The best restaurantsof italian in Dublin

10/12/2024: The first time I visited the pizza was really good, I got the putanesca. The second time, I got the Hungry deal... the pizza and chips were okay (definitely not as good as the first time), but chicken goujans were still frozen.

09/12/2024: A good local pizza place. They have a hungry man combo that is many peoples pick. Lots of food delivery driver waiting here for delivery. It is always packed.

16/11/2024: Nice hosts and cosy location but disappointing menu. There are no antipasti platters as seen on Google but okay pizzas and a choice of two salads

04/12/2024: Wonderful evening today at Pinocchio. I used to go at their Ranelagh restaurant and I missed it a lots after it's closure. It is the wonderful service that together with the quality of food as vibes make it a truly special gem. The people having the pasta making party also seemed to have a lovely time . Thank you guys

If you are a sensitive foodie Instagram type who couldn't cook beans and toast please go somewhere else and leave this hidden gem to the real food lovers.

08/12/2024: Absolutely terrible experience. The front of house staff was rude and should learn how to smile and greet customers. The food was awful, eggs burnt toast cold and soggy. And overpriced. Wouldn’t be returning again.

03/12/2024: THEY CANCELLED MY UBER DELIVERY They cancelled my delivery order on a Tuesday evening (so not peak hours) after 20 minutes! If they couldn't take it for some reason what took them 20 minutes to figure this out?? And in any case, what restaurant doesn't have the capacity to make one portion of carbonara?? They could have called at least! If I didn't check my phone I would have only noticed it after the expected delivery time of 40 minutes. I was really looking forward to eat a nice carbonara so I'm very disappointed.

01/12/2024: I can’t speak highly enough about this restaurant. The food is incredible and was easily the best Italian food I’ve ever had. The pasta is made fresh daily and you can really taste the freshness. The Margherita pizza was perfect and they have a spicy oil blend at the table that tastes so good on the pizza crust. Everything was so delicious that we came back twice within two days. I had the Tagliatelle alla Bolognese both times and my husband had the Fussili pasta dish one night and the Paccheri pasta dish the other night. For dessert I got the ice cream and it was divine. The strawberry flavor is so light and refreshing, and the vanilla was just as good. Both flavors had the perfect creamy texture. Overall, our meals could not have possibly been better. The staff is so friendly and made our dining experience wonderful. We’d highly recommend coming here!!

14/10/2024: I had dinner at Osteria99 with my family. And it was a fantastic experience! The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was outstanding. Highly recommend this place! I especially love their handmade pasta, which I order every time without fail.🍝

17/09/2024: Food was great and the staff were excellent — I thought the buzzer button was odd at first, but in fairness they were really quick to respond when you pressed it! Nice little spot.

10/12/2024: The best party venue in Dublin (Friday night)! This bar-restaurant is very well attended, with an international clientele who brings great energy. The music is excellent, an international and festive selection which makes the atmosphere even more lively. A real plus for the experience: the presence of live musicians. This creates a unique atmosphere and a great ambiance. I highly recommend this place for an unforgettable evening!

09/12/2024: Food was delicious. Only a slight mishap with the drinks, other than that perfect. Menu would suit families as well as adults. Good choice and served promptly. Sitting a little near the door which was a bit cool now and then. But it is winter.

12/12/2024: We generally really like the pizza from here, but the delivery service has been getting worse and worse, a 1 hour 40mins wait with 2 hangry kids is tough.

30/11/2024: The pizza is great but unfortunately the service is lacking a bit - a lot of the staff are nice but others are a bit rude/inattentive.

10/12/2024: The Sophie Rooftop restaurant in Dublin offers a splendid panoramic view from its covered terrace, a real feast for the eyes! I was seated on a high table, which allowed me to fully enjoy the overall view of the city, a really pleasant moment. As for the cuisine, the food was delicious. I opted for an Irish Vegan Breakfast, which was both tasty and filling, while my friend chose a truffle pizza, which was also very successful. I highly recommend this restaurant for its exceptional view, the quality of the dishes and the kindness of the servers. An experience not to be missed!
