22/03/2026: All staff are so friendly and helpful. Coffee and food delicious. Plenty to see and do in this Mall and Starbucks is a must.☕

01/10/2026: It's Irish fast food. The chicken strips were quite good. We had burgers and chicken strips with fries.

01/10/2026: Wouldn't even give it one star, upstairs never open even though it gets crowded downstairs. The pizza not completely cooked and not cut properly.

27/09/2026: Everything was perfectly fresh and served by a very friendly server. Nice atmosphere. Everything was great. The food was delicious.

13/09/2026: Had the chicken tenders today the chicken was so dry and over cooked or reheated .. the chicken curry had no chicken very disappointed as have been loads of time and food was good but I won’t be visiting again ..

18/08/2026: Disappointed with my visit to the Pantry today. I had a lovely meal at another Pantry branch last week and decided to try this location. We must have arrived after a rush as the restaurant was extremely dirty and not a single table was cleaned which is understandable however the place remained dirty for the duration of our stay. The chicken tenders came out burnt, the Caesar salad was a bowl of lettuce despite being over €12 and the BLT bread was soggy. Overall, all the meals we had felt slapped together which would be fine if the price was not so high. Despite everything the staff were very nice and the coffee was lovely. Definitely a place that has potential for improvements.

05/09/2026: IM GIVING JOE A FIVE. ITS BEEN HUSTLING AS LONG AS I CAN REMEMBER. MANY A UNDERAGE NIGHT OUT WAS SAVED BY A FINAL JOES PITSTOP. IT MAY HAVE RESULTED IN FURTHER CHOAS LATER THAT NIGHT BUT BY GOD DID IT RECUSE A PERSON FROM THE PITS OF DRUNKARD.

22/08/2026: Ordered onion rings and I swear to god, in the bag was 2 lumps of batter with half an onion in each. The chips were half cooked and oily beyond belief. Place was always meh but passable, but never again after the dirt I was given.

11/11/2025: I was there on Saturday for dinner. I ordered the Japanese noodles. The food was cold and bland, the drinks were flat, there was dust and dirt everywhere. The staff were lovely and there was a Wonderful atmosphere but the food and drink was a let down.

19/09/2026: If you want a spice bag, go to your printer, take out an a4 page, eat it. That's cheaper than ordering from here. Haven't seen anything as white flavourless and a complete scam as much as what Mayflower offer.

19/09/2026: Literally just ordered this tonight, horrible stringy chicken, completely unseasoned and the noodles tasted like absolutely nothing. How can this be one of the highest rated Chinese in Kilkenny. Absolutely horrible.

27/08/2026: Food was good but portions weren't great for the cost, they were out of a lot by the time we were there. Staff were evidently overwhelmed, which is not their fault but meant tables werent clean and the line was long

09/08/2026: The cakes and other dishes you get in there are absolutely gorgeous and the staff in there are very helpful and overall a great little place to have a lovely coffee and the Atmosphere is always upbeat

05/09/2026: I ordered my food and it took over 3 hours to come and it’s not the first time the food came cold when I ring up about it the majority of them are ignorant and hang up the phone and when I went up the other day they threw the food on the counter at me

02/10/2026: Lovely experience today, first time visiting and was really well looked after. I was under pressure for time and the lovely lady (I’m sorry I didn’t get your name) serving me went above and beyond to get me fed before an appointment I was rushing to! Food was gorgeous, service was exceptional! Will definitely be back 😊

01/06/2026: Worst chinese food i have ever experienced. Couldn't eat it and threw it in the bin. Gloopy mess. How hard it is to get a simple curry right? Chicken balls for kids were like leather. Chips were soggy.

04/07/2026: I'd eat it but I won't be telling people I ate it except for the fact I'm reviewing it. I. Only reviewing it because Google insists. I can say Domino's is fast and efficient in their ordering systems and cook times. They do have that down to an art form, they have just left flavour in the history books.

27/09/2026: Avoid at all costs, they advertise a drag karaoke night and don’t provide the service! The manager is the rudest person I’ve ever met and had no time for me when I just wanted to chat about the fact that he charged us €17 per person for nothing, the place was dead and I can see why, go up the road to Langtons it’s much nicer and the staff are friendly
