22/06/2025: Great cinema, super clean. Very friendly staff. Prices are a bit steep but that seems to be common across cinemas now.

28/05/2025: Went yesterday to see "thunderbolts" in screen "5" first thing I notice is the seats are clapped out and nothing underneath you so it's a uncomfortable after a about 20 mins, then there screen not being formatted right ie colour and brightness so your left with a white sheen over the movie like when you turn your setting to full brightness watching a video on your phone, only 2 speakers working out the six so no surround sound plus you hear people talking and using there phones. I left after 20 mins. Staff are the only saving grace polite, kind and friendly. Don't waste your money watch at home or go somewhere decent.

13/06/2025: Took a 3rd class group here on a school tour. The facility is considerably updated since I was last there. The children really enjoyed the day here, theres loads of activities. The staff were great too.

19/12/2024: The little food they give you is actually very nice but we got a takeaway over the weekend just gone and spent well over €30 on it. We were reasonably expecting more than 4 small pieces of chicken in the tika masala and the korma yet that was exactly 100% what we got. Genuinely, there is more chicken in a poultry crematorium. Absolute daylight robbery. Never again. If you insist on gambling your hard earned cash here, let them know you don't want to pay fortunes for what was essentially a plastic punnet of sauce.

29/06/2025: Never met of a more rude waitress. We came in for a quick bite at 8:15 and immediately was told that the restaurant would close at 9:15. No hello or welcome. We tried order food and I ordered a starter and main course and was told they would be brought out together when I asked if I could have the starter first, I was very rudely told no, that they do not do that and that they will even say no you can't order a starter at times. I never been spoken to so rudely in a restaurant before. we cancelled our order and left. If you don't like your job maybe try work somewhere else?

15/05/2025: This was my 3rd visit to Lana around the country, every time I have the most amazing meal. The staff at this location were very friendly, the food came so quickly and such amazing quality fresh foods. I always order the chili and cashew with veg & tofu. I usually don’t like tofu but Lana do it beautifully. The chips were so fresh and tasty. The free ice cream after meal is a lovely bonus!

04/06/2025: This restaurant opens late, 11pm. Staff were very friendly and service was very quick. Ordered the fillet beef black bean and the veg kung po with egg fried rice. Had the spring roll and won tons to start. Food very nice, good portion size. Would revisit. The only thing I wasn't keen on and see it more and more is main course doesn't include rice/noodles in price so it is a bit pricey then for a main course. Our total for 2 was about 65, included 2 starters, main course, glass of wine and 2*fizzy drinks.

16/06/2025: I’ve been a regular member at this gym for the past three months. While the equipment and workout options are sufficient, I’m very disappointed with the cleanliness and maintenance of the changing rooms and sanitary facilities. The hygiene is consistently poor — the showers and toilets don’t seem to be properly cleaned, and overall the facilities feel unhygienic. I’ve also noticed broken lockers, faucets, and showers that haven’t been repaired at any point during my membership. In addition, about half of the treadmills have been out of order for over a week due to poor Wi-Fi connectivity. When I asked a staff member about it, I was told that “this just happens when the Wi-Fi isn’t working,” which felt like a very unhelpful response. The gym is already lacking equipment during peak hours — for example, the cable machine is almost always occupied — and the situation gets worse when machines are down. The fitness classes, which are supposed to be included in the membership, haven’t been running regularly for quite some time, if at all. To top it off, cleaning is now being done during opening hours. It’s not ideal to have to wait to use the toilet or changing area while cleaning staff are working — especially around 6:30 p.m. when the gym is crowded. This kind of maintenance should be scheduled outside of peak times or, ideally, before or after opening hours. For the price, I expected much better organization, maintenance, and service.

01/06/2025: Absolutely horrific experience from start to finish Staff from reception to lifeguards are incompetent. I checked the timetable the night before to see a private party listed. I rang the pool the following morning to find out about public swimming and was told there wasn't any private party and public swimming was on from 11.30 onwards. We arrived at 1.45 and were told that it was closed until 2.30 because of a private party. Came back at 2.30 and the dressing rooms were filthy. You could smell urine as soon as you walk in. As though the toilets weren't cleaned or swimmers were just peeing in the dressing rooms. Brought my 2 year old to the baby pool and he was enjoying it until the water features came on. They were very strong for a baby pool. He was terrified of them. Took him away from them to wait for them to go off but they didn't. Asked a lifeguard when they would stop and was told in a couple of minutes. They never stopped. To make it worse, staff were not keeping teens and adults out of the baby pool, who were coming in and pressing on the water to direct it towards my child. They had him screaming in fear. I had to shout at one teen because the staff were doing nothing. Had enough and took him out after about 15 minutes. When I left there were only about 2 kids in the pool, the rest were all all adults and teens messing with the water features. NEVER AGAIN

01/05/2025: This is the only Chineese TakeAway I know that does not include boiled rice in the price of most of its main dishes and I find it very anoying ... I seldome go here now because of it.

23/05/2025: Wow - what a delightful transformation ! I enjoyed a wonderful evening at this little gem in the square. Our barman Darren was a delight- our glasses were full al night . Lovely touch in the ladies toilet with sanitary products. Great fun with darts, karaoke and pool. Best pub in the town .
