20/05/2025: Firstly, we were met by a great waitress, she is very good at her job, and very professional. However, the food was bland. Also, there is way too much on offer….. (this is never a sign of a good restaurant in my opinion). I hate giving a poor review, but the food here was unfortunately not good, despite it getting good word of mouth reviews around the town.

25/08/2025: We use Bloomers Catering for our Business lunches in Limerick and we cannot fault the staff, food or even services, they have always been flexible and very accommodating to our vegan colleague or any dietary requirement we needed. Highly recommend

31/08/2025: The most beautiful hotel I've ever seen in Ireland, even though I've tried almost a dozen of them between trips and tours. It has spacious rooms, a classic and welcoming lobby, attentive staff, and a fantastic classic pub. Plus, the breakfast is good.

18/07/2025: Visited shannon RFC for a pint before a concert the staff were amazing and friendly, even though the place was busy, everyone was served very quickly. Highly recommend

30/08/2025: We are long term customers, I come with both my girls weekly and Eoin is normally there. My eldest daughter has autism and today we had her support dog with us, a tiny teacup chihuahua, she was in my cardigan. We were told rudely by a guy called Martin that we had to eat outside with the dog, it was raining and wet!!! We feel we were treated so rudely with a complete lack of understanding of Autistic support dogs and my child. We are always treated brilliantly there by Eoin, but this guy Martin has absolutely no empathy and is in no way welcoming, he is in fact rude and lacking in any customer service. We left rather than sit outside in the rain, Martin was putting up an umbrella outside when we left as if we were expected to give over money to pay for a meal and sit outside in the winf and rain

08/07/2025: The food was really nice freshly cooked and served quickly. It was easy to get a table, and there was plenty of parking available. The staff were lovely and welcoming. The guy who served us was especially friendly and attentive, which really added to the overall experience.

30/06/2025: Male member of staff was very nice and friendly. Food was delicious. We will definitely be back again. Bit disappointed there was no prawn crackers offered.
