23/08/2026: They took 1hr and 10mins just to get chicken tenders , strawberry milkshake and a 10inch garlic bread pizza and forgot to get the milk shake and pizza and had to go back for it. They are so lazy.

22/08/2026: Absolutely gorgeous food, with great hospitality. The best meal out we have had in years. Small but quality menu, melt in your mouth pork bites and featherblade of beef, amazing desserts and delicious chicken wings. Everything was 10 out of 10. Would 100% recommend.

12/07/2026: The takeaway food at Mayur is tasty. The food in the restaurant however is phenomenal. Take my advice. Get a table in the Mayur restaurant. Sit in. Get some wine. Enjoy the food.

30/06/2026: Stayed here on the 29th of June '26,VERY nice room,VERY comfortable bed,the shower water could have been a LOT hotter,on the date of my stay,I had a VERY nice bowl of vegatable soup followed by a VERY nice plate of honey glazed bacon,veg and mashed potatoe,HIGHLY recommend a stay here

24/07/2026: The worst burger in my life . I order a chicken fillet burger meal but the burger wasn't comestibile the chicken was hard no taste no salt nothing and sweet chilli sauce in the burger some salat onion and tomato honestly just NO TASTE. That's not a burger that's a JOKE.

01/07/2026: Hi guys. Ive just witnessed one of your staff helping a guy who seemed to be visabley impaired across the petrol station court and out to the footpath where he said thankyou and good bye. That was wonderful. Im not sure of her name but she works behind the till and has blonde hair and tattoos. To you I tip my hat. We need more people like you in the world. Grà mór!

04/06/2026: Chips soggy, anemic greyish colour. Poor quality oil or potatoes or both. Chips should be golden & crisp.

14/10/2025: Conveniently positioned on the outskirts of portlaoise, underground and street parking. Self service tills available. This Supervalu stocks all products including some homeware products also.

30/07/2026: Tables are usually dirty, but the staff is friendly enough and food is out to you sharpish. Supermac Veggie Burger is interesting. They're not trying to recreate a beef burger - it's definitely its own thing. I don't hate it. EDITED REVIEW ONE YEAR LATER TO INCLUDE (upgrade rating from 4 to 5 stars) :: Ordered a meal deal and was asked if we wanted the chips "dressed". Pro tip: Always say "yes" to dressed chips. We got the Taco Chips and they were crazy delicious. The burger buns were fresh and the burgers themselves outstanding. The manager working the register delivered our order out to us and sincerely let us know that should we need anything else, so was standing by to assist. For a place as busy as it was, we very much appreciated the customer service. You could do much worse than a quick meal at Supermac's.

16/06/2026: Had a family lunch here recently. Staff were excellent, service was excellent and food was excellent. Will be back.
