14/03/2025: En primer lugar, este bar es genial y forma parte de un local más grande en el Powerscourt Centre escondido justo en el corazón de Dublín, justo al lado de Grafton Street, con la entrada principal del bar justo a la vuelta de la esquina en Wicklow Street. El personal es amable, las bebidas son buenas y el ambiente es frío. Pero son las pizzas galardonadas las que te robarán el corazón. ¡Y me refiero a ganar premios en serio! Hazte un favor y no te pierdas este lugar!

02/02/2025: Realmente decepcionado con este lugar. Sonaba divertido y peculiar por leer en línea, pero para mí no funcionó. No había ambiente y sentí que la música de fondo podría haber subido un poco. El camarero nos dijo que dejáramos nuestros abrigos colgando ya que hace mucho calor por dentro, sin embargo, yo tenía frío en el restaurante. Creo que quizás estaba sentado en la línea de un borrador. La carta de cócteles era grande, pero me resultó difícil de entender sin cócteles regulares o habituales. El camarero era agradable y dio una sinopsis rápida, pero yo todavía no era más sabio. Dicho esto, el cóctel que pedí fue muy agradable! La comida no era buena y era muy caro. Ni yo ni mi marido terminamos nuestra comida ya que era sosa y carecía de sabor. Fue deprimente pagar nuestra factura dada la cantidad de grandes restricciones en el centro de Dublín. De todos modos vives y aprendes. Este sería un buen lugar tal vez para una bebida muy tranquila, pero no lo recomendaría para comer.

18/03/2025: I must say, this place is truly amazing. As a huge pizza fan who has tried pizzas from all around the world, I can confidently say that the pizza here is of top quality. My compliments to the chef for creating such delicious pizzas. I recently tried the gorgonzola pizza and it was absolutely perfect.

02/03/2025: Slechte ervaring. We kregen een tafel toegewezen, was niet de goede tafel, ergens anders heen, tenslotte weer terug naar de eerste tafel, want het was toch de goede. We bestelden een fles wijn, de ober zat te knoeien met de kurk, die brak af, hoop gepiel tot hij hem uiteindelijk open kreeg. Kurk in de wijn. Pasta was wel heel smaakvol maar echt veel te weinig voor twee volwassen mannen. Nog maar dessert besteld, zat nauwelijks tijd tussen, zo snel werd dat geserveerd, alsof ze ons weg wilden hebben. Nee, zou er niet meer heen gaan. Veel betaald en eigenlijk niet voldaan.

17/02/2025: Nice quiet atmosphere. Attentive service. And good food and drink. This old speakeasy has charm but not claustrophobic. Will probably eat here again this trip!

24/03/2025: Was there last weekend and ordered a pasta penne dish with the option of adding prawns to the dish for an extra €7. Pasta was straight from a packet and there was the sum total of 4 prawns, which were more shrimp sized and also frozen from a packet . When i said it to the waiter his reply was " he does not decide how many prawns should be added to the dish!!" Would not recomend.

08/03/2025: They charged us for an extra main course and refused to listen to me while telling them the staff were extremely rude to me and didn’t pay me back, I rang them and they hung up on me

