13/01/2025: The premises is in a good location and a wide selection of drinks are on offer. However, the business is more of an expensive restaurant than a pub. There is no atmosphere. The proprietor has poor people skills and can be quite rude.

We went in to pick up a bottle of wine, an immediately was taken back to how shops/cares used to be.
Friendly staff, and the scone was really nice 👌 A1.
So good, went back the very next day. Scones are awesome!

changed their courtyard into a fairytale setting for us. The service food and the ambience is second to none. Thank you all for making our 'low key' day something very special.

But very frustrating with their opening times as iv arrived in a few times after checking opening times on google to find them closed when they say on google times they are open. Would cause a hesitation for me in future on making plans to go there as cannot be sure they will be open.
26/01/2025: Exquisite service today, I wish I caught the name of our server today, he was a ray of sunshine on a cold january day. Went above and beyond, singing happy birthday and presenting my mother with a brownie and ice cream. Food was delicious, the rosemary chips are lovely, burgers were delicious. The food is fantastic and the staff really make the place. Thank you!

04/01/2025: Waiter on the night was rude, spilt a glass of very expensive wine on the two tables pushed together, glass was on the ledge , wasn’t offered a top up and was told I should have been more careful!!!!
Food was delicious but the experience wasn’t great on that note won’t be going back , Raspberry and the Duck will keep getting our business in future
