The best restaurants in Kildare

24/06/2026: The food is average, but the service is great. Friendly staff and easy underground parking. They dropped over colouring pens and papers for my kid once we settled down to read the menu.

17/03/2026: Just had lunch in the Oak bar and have left extremely disappointed. We came early to avoid the crowds and were told to wait for the carvery to order. We ordered and 35 minutes later the children's meals still hadn't been received. We asked two different servers how long the food would be and both of them went to the kitchen to check and neither of them came back with an answer. Both of them looked like they had no interest in being there. I asked for the manager and he was very apologetic and went in to the kitchen. The food was then brought out for the children. We were offered a round of drinks which we couldn't take because we had to rush off as the children were in the parade. We weren't offered any sort of discount or refund. Apart from the manager, the customer service needs a lot of work.
