendar honestamente todos los platos principales. ¡Todo el mundo realmente lo disfrutó y voy a estar soñando con la salsa en el pollo!

04/03/2025: Absolutamente magnífica comida - Corredor de la muerte / última calidad de comida. Tenía la hoja de plumas de la carne de res con zanahorias asadas y chirivías en una cama de campeón de la cebolla de primavera - para morir! El servicio de Patrick fue excepcional, un activo increíble para el establecimiento. Precios muy razonables y porciones muy generosas. Ambiente y ambiente era tan frío, gran ambiente y era increíblemente ocupado - aparentemente un martes promedio!

26/01/2025: Never again will I be going here! Had it a few months ago and it wasn't great! Gave it another go tonight. Got home my quarter pounder was pink and I had put my cheese and onion pie in the air fryer. Poison the parish he should rename the place.

04/03/2025: Absolutely wonderful. The food was fantastic, cooked to perfection. If I could give the service six stars I would. Beautifully decorated and nestled right beside the wonderful wild brook. We will most definitely be back, soon, I hope.

Kevin and the team are a special part of the community - always ready to greet you with a warm smile:) The deli food, catering, coffees, and cakes are all irresistible, and the kids love the ice cream and jellies! Thank you for being so amazing!

05/02/2025: Rooms were so big and well equipped. We ate at the hotels pub and the food was lovely and also very big portions. Plenty of choice at breakfast too. I would go back
