06/10/2026: Left my bag in here accidentally which contains a lot of my valuables, they were so rude when I called and asked about it, then told me they had it. They described the bag they found to me and I went it to get it and they claimed they didn’t have it. They must have stolen bag. Horrible Customer service and food is so rotten would not recommend.

23/10/2026: Can't speak for place itself but have had issues with late deliveries from here a few times

21/10/2026: As always, great quality food, professional yet friendly service & the best prices today in the city. Well done all at prime pizza! We'll be back again!!

27/09/2026: Absolutely terrible experience. The food was extremely disappointing — everything tasted bland, low-quality, and completely unappetising. To make matters even worse, I found cockroaches in the food, which is completely unacceptable and honestly disgusting. I have never had such a horrible experience at a café. The food quality and hygiene standards are seriously concerning. I would not recommend this place to anyone and definitely will not be coming back.

27/09/2026: ⭐ 1/5 — Absolutely unacceptable experience This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had in a café/restaurant. We ordered food at Jasmine Court in Newcastle West and were sitting quietly waiting for our order. While we were waiting, one of the staff members approached us in a very rude and unfriendly manner and asked, “Did you order food?” The way she spoke to us was extremely unpleasant and made us feel as though we were somehow bothering her simply by being customers. The service was absolutely terrible. There was no friendliness, no basic customer service and no feeling that customers were actually welcome. When our order was finally brought to us, it was simply thrown down in front of us with absolutely no courtesy — not even a simple “enjoy your meal.” However, the biggest issue was the FOOD. The food smelled extremely unpleasant and was basically impossible to eat. Even worse, we found what appeared to be a cockroach in the food. Finding an insect in a meal is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the hygiene and cleanliness of the kitchen. A cockroach in food is not something that can simply be dismissed as a “bad experience.” This is a serious hygiene issue. If you are paying for food, you should at the very least be able to expect it to be safe, clean and edible. The combination of disgusting-smelling food, an insect in the meal and extremely rude customer service made this experience absolutely awful. I would strongly recommend avoiding this place. I certainly will not be returning.

15/10/2026: Tasty and comfort food, friendly environment and clean & cosy

18/08/2026: Was just served in your Crescent shopping centre branch by two really nice guys, who worked really well as a team. Helping each other to be efficient and manage the queue. Very pleasant and friendly despite being quite busy. Great service, didn't their names but 1 guy was Asian & other Brazilian. Great service.

08/10/2026: The worst place of all Limerick. I went to pick up a order. I have been waiting 40 minutes. Ridiculous.

16/08/2026: The short bouncer was by far and away the most ignorant one I've ever came across absolutely point blank refused us entry for absolutely no reason what so ever and I had no alcohol on me at all whatsoever

01/08/2026: An incredible surprise for nice food!

15/09/2026: Was here today and must say I was very disappointed with it. There was two of us got pancakes with fruit . On each pancake there was 3 blueberries and then 1 strawberry at most cut up between the 3 pancakes and to make it worse they were cold. Should have handed them back but it was busy and didn't want to make a fuss. But will not be going back at €7.50 for 3 small pancakes you would expect BETTER 😔

16/08/2026: Oh how i wish I had read the reviews prior to our visit. Warm drink from the fridge and was told they CAN'T give me ice. I replied, you mean you WON'T give me ice because clearly they make iced drinks. They told me the ice is only for the iced drinks. I have never in my life had as poor service as I had today. Felt like I was on a hidden camera show. We spent a good deal of money here. Obviously customer satisfaction is way way down on their list.
