24/12/2025: Not the best time to drink coffee

05/12/2025: Absolutely horrible burnt coffee, normally love costa coffee but this was undrinkable. Staff were very rude when I returned with 2 burnt coffees insisting it was brewed correctly but not one of them would brew another cup to taste it to confirm that it was burnt. Coffee lovers AVOID AVOID AVOID. Had only left the shop and meet 3 other people who were also after having a sit down coffee and said it was horrible but they didn't complain but won't go again.

25/11/2025: Ordered a pizza, and found a bone inside it. Chicken is always rock solid when I buy a chicken dish aswell. Wouldn’t recommend

05/01/2026: Second food poisoning from this place! Never again. There is something wrong with your sweet and sour sauce. We are very sick for the second time after eating that food!!!! Do you use gone off sauce or was it frozen for way too long?

22/02/2026: Got a “so called” chicken tikka kabab to break my fast today as i was running late for home. If you guys think boiling chicken and drowning it in some sauce makes it a chicken tikka, you guys really need to learn a thing or two about cooking. And this comment is coming from a guy who was fasting for 12 hours ( no food or drink) and your food was still unbearable.

10/04/2026: Quarter pound meal is like a Burger with cheese snack box chicken half cooked never again but plenty of chips

04/12/2025: Positive was loads of chips. Service was decent. Negative chicken fillet burger was very thin, basically no sauce on it, and lettuce was no fresh on burger either. Have had food from here a couple of times since no owners took over. Have left unimpressed both times.

21/02/2026: I’m extremely disappointed with the service and professionalism. I’ve ordered from here often for myself and my parents, and the food has usually as described . However, my most recent experience was unacceptable. I placed an order through Just Eat for a make your own pizza for me and my dad. I selected a couple vegetables, which included peppers. When the pizza arrived, it had pepperoni on it. As both of us are vegetarians, we could not eat it at all. I called the restaurant to explain the issue. The staff member then handed the phone to the manager, who raised his voice and repeatedly insisted the mistake was my fault, claiming I had ordered over the phone. I clearly explained multiple times that the order was placed online through Just Eat. He repeatedly asked for my name and order details but continued to insist I had called it in. It took several minutes before he finally acknowledged that the order had been placed online, but by then he had already spoken to me in a very disrespectful and unprofessional manner, raising his voice at me. This situation caused me significant distress, especially as I was ordering on behalf of my father, who is not confident speaking English. I am writing this review a couple of months after the incident because I was very upset at the time and was worried about the review being linked back to me and affecting my parents’ ability to order from there in the future. The experience was very stressful and left a lasting negative impression. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so that situations like this are handled more respectfully in the future. Mistakes can happen, but listening to customers and resolving issues calmly makes a real difference. Based on this experience, I would not recommend ordering if you expect accountability or respectful customer service.

03/03/2026: Love this place however it's a bit of a disappointment when the service staff are very unfriendly and unhelpful. There was no tongs available to get the sugar the milk jug on the table was dirty and no brown sugar readily available. 😢 I would have given 5 stars if I had been made feel welcome and appreciated as a customer.

27/02/2026: Didn’t order anything just had a look around wanted to see what theses reviews are about, lovey workers but got an awful dark energy from a red haired woman behind the counter I assume is the boss since I over heard her talking horribly about the young workers to an older man. I disagree with some of the reviews as it is quite a busy place but overall I think it’s a toxic environment I’m not spiritual myself at all but there’s just such bad energy at this cafe.