26/01/2025: The experience here, despite the very tasty food and fun vibe, has now been badly spoiled by two things: 1. Half our party being violently ill afterwards as a result of eating the tuna special. Coupled with the fact that... 2. The response by the restaurant when I called the following day, not to complain, but to let them know there was a serious issue with the tuna they'd served. I wanted to help them so they could investigate this issue and manage other customers who were also bound to have been violently ill with repeated and explosive diarrhoea, as a result of eating their tuna dish. One of my party (it was a birthday celebration) had had this before when served fish that was billed as tuna which, in reality, was/is most likely a lookalike and taste-a-like called escolar. The latter is known, for good reason, as the laxative of the sea. Another one of my party was violently ill all night afterwards and couldn't eat anything for the whole of the next day. The sad thing is we had all really enjoyed ourselves. The food was very tasty and the service engagingly intense. But, when I called the restaurant the following day to let them know how much we'd enjoyed the food, with a massive "BUT" being the unpleasant outcome for those who'd eaten the tuna, I was shocked by their attitude. They kept on saying the fish were delivered fresh on the day. They declared that they knew the pronounced physiological effects of eating escolar (there are issues surrounding fish fraud all over the world where restaurants buy food billed as something it isn't). I repeated that we loved the tastiness of the food and would go back, but that they needed to be aware of what had happened to us as it was bound to have happened to other customers of theirs who'd also eaten the tuna special. But he was, for the most part, politely defensive, but not concerned for us. In fact, I had to say it 4/5 times before the guy made an insincere apology about what had happened. But it was obvious he didn't care about us, caring instead about how the restaurant felt about this and how it could affect them adversely. So, what came across was that That's Amore... 1. Didn't want to know that there had been an issue, hence the defensiveness. 2. Didn't offer to investigate such a serious health & safety issue. 3. Showed no real or sincere concern for the very unpleasant outcomes for my party. 4. Was/is more concerned with their business' than their customers' welfare - even if their customers end up being unpleasantly ill as a result of eating there. What came across was self-service, not customer service. 5. Made no offer to make amends with, say, an offer of a complimentary something. or other - not that any of us were/are seeking any recompense (or apology). If they had acted properly and not defensively and, by their attitude, therefore, also dismissively, we would have all gone back at a later date, albeit never to eat their tuna ever again. But their unwise approach soured what was a special occasion. And, therefore, we none of us feel like going back there. And that's a shame. NOTE: 2 stars have been given, as opposed to 1 star, because the food was tasty. For the latter we would have all given That's Amore 5 stars. For sure. But that was BEFORE the rampant diarrhoea. But, because of their defensive and dismissive attitude, no matter how polite it almost was, they don't deserve 5 stars. They're lucky to get 2 stars, as they deserve just 1 star.

04/03/2025: Amazing cozy spot with the best pizza in Dublin! One Society is a warm and welcoming place, perfect for a great dining experience. Their pizzas are simply the best I’ve had in Dublin—crispy, flavorful, and made with high-quality ingredients. They also have a great selection of wines to complement the meal. A special shout-out to Fernando, who provided outstanding service and made the experience even better with his attentiveness and friendliness. Highly recommend this place! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

18/03/2025: Excellent traditional Italian dishes prepared with good quality products. Pasta served at the right cooking and topped with a perfect Bolognese sauce. Desserts are also excellent. I tasted one of the best tiramisu served in a restaurant. Courteous and helpful staff who speak perfect Italian.

13/03/2025: We visited for a work team building event, which turned out to be make your own dinner (pizza). It was lots of fun and despite my best efforts delicious. I will be visiting again as a "normal" customer.

10/03/2025: Heard great things about this place online but did not live up to the expectations. Food was decent and service quality was poor. I feel like the food would’ve tasted better if the server didn’t put such a bad taste in my mouth.

20/03/2025: didn't expect much but very glad I chose to come here, it's a little small with not much seating but definitely worth the food. only €10 for a good size portion of carbonara and absolutely lovely. will be returning for sure

28/02/2025: Vi är nöjda med vårat besök. Här åt vi pizza och drack drinkar. Drinkarna var jättegoda och personalen uppmärksam och trevlig. Strawberry Daiquiri var mer som en juice så skulle inte rekommendera ifall man är sugen på en mer orginal.

28/02/2025: We ordered food back in November 2024 for two people and the quality was beyond poor, basically uncooked inedible soggy dough with charred edges. Instead of reporting it to restaurant - we took our losses and left an honest review and reordered more food in another restaurant. Tonight Zizzi reported our honest review on Deliveroo, we wanted to leave a review here to be transparent to other takeaway customers.

10/03/2025: The food was very average. We got a pizza and the chicken with mushroom. The pizza was very doughy, bland taste and quite chewy. Wasn't roasting when put on the table which meant when I got to the last slice it was cold. Very similar style pizza to a take away restaurant. My friend got the chicken and mushroom. The side salad was very "deli counter" not restaurant style. Loads of dressing mixed in just heaped on the side of the plate. The mushroom sauce loaded on the plate I couldn't even see the colour of the chicken. It came with Italian potatoes which we swapped for mash. The dessert was a let down completely. It said Nutella brownie. The brownie was very small for the price. It did not have Nutella in it the Nutella was a sauce drizzled on the cake. The brownie was also in a fridge where you could taste that it wasn't covered correctly. It was not fudgey or like a brownie texture more chocolate cake. The servers were attentive, spotting if we required more drinks or our plates were empty for the next course. Overall the food was okay but wouldn't be in a rush back.

09/03/2025: I had a voucher and reserved a table for lunch. the service was very good, the staff kind and nice, the food worthy of "Michellin Stars", the portions rich. Congratulations and thanks!!
