06/12/2025: Poor all round. Forgot part of the order. Kebab not great tasting. Pizza was average. Did come back with part of the order, eventually.

29/11/2025: I have had Kabab’s Pizzas and today Garlic Fries with grated cheese and 2 types of burgers! Just Yum!!

31/10/2025: curry was like gravy 🤢🤢 the old guy serving us was rude and ignorant , the delivery guy looked at us very perversely

09/09/2025: 13 euro for a chow mein, that was slimey like it had been sat in a pot for hours, portion size of a 4 in 1 , took a fork of nooodles and the box was nearly gone and tasted like chicken noodles from a packet in Aldi , food has gone downhill in this place and cost a bomb for bog standard food

16/11/2025: Needs to be more efficient for people who just want to buy some of their chocolates instead of combining all customers into one queue which includes those waiting for food and drink in the cafe. There was a separate unattended till allegedly for customers wanting to just buy chocolate.

16/09/2025: Their cappuccino is always spot on — smooth, tasty, and worth coming back for. But the chocolate drinks? Way too sweet for me. I tried their hot chocolate before and today the Mocha (€4.60) and my goodness… I wonder how someone can drink such sugar syrup in the morning. Great if you love dessert-for-breakfast, not so great if you actually want to taste the coffee.

29/07/2025: Absolute scammers waited nearly 2 hours I called up and asked where is my food and he said food already delivered but it wasn’t and the way he spoke to me on the phone was absolutely disgusting.

13/12/2025: We got food delivered from here and the order was wrong we rang the shop and got met with a cheeky and rude response off their so called manager she then answered another phone and took another customers orders while on the phone we had to bring in the food into the shop food we just got delivered and she obviously couldn’t be bothered getting someone back out with the correct food and no offer of refund for the delivery charge not even an apology we got for the mix up over there mistake absolute worst customer service do not go here save your money!

23/11/2025: I ordered from here 2 times before. First one was family meal? I ordered with my friends but some chicken or something didn’t come. When we ask they were so rude hahahah It was on their all menu but they told us there s no chicken in that meal. We were like really shocked. After that i ordered very late. I was waiting for delivery but it didn’t come. When i called one woman picked up the phone and said oh one minute later your order would come to u. Ofc it didn’t come we waited for 20-30 minutes and picked up our food ourselves 🥲🤣

10/05/2025: Pizza is bad be better off buying one from the shop and do it urself. The service is just as bad they be stearing into your face when ur eating and the male had long black nails that would make you feel sick he shouldn't be in a place serving for its disgusting. For the atmosphere people on drugs outside tapping money smell of horse shit sorry I wasted my money in there never again. Not worth the money.

04/04/2025: I just ordered a minestrone soup with garlic bread as I have the flu at the moment. Billy called and asked about my gluten free preference for the soup and made sure that not only soup was hot and very tasty but also the extra effort of reaching out to ensure it’s gluten free was much appreciated and it will now be my go to restaurant and location for comfort food.

23/05/2025: The best place for a Party in Limerick city

20/04/2025: Horrible place, was supposed to have had my surprise engagement on here the weekend. My friends had been there earlier that day setting up balloons they had gotten made for me. the plan was that my friends would be waiting for me to arrive to 1314 to ‘surprise’ me, that was soon ruined as the bouncers refused my 25/26 year old friends, my friends are lovely respectful girls they explained to the bouncers that it was my surprise engagement and they had booked an area of the bar off for this occasion. They didn’t even ask them for their ID and the only explanation they gave was ‘they have right to refuse’. I was at a dinner with another few friends while this was all going on, please see attached messages from the manager to my friend previous that day. When my friend went to collect everything they had set up for me previously that day to bring down to house Limerick they had left the it all outside in the rain. Disgusting behaviour I will never darken the door to this dive again. The biggest shout out to house Limerick for hosting 17 of us such short notice they made my surprise engagement party so much better than 1314 would ever.
