The best restaurants in Killarney

07/11/2025: We went to the stonechat for my mother's 95 birthday ......highly recommend,the food was amazing..fresh and presented perfectly....great service very kind staff......nice cosy atmosphere.....the best place in Killarney without a doubt

19/10/2025: Absolutely top notch. I met Charlotte and Dermot tonight and was astounded at both their sheer capabilities and charisma. They couldn't steer me wrong .. one delicious bite after the next. Unbelabable. I said, hey I don't think I'd like that but they were like "trust me" and I did. Grapefruit? Delicious. They're all good friends in there and you can tell by vibes. Great atmosphere. The banoffie pie was the best dessert I've ever had. I almost got a second one but thankfully a very thoughtful woman said "maybe two desserts is enough". She was right.

23/09/2025: Take away with great pizzas, salads, a bit rude service and emergency seating for a quick dinner. But good prices!

16/09/2025: We had a delicious pulled pork pizza special and an ice cold pint of beer here, top quality freshly hand made pizza, the restaurant is really nicely decorated and the staff are very friendly, well definitely be back for more, well recommended, 5 stars.

21/10/2025: Had the most wonderful meal in Vendricks last Sunday night. Shared 4 tapas, one main and a side dish between two of us. Every dish was sublime, the portions were ample and the service was wonderful. Would HIGHLY recommend and will certainly be back next time we are fortunate enough to be in Killarney.

02/12/2025: Tried Hannigans both for dinner and lunch and each time the experience was excellent. The seafood chowder was one of the best I have ever had! Staff is very friendly and efficient, prices are reasonable, I cannot reccommend this place enough! Will come back for sure!

29/11/2025: Excellent. We had a fantastic meal. The seafood chowder was incredible, and the cheese and charcuterie board was huge and delicious. A lovely place. I highly recommend it. Very good service.

28/10/2025: Walked in with our son to have a drink and for husband to do whiskey tasting. What an absolutely amazing place! An outstanding amount and variety of scotches/whiskeys. Lots of different beers on tap. Many unique cocktails. Also a gin bar in same place! HIGHLY recommend. Beautifully decorated and stylish atmosphere.

15/10/2025: Coffee is 5 star. I go back every year and only try coffee there. Guaranteed a nice coffee!!! Always recommend.

14/10/2025: We visited during our honeymoon. We both got cappuccinos, which were fantastic. And two bagels. The turkey bagel and the salmon began are definitely worth trying. Costumer services was also amazing!

Service was friendly and atmosphere was cosy. Highly recommend trying the Katsu Curry or Asian Fried Noodles! 🌟 Perfect spot for authentic Asian flavours in the heart of Killarney. 💖"

11/09/2025: I was in Dublin for the first time, walking about doing tourist things. I got hungry and Ryan’s pub was at hand. I didn’t Yelp or Google it beforehand because any old lunch would do. I had the chowder, which was magnificent. Being new to Ireland, I assumed all Irish chowder would be the same: wrong! A really standout meal!!!
