21/12/2025: The Unicorn Restaurant was Fabulous! Staff were amazing, interior is impeccable and the decor is beautiful! The food was utterly gorgeous! I will definitely return. Can't wait!

21/12/2025: Daniel’s where to begin, one of the best culinary experiences to be had in Dublin and probably on the island of Ireland. Myself a food lover and regular restaurant dweller. I would call this place rare, As, in no matter what you order off the menu here, it will be excellent. Plenty on the menu to pick from far from bare bones here. The place itself very understated but has a cool old school vibe clean and well kept but is very quirky under closer examination. Wine lovers this is the place for you his pairing of wine to foods is nothing short of exceptional. You won’t find a better wine menu in Dublin. Overall Danial is a master craftsman in both food and wine and no mystery here it immediately becomes apparent from the get go, simple starters like the broth hits the tongue and it’s complex and superior. Nothing is an after thought here every ingredient and element have been very well thought out here years in the making. If I could give 100 stars I would. We ll be back and on a regular basis.

08/01/2026: A really good, nice pub with a huge selection of whiskey. We had a sandwich with fries which was perfectly filling for €10.

08/01/2026: Darkey Kelly’s is a fantastic Dublin pub that perfectly captures the spirit of the city. The food was good (although my burger had too much going on for my liking and was pretty messy but delicious none the less) with a varied selection of Irish and pub classics. There is live music every day to give it that authentic vibe and it’s not on the traditional tourist routes so the prices are competitive. Whether you’re popping in for a meal, a pint, or an evening of music, Darkey Kelly’s offers an authentic Dublin pub experience.

23/12/2025: We recently had reserved an area in Doheny and Nesbits for the afters of our Dublin registry office wedding during December. From booking and reserving the area with Aoibhinn she was very accommodating and communication was brilliant. Aoibhinn made the booking so seamless for us. On the day of our event we had Helen looking after us and she could not do enough for us. She’s amazing! The food, the atmosphere and the service was all fantastic.

03/01/2026: Great old Dublin pub, a must visit when in Dublin. Great atmosphere, excellent service and nice food at very good prices

01/01/2026: Nice bar with authentic old school features. Appreciated the lack of TV's and music. The Bar staff were indifferent at best and the vitamin G was just fine but not outstanding. Kitchen was closed so could not try the food, chef apparently is in "rehab"!

01/01/2026: Lads, lads, lads....what are yis at? Pint of Guinness couple of weeks ago was €5.95. Expensive when it's available in several establishments in Dublin for still under a fiver. But fair enough your in a premium location so have to fork it out. Fast forward to Diageo increasing their pint of Guinness by 12c, add on VAT brings it to 15c. That would mean the pint in Grogans should be €6.10 now. Terrible stuff. Anyway inflation is with us, such it up. Off I go up to the bar with my €6.10 in my pocket. "Pint of Guinness when your ready please" fast forward 2 mins. "There ya go sir, that'll be €6.40 please. Speechless. .......Just pure greed. Never again.

30/12/2025: I came here on a Saturday night to have a beer during my holiday in Dublin. Honestly I didn't find anything special in this pub: the place was packed so I had to go outside to have my beer. Prices are high but in line with other pubs in Dublin (7/8€ for a pint).

28/12/2025: Such a nice cute restaurant with delicious food and great service

20/12/2025: The food was mixed, fish and chips poor, special of venison not great, sole excellent, scallops excellent, starters excellent, bread stale . It was busy so perhaps kitchen was stressed. Great atmosphere and excellent service.

07/12/2025: Great food and super nice staff! I booked for my graduation dinner for 4 people about 3 weeks before. My sister flew in as a surprise so my boyfriend called them to modify the booking a bit after I booked but asked them not to send me an email about the modification. They were very helpful and eager to join in on the surprise.

10/01/2026: Extremely friendly and professional staff, lovely experience from the get go and food is unreal ! Have been twice now and would definitely go again ! We got the Kim cheese fries, kbbq burger, jalapeño burger and the fried pickles 10/10!!

06/01/2026: Went to The Palace after the recommendation from a bartender - which turned out to be a good one. It’s a great place to experience an authentic Irish pub which we did to the very end. Definitely worth to take down some pints there!
