I used to be a regular at Mizzonis, but my recent experience was appalling. The service was incredibly rude, and to top it off, I found a maggot in my pizza. I'm completely disgusted and will never be returning. Avoid this place!
16/08/2025: Very disappointed, spent 90€ on order as my family came to me, doner kebab, good spices but burned and very dry, chicken kebab very salty, missing 2 sauces, good points are pizza, overall for money spent, not recommended.

23/03/2025: Very disappointing. I was told it would be 20 minutes so I sat and waited. I eventually went up and asked how much longer it would be. They took a look and found my pizzas sitting out going cold. When I got home they were cold. Pizza was pretty mediocre. Definitely not worth the price.

12/04/2025: Got a takeaway from here yesterday evening and safe to say I won't ever be eating here again. The food was soggy and cold, chips half cooked then the sausages were cremated. To top it all off there was a long black hair on one of the chicken pieces. Avoid.

09/06/2025: Deal with your staff, ever since you employed that bully Gabi the service and atmosphere has changed shockingly, I go in there once a week with a group of four and have never had a problem until she started working there, I have heard it on the grapevine she has gotten fired from ger last two jobs due to her attitude and bullying. I won't be going near there anymore especially after her little performance the other day.
01/06/2025: I would not recommend visiting this place. Horrendous service the staff were so rude!! I can't believe how rude they were towards us and especially my mum and my son. So expensive and not worth it at all, plenty of nicer places around. The hot chocolate was just a plain hot chocolate and I was charged 5 euro which is well above average. While sitting discussing what sweet treat we were going to get we were continuously hassled by the staff member. Seeing the reply here from the owner ( and other replies ) it's clear the staff get their manners from the owner!

24/03/2025: Dog shit, not coffee, they serve Americano with cold milk, or rather, go pick up what she threw on the table where you order... The service is not what it used to be, they could learn from the Ukrainians... You feel like you owe them something... The worst service I've ever seen...
31/01/2025: Esta trabajadora Mariam no ha sido más que grosera conmigo y mis amigos durante las últimas semanas si yo o mis amigos vamos a por algo más de comida / bebidas ella hace un comentario desagradable o da una mirada grosera. Aparte de ella el personal ha sido encantador y servicial

The Gandon Inn
15/05/2025: Although the hotel is closed, it provides its spotlessly clean toilets for a petrol station customers. It's nice to sit 😁
A big surprise, it deserves 5 stars.
Many hotels could take an example of how to take care of them.

13/11/2024: Had sandwiches in bakewell the bread was hard and stale and the rashers like cardboard all the food looked like it had been there for days and all the pastries out in the open no cover
25/10/2024: Dinner was lovely small portions and very expensive also €1.50 for extra gravy when dinner is €24.50 is a bit Irish
