05/11/2024: We had a very short, but enjoyable stay at this beautiful hotel on Saturday the 2th of November. From start to finish our stay was great, from the company of our own group, to the excellent staff, amazing food, and comfortable and beautifully decorated rooms. I would highly recommend this hotel, and I hope to have the pleasure of staying in the future.

31/10/2024: Had a meal there recently..Food was good but a bit on the exspensive side considering the portion size..The desert was tiny.. Also had drinks at the bar and found the bar very exspensive also

28/10/2024: There is a clear prejudice towards the female toilets: girls need to line up in exactly the correct strict lines. Wheress the fellas can come and go as they please. There is even a bouner at the top of the toilet queue, who was extremely arrogant and unhelpful the particular night I was there. Everything else in Dwyer's was 10/10, I'd recommend the bathroom situation reorganised to the same level.

Food below average Staff especially the bar and servers are hopeless A family of 4 has breakfast 2 ppl get there breakfast the other 2 get there breakfast after the first 2 has eaten it . Toast given at the very end when no food left Slow lazy sloppy service all done with attitude The rooms are just above a maldron This hotel is getting by attacking itself to the fota wildlife park which is well worth avoiding. This is not a 5 start hotel .they have a man on reception 24 hrs who would never open a door for you .mind boggling. The pool u book in then go and the ignorant staff ignore you .At the pool there is like 3 ppl in it .makes no sense Never again Sub standard on every single thing Hallways so loud and noisy all night and from 7am . Try ring down to ask qs....nobody answers the phone .just can't get over this place. Shameful. The rooms are shabby and tired Huge tv and 70 percent off the channels don't work. The pool area has random ppl walking round in street clothes and runners walking around a pool .absolutely ridiculous Everyone on mobile phones and taking videos while ppl in the pool Disgraceful hotel

08/09/2024: 8 sept 2024 "I had a fantastic experience at Perrotts Garden Bistro in Hayfield hotel, thanks to Stanfer, the restaurant supervisor. His assistance and attentiveness truly made my visit memorable. The service at Hayfield was top-notch, and I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great dining experience and a delicious meal.

09/11/2024: Maybe it was just an off day in the kitchen.for the chef. Food received extremely disappointing. Probably will take some time to return again as a result..

01/11/2024: Just popped in to see if we could get a table without a booking so helpful. Fitted us in straight away before there busy time at 6pm. Food always lovely in there. And always so helpful.

30/10/2024: Everything was 10/10 as usual. Such an amazing choice of starters, mains and desserts that it's hard to choose but everything we got was so tasty and very good value. One of our favorite restaurants over the years and never disappoints.

05/11/2024: "Great food Friendly & efficient service" Myself and my family visited the Brook Inn for my Daughters Graduation dinner on Oct 30th .There was a group of 24. Service & food were excellent. and what a wonderful experience upon arrival ! Delicious food and service with a smile, plenty of options for Adults and kids to choose from. The staff made sure kids food was served first so adults could then eat meal with no issues. Barman Patrick was really friendly & so lovely & very accommodating.Service was fast for drinks & food We will definitely be returning to this lovely establishment. Read less

30/10/2024: Staff were super friendly and food was beautiful. Really big portions also. Highly recommend this place, It was very busy when we arrived and we had a booking as there was 14 of us. Probably best to make a reservation.

28/10/2024: We went for dinner yesterday, and although it wasn't our first time at this restaurant, it was the first time we were negatively surprised. Such a beautiful place, with delicious food and above-average prices, naturally leads to the expectation of top-notch service. We ordered a bottle of wine, and the staff member simply placed it on the table and walked away without opening or serving it. I’ve never had to open a bottle and serve myself in any restaurant. Another point to mention: as we were almost finishing our meal, eating, talking, and taking pauses (placing the cutlery in the break position, which indicates we were still eating), a staff member asked if they could clear the plates. This was a bit surprising, as the cutlery clearly indicated otherwise. Overall, the experience was great, but I’d suggest that for a restaurant with such a strong reputation, it would be beneficial to invest a bit more in staff training. Additionally, when the bill is requested, it would be more convenient to bring the card machine to the table, making the experience even smoother. But the food is absolutely delicious and we strongly recommend the Feather blade.
