10/11/2024: Great night Great music but I can't understand why two male bouncers thought it was okay to come into the women's bathroom at the end of the night, bit of a scary experience and if I didn't have my wits about me god knows how much more scary it would have been. Just want to know why there was no female available and why not 1 but 2 men thought it was okay to walk in. Explain Coopers?

09/02/2025: Very hit and miss. Just finished my meal. Cold, dry and tasteless. Chips were definitely cooked in bad oil and chicken was so dry and cold. Unfortunately can't recommend this place

24/01/2025: Gotten Robertos take away twice now and both times I have felt extremely ill and threw up I thought I’d test my luck today with them but I threw up all over the place. Any other takeaway that I have been to has been perfectly fine for me and I’m not someone who vomits easily. I will not be ordering from them again.

30/01/2025: Went for a meal when my order came out the chicken dish I ordered was very tough and chewy I sent it back and it was brought back to me saying there was nothing wrong with it . I didn’t eat it. When I went to pay they didn’t want to know about it . I had been going to this restaurant for over 20 years. It has changed ownership , never be back again. John k

22/12/2024: I was living & travelling aboard for 15 months and Zingy Zest was my first stop when i got home. Nowhere in the world compares. Learned that the hard way. I’ll be having as many zingy zest pizzas as i can before i return on my travels. Also makes it better that the team & management are some of the nicest guys you’ll ever meet. Best pizza in the world- no joke.

23/02/2025: Just visited the Odeon, Portlaoise to view the latest Briget Jones movie with my daughter and had a lovely experience. We were looked after so well by Ben when it came to buying our tasty treats, such a lovely mannerly young man with a lovely personality for customer care. Everything was spotless and comfortable. Thankyou.

03/01/2025: First time before Christmas My first visit Went well so made a return this week Disgusting food No communication from staff I was the only one person in the shop

01/12/2024: Got a dinner box and it was the worst tasting chicken I've ever had.

03/03/2025: Absolutely horrible frozen food straight out of aldi dipped in boiling petrol somehow took 30 minutes and then the foreign man behind the counter wouldn’t let me sit inside unless I payed an extra €4 when there wasn’t a sole inside while it was dark and cold out simply because “I didn’t order pizza” chips were like wet bag of oul lads dead foot skin drenched in vinegar, Philly cheese “steak” was like boot leather in a bun drenched in sauce so u don’t notice. there was a sign reading “spend over 35 get a free large bottle” however this didn’t apply to me because I spent 39.50????.food disintegrated packaging, rude service and I feel quite unwell to be honest. Over all bad experience save urself the pain of eating here (outside the shop).

24/12/2024: Proper portions, delicious taste and good value. Love sitting in whenever possible.

15/02/2025: Great staff excellent customer base drinks promotions live sports and music 🎵 downstairs and upstairs in the amazing smoking area.

25/10/2024: I used to come here often pre pandemic times, when my aul pal Sean would be sitting at the bar jokes and tales were always plentyful. I got a surprise when I decided to go in for a pint of Guinness recently. No longer has the same character, staff are clueless, rude and inexperienced. Customers- what is left of them do not have a chat. Not the same. Will not be back.

24/03/2025: Dog shit, not coffee, serves Americano with cold milk, or rather, go pick up what she threw on the table where you order... The service is not what it used to be, they could learn from the Ukrainians... You feel like you owe them something... The worst service I've ever seen...

31/01/2025: Esta trabajadora Mariam no ha sido más que grosera conmigo y mis amigos durante las últimas semanas si yo o mis amigos vamos a por algo más de comida / bebidas ella hace un comentario desagradable o da una mirada grosera. Aparte de ella el personal ha sido encantador y servicial

02/03/2025: This is my second time in two weeks having an issue with delivery from here. First time half our order was left out, they did drop up the food but we had to eat separately. Second time today, order placed at 17:18 and delivered at 18:41. Food was cold..driver just dropped and left. Usually the food is very good here but in the last while it has gone really downhill. Was asked if they would send you more but not worth waiting 40 mins again for.

07/02/2025: Ordered a mega box and house special noodles with black bean sauce and fried rice The mega box was horrible everything was soggy and stuck together and cold and the wrong sauce was on the noodle box, some kind of peppery spicy sauce. Won’t be ordering again

07/02/2025: I buy Munchy box for €28 and found long blonde hair in the chicken bool. Returned it back to the shop but women at the desk argued that this hair is not from their staff instead apologising she started yelling at me , she was so rude.Finally I got refunds, never ever buy in Apache.

21/02/2025: Not a great experience! Kids spent ages deciding on which pizza to choose ,finally informed there was no pizza . Also no chips or burgers !! Premade sandwich es and soup with a few sad tired looking cakes Two of our party choose the soup , the smell was enough for one lady, would not even taste it but she was right, it was dreadful. One sip was enough. Nice location and nice lady working, she appreciated the lack of choice ,but it was quiet, maybe should have let us know it was a limited menu instead of listening to kids take ages to decide over pizza . Will pack a picnic the next time

18/01/2025: Would highly recommend. Nice coffee and treats and served efficiently and very child friendly.

02/04/2025: Placed a takeaway order, when driving in they called to say they were too busy and could I wait longer or accept a refund. Accepted the refund option. Then received a call about 2 hours later to say the food was ready, fair enough we all make mistakes, but explained it to the restaurant about the refund and they said refund would be sorted out, 4 days later there is still no refund!!
