02/04/2025: What a gem this place is! From the minute you walk in the door you'll be greeted by the incredibly warm and friendly staff. It's like you walked into a little part of Italy. The food and atmosphere are second to none and you'll be delighted with this little oasis that Monkstown has to offer! I look forward to my next visit already. Thank You Thats Amore.

21/05/2025: The restaurant had a very nice atmosphere and staff were all very friendly and accommodating šš»š it would be best to make reservation to make sure you have a seat as the restaurant is quite small.
The food overall is ok - we ordered Calamari & Veg Fritti, Arancini (these two were great and definitely recommend to everyone š)
We also ordered Rigatoni alla Amatriciana & Mushroom risotto. The pasta sauce was abit too sour but still ok if eating with the pancetta. The risotto was creamy and not too salty which was nice šš»
21/05/2025: I went today with a friend and everything was great, and both the guy and the girl who served us were very nice!

20/05/2025: Nice place, friendly staff. Personally I wasn't thrilled with the pizza, but here it's a matter of taste. I found the price of drinks high: ā¬9.90 for a glass of non-selected wine as well as ā¬14 for an aperitif are frankly too high.

14/05/2025: The Pinocchio Restaurant had excellent service and very friendly staff. The food, in my opinion, was good but not outstandingāaverage. The ambiance didn't appeal to me. I'd say it was a good restaurant, but nothing more. We had an antipasto platter for starters and I had spaghetti Bolognese for the main course; both were okay. My girlfriend had a pizza š and thought it was delicious š, but I didn't try it.

01/05/2025: Used to be my fav coffee place in Galway. However about a month ago, a member of staff threatened to smack me because I didn't "say anything" after she said thank you. I was alone with my daughter so I was keeping an eye on her and didn't notice the staff saying anything. Her colleague apologised for her, but I don't think threatening your customers is good service.

12/05/2025: I will give them 5 stars even they can improve some things. Food was excellent, home-made omlette, home-made beef burger, both really perfect. Sweets are not home-made but excellent as well and I highly recommend apply pie.
I appreciate they were honest to say that sweets are not home-made.
Lady who was serving food was super friendly, nice and kind. Even it was only us and we were not in any rush, we were wanting for drinks and food too long. This place could be better cleaned (table cloth and all around) but food was so good, and music was so nice, that we forgot other things.
10/05/2025: Cute little place, service was very nicer , delicious food. Cake was also good. They even delivered on the sunshine, but that might not be guaranteed.

19/05/2025: We were here for lunch, and even with a large stroller, it was no problem. We ordered buffalo mozzarella and tortellini with mushrooms. The food was an absolute explosion of flavor. The service was warm and friendly, and the atmosphere was incredibly cozy. Full marks, with conviction!
17/05/2025: We decided on our pre show reservation for this fantastic restaurant. Booking is essential. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Food is excellent.

28/04/2025: The service was good and the atmosphere is very intimate. We tried a great deal of the menu and I would recommend the burrata and the truffle ravioli. I even took a picture of the red wine āpasso del cardinaleā as it was one of the best I had in a while. The rest of the menu wasnāt for me, including the pistachio gnocchi, and I love everything with pistachios in it. Itās far from my favourite Italian in Dublin but it was decent. They accept walk ins :)

11/05/2025: Like come on letās be real. Iāve been eating DiFontaines since 2015. Whatever they did, the pizza now is just plain bad. Expensive and bad. You need to be really drunk to enjoy it. Itās just a money grab nowadays.
03/05/2025: Fast food pizza place. There is no real place to eat or sit at the restaurant. Bought 3 slices takeaway which costed ~19ā¬. I find this to be quite expensive. At least the pizza was fresh and tasty.
