21/04/2025: Very disappointed in the food order, paid 45 euro for my food… and I can say the food quality is so bad… chicken burger 8 euro for just a bun with mayo lettuce and poor chicken kebab box had maybe 2 slices of kebab and saggy chips with saggy lettuce what’s on the picture so misleading absolutely terrible I just waisted my money on this food and no one ate the food… and it’s the bin.. not worth it definitely don’t order from there.. food all cold when was delivered

07/01/2025: Chicken fillet burger was real stretchy and fatty when your biting into it not mentioning the food being absolutely freezing when you get a delivery chips looked and tasted greasy looks like the oil hasnt been cleaned din the fryer in about two weeks always forgetting items on delivery this is the third time I have had this issue and I do not recommend. AVOID

16/11/2024: I will never order from them again. I ordered a take away I was told it would be 30mins which I believe is acceptable. I went off to have a shower. When I came out of shower I noticed a missed call. 16mins after placing the order. The driver had driven away. I spoke with him later he said he was outside my place for 10mins which would make it 6mins after I placed the order. Lies lies and more lies. An hour later still no food. I want down to the shop. All I got was attitude from the staff member. As for as he was concerned it was not his fault it was mine.

24/03/2025: Dog shit, not coffee, they serve Americano with cold milk, or rather, go pick up what she threw on the table where you order... The service is not what it used to be, they could learn from the Ukrainians... You feel like you owe them something... The worst service I've ever seen...

31/01/2025: Esta trabajadora Mariam no ha sido más que grosera conmigo y mis amigos durante las últimas semanas si yo o mis amigos vamos a por algo más de comida / bebidas ella hace un comentario desagradable o da una mirada grosera. Aparte de ella el personal ha sido encantador y servicial

26/04/2025: I took a service user here today, first and last time. It's hard enough navigating a wheelchair on your own without dealing with staff with ZERO awareness. Staff walking past me whilst I was moving a table and chairs that were blocking the lift and then having to look for someone to actually turn the lift on. Ordering took forever. Staff also walking past me whilst I was having trouble trying to open the disability toilet door. I then heard my service user shouting from the toilet and he was after being scalded by the water from the tap. I had a look at it and there was steam rising! I couldn't get any cold water from it so he had to leave with soapy hands. Fair enough one of the staff gave him some burn gel and luckily his hands haven't blistered. Got to the lift, it was turned off. Staff walked passed us without acknowledging us. Then had to go look for someone again. Another ordeal trying to get the lift to work 🤦🏼‍♀️ We were so fed up we didn't even bother going for a walk around the gardens.

06/04/2025: Got a chicken rap here on Tuesday, and it was lovely. No doubt I will be back

23/03/2025: Very disappointing. I was told it would be 20 minutes so I sat and waited. I eventually went up and asked how much longer it would be. They took a look and found my pizzas sitting out going cold. When I got home they were cold. Pizza was pretty mediocre. Definitely not worth the price.

17/02/2025: Really enjoy eating from here, each food item is nicely made, great choice of foods overall and it's not too expensive can get desserts here too. It is located on the market square Portlaoise and has plenty of parking and on-site toilet for customer use. The staff and service are great. I will return.

04/01/2025: Deli has good quality food, shame about the staff, they don't listen, repeat order 3 to four times and still wrong, this has happened four tines in a row, shameful

12/12/2024: Worst kebab I have ever eaten. Stone cold and the meat was so thin and crunchy. I ordered in store. Avoid

12/04/2025: Got a takeaway from here yesterday evening and safe to say I won't ever be eating here again. The food was soggy and cold, chips half cooked then the sausages were cremated. To top it all off there was a long black hair on one of the chicken pieces. Avoid.

07/03/2025: Terrible experience here, got pizza on valentines day 2025 and one side was burnt and other side not cooked properly, as I had ordered on Just Eat, they told me ask them to cancel but as it was delivered, the order was done so I have not gotten a refund. I will post pictures if able but will never order again from here, ever, unfortunately as otherwise they are nice owners and staff that I like but food is just not good, sorry.....

11/10/2024: I had children with me and the workers , and causing and shouting 😑 this is Horrible. Got our order wrong, small portions for a big price.
