09/08/2026: A fantastic place. Delicious food prepared in a relatively short time. The staff was also very friendly, smiling, helpful, but not overbearing. We went two days in a row – because we liked it that much. Once for lunch, once in the evening, on a weekend – and there was no problem getting a table. There were quite a few people, but the restaurant handled the service brilliantly. Thank you very much, best regards, and we'll definitely see you again (Blond trio from Poland – the carbonara and margherita team)

31/07/2026: I have been visiting Di Luca for some time now. When we went earlier in the summer, we had exceptionally good service which made our visit even more enjoyable. Thank you so much to Claudia, Miguel and Jose. The food was superb as usual

22/08/2026: We had a registry office wedding and Bar italia was able to serve a full 3 course meal for my 40 guests. David (the owner) was excellent to deal with and made sure the day went smoothly. He even printed out a menu with me and my husband's names on it which was such lovely gesture. The servers did not miss any beats and everything ran perfectly. The guests absolutely loved the food. I will book them again if I ever have to get married again! Thank you so much David and all the staff at Bar Italia.

05/08/2026: I gave this restaurant every opportunity to address my experience privately before posting this review, but after sending a detailed formal complaint to management, I never even received the courtesy of a reply. The experience itself was unacceptable. On a quiet evening, my partner and I were ignored on arrival, left waiting around 25 minutes for a table to be cleared, told to get our own menus, never received the tap water we requested, and after around 45 minutes nobody had even taken our order. We left without eating. What stayed with us most was not the delays, but how unwelcome and dismissed we were made to feel throughout the visit. It was the night before my partner's birthday, and what should have been a lovely evening ended with us leaving upset and unable to find anywhere else to eat. Poor service can happen, but what is far more disappointing is a business that doesn't even acknowledge a genuine complaint or have the decency to respond. The complete lack of accountability has left me with no confidence that customer feedback is taken seriously.

With the steady hands of sculptor (dough be his clay, the earth with which he moulds some meaning), Mario grasps the groundless strands of flailing existential despair and braids them, twirls them, spins them into something tangible, a meal to rest the beating heart, to give it abundance(!), a language of sensation, something to point to! Something to speak to and say: "in this, and with this I want to live! Amor Cibo! Let that be my love from now on! This shall be my constitution! That which fills my bones, my breast and pumping brain! With this meal I eat all that is necessary and beautiful, all that breaks its banks, all that sees beyond and overcomes! In leaps and nimble charm, in cheerful joyous motions I'll eat of this pizza and create myself anew! Mario! like a bee who has collected too much honey, you outpour your gleeful wealth, and for that I am thankful! Behold! Behold the coming of the new age! A nutrition! and a flourishing! A seemingly ceaseless undulation!" Alas This is the effect of a Bellagio pizza made by chef Mario. A life-affirming intoxication, a Dionysian revelry! An exhalation of unbroken effect! Most suitably paired with a bottle of white.

20/08/2026: I'm in Dublin for a trip, and tonight we wanted to try staying in and ordering pizza. By chance, we decided to try the Margherita (they ask for the size in inches). I ordered the 12-inch, which is the same size as our takeout pizza. I ordered through Just Eat and the service was super fast! I was biased, but I have to say, this pizza is absolutely worth trying! Very good! Well done!!!

19/08/2026: Everything was great although one of the waiters I believe his name was Saba would not stop talking about his love for anime he also would lower the tone of his voice and say “Uwu” after serving every dish great service apart from that

12/07/2026: Lovely food, drinks, desserts and service. Place is always very welcoming and usually not crowded, so you get a good meal in good atmosphere. I have been here in different days and times and never regret to go for. The cleanliness and presentation of the establishment are also a plus.
