28/02/2026: Amazing and AUTHENTIC italian food and ambiance, got so nostalgic from rome while being in this place. Giuseppe, Miguel y Jose were absolutely amazing. Had the pleasure of meeting the chef Klaudio and you can tell by the taste of the food how much passion is out into this place. Can’t miss it.

Bellagio

05/01/2026: Staff are incredibly vivacious and attentive. Food amazing.
03/01/2026: This is our “go to” in Terenure - we love the food and the service. Ricardo always makes us feel warm and welcome and we love the presentation and the food. We come all the way from Canada many times and never skip Bellagio in Terenure. I’d post a pic of one the dishes we had but cannot find that option here - Gracie mille, Bellagio!

Wood Fire Cafe
Dublin
04/02/2026: What an amazing experience and lovely food. Our server, Priya was out of this world, accommodating us with anything we needed. Overall experience was unreal, highly recommend.
02/02/2026: If you are a fan of authentic, artisanal pizza, look no further. You can taste the smoky depth that only a true wood-fired oven can provide and it's made to perfection. We also tried the sea food linguine pasta - seafood was incredibly fresh, portion was generous and the pasta tasted delicious!!
Undoubtedly one of the best Italian restaurants in Dublin and the pizza is a must try!! Will definitely visit again.

08/02/2026: I have never finished a pizza before.. ever..before tonight ! The pizza here is incredible! Freshly cooked with authentic toppings, no chain restaurant crap here. Options of 10 inch (I had) or 12 inch which Would be sharing. A very basic restaurant with a very special vibe , it’s like sitting in your granny’s 💗 basic menu but food cooked fresh and to perfection .. original paintings from his daughter adorn the walls … we will be back!
06/02/2026: Great place to eat pasta and pizza,
Impressed the best pizza I've ever eaten, just the dough and the ingredients very homemade. The pasta is simple and tasty. Spectacular salad. Authentic place without pretensions.
We will be back

Grano
Dublin
25/02/2026: Everything is incredible. It is on par with some of the best Italian food in the world. (Seriously!) Total bill for 3 courses and 2 glasses of wine was €100.
We ordered Nduja and Arancini starters, Balanzoni and Beef Ragu for mains and Tirimasu and Cannoli Dough for dessert. Highly recommend everything we ate.
Thank you Grano, we rebooked to come back as soon as possible!
21/02/2026: Dinner at Grano confirms the solidity of a restaurant that, despite its small size, manages to express a clear and coherent gastronomic signature. The place is intimate, with just a few well-spaced tables: a detail that contributes to the intimate experience but makes reservations well in advance essential. Demand is high, and understandably so.
The ambiance is simple yet refined, with a casual elegance that leaves room for the true protagonist: the dish. The two of us chose different yet complementary dishes. The amatriciana stood out for its rigorous execution: lively, yet not overpowering, tomatoes, well-browned pork cheek, savory but not overpowering, and a creamy sauce that binds the dish together without weighing it down. The pasta, cooked with precision, balanced the sauce, offering an interpretation faithful to tradition but not overly didactic.
The spinach ravioli my companion chose displayed a more delicate yet equally focused tone: thin pastry, a filling well-balanced between vegetal and creamy lactic acid, and a buttery finish that was never cloying. Two dishes with distinct character, both executed with technical attention and respect for the ingredients.
A well-structured Chianti, chosen with the support of a competent and never intrusive dining room staff, accompanied the meal. The wine paired naturally with the amatriciana, enhancing its flavor, but also proved harmonious with the ravioli, a sign of a thoughtful and coherent wine selection.
A small mix-up in the kitchen resulted in a longer-than-expected wait. The management of the unexpected event, however, deserves mention: transparent communication, professional attitude, and, at the end, a tiramisu offered as a gesture of thoughtfulness. Not simply a gift, but a sign of care toward the guest. The dessert, moreover, was excellent: airy cream, a balance of coffee and cocoa, and a firm but not heavy texture.
Grano thus demonstrates a maturity that goes beyond fine dining. Not only well-executed dishes, but also the ability to master the overall experience, including unexpected events. In a competitive city like Dublin, this combination of culinary quality, intimate setting, and attentive service explains the numerous excellent ratings. A successful dinner for two, with personality and restraint.

NoLIta
Dublin
14/09/2025: Service was appalling, was trying to order a drink was asked to move certain area so I did. Then proceeded to get ignored by the bar staff who asked me to move in so I asked why, again because I was “not in the que” even though there was no designated Que here sign. Didn’t get name but very distinct staff member, Round glasses and mullet working upstairs by the smoking area absolutely awful service. All could have been avoided by better communication.
13/09/2025: Great sevice lovely food unreal cocktails and great vibes

20/01/2026: Hidden brunch gem!
Came here for brunch after reading all the wonderful reviews!
Pleasant surprise in a hidden spot!
Cozy interior and spacious, friendly staff.
Brunch was delicious! The beef brisket burger was delicious. It would have been nicer if the brioche buns were made in house, instead of using store bought ones.
My friend enjoyed the Hangover stack - great combo of flavours.
Americano was good. Flat white tasted of burnt beans and bit bitter unfortunately.
Looking forward to coming back to try your pizza and pastas!
29/12/2025: The place is very cute especially considering the area that doesn't have the most fancy restaurant and shops, the service was good and the food was surprisingly very good, I usually get a bit disappointed with the burgers, I love them but they tend to be very basic and sometimes disappointing, but the halumni cheese one was perfectly balanced. Also the potatoes were perfectly cooked. I highly recommend this place if you're around for brunch, unfortunately according to Google the place is only open the weekend, but I know already I will come again to try the pizzas. The chocolate matcha was also a very interesting suprise we don't see in any places.

Oliveto
Dublin
06/02/2026: Beautiful restaurant with great service and stunning food.
Booked for a great birthday and couldn’t have been nicer.
Great selection of starters and mains, both the sea bass and hake were excellent
25/01/2026: Everything going well..we were handed our menús..& no pizzas...we asked if there was a new separate pizza menu after the Christmas break re opening..but we were told they are not making pizza anymore!
This is like a jewellers saying they don't do gold anymore.
A shock..as the pizza was excellent & very complimentary to the Michelin Bib Gourmand worthy rest of the menu.
A great loss for the Haddington.

Wallace's Taverna
Dublin
01/02/2026: I came here in 2025 when I stayed at a hotel nearby. In 2026, I made the trip downtown specifically for it again. I’ll do it every year my work sends me to Dublin.
02/01/2026: Excellent Italian cuisine. We had bruschetta, cheeses, pizza, and pasta Bolognese. Everything was excellent. The service was particularly friendly, unlike anything we've experienced in this city before. Thank you so much, we'll definitely be back! Best regards from Vienna/Austria

Forno 500
Dublin
17/02/2026: Ordered the mussels and they were terrible. Tasted unwashed, covered in barnacles and grit. The sauce was foul smelling and felt like I was drinking seawater when I did taste it. I barely touched them and the waitress cleared a practically full portion from me without asking if there was any issues. The pancetta in my pasta was not rendered down at all and had to pick around lumps of fat while eating my main. Very disappointing food which is a shame as the restaurant has a lovely vibe. Poor quality considering it's on the more pricey side!
24/01/2026: We always for here when we are in Dublin. Last time we popped in for lunch and booked dinner for the following night as it was busy.
