01/01/2026: It was a kebab and garlic cheese chips it was cold and absolutely dirt it was manck

05/10/2025: Service was efficient and prices are ok but the kebab gave me food poisoning

03/06/2026: We stayed two nights with our two young children. We ate here both nights for dinner, and the food was great value. My only criticism would be not having a wine menu, but the wines were ok. We also ate breakfast twice. Seasonal and well prepared foods all around and the service is excellent. Proper hollandaise sauce on the eggs benedict, and those Wilmott sausages are the best I've had in Ireland. A huge shoutout to Evan who served us twice at breakfast. He provides impeccable service and went out of his way to accommodate us and our demanding almost-two-year-old daughter. But also everyone else was great. I would highly recommend staying at the hotel and eating here.

29/07/2026: Very disappointed. We were wanting curry/Indian and this is the only place left in town that does anything resembling such. Unfortunately, it was anything but. When we got home we realised our order was wrong, missing chicken in the curry etc. We wanted to make a go at it anyway, but it was also cold. The prawns are like the cheap ones that come pre-cooked in a cold pack you get from Lidl/Aldi. We will not be trying again.

17/06/2026: I’m absolutely fuming! I ordered food for both myself and my partner from Top Pizza that’s based across from the Milk Market in Limerick City. The food was supposed to arrive at 9:30. It had gotten to 9:50 and no sign. I went to my front door and they had left my order of food on my porch. No calls. No knocking or the ringing the door bell and of course the food is stone cold!! The two of us both rang them, to a man shouting at us, blaming and out right telling us it wasn’t their fault and could not help us and hung up on us. We proceeded to go into the actual shop and they refused to give us a refund. €36 spent!! The driver shrugged his shoulders and blamed us and said it wasn’t his fault. And also blamed by staff that I had the wrong contact information in my Just Eat. Explained I never change that information and funnily enough they had delivered to us the night before and were able to call my number no problem! Left with no refund but hoping Just Eat will sort it, just putting this up to steer clear of them, and don’t support them! Customer service has taken an all time low!

13/06/2026: DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE USING CARD PAYMENT …… they took my money and never delivered the food and when I tried callin they were pure ignorant just sayin it’s on its way they lied it never came

06/07/2026: Stay away from this kip… Ordered the Draco meal for delivery and the driver arrived and first thing out of his mouth was “your house is too far”. I live 7 minutes from the restaurant… I brought the food inside only to realize they have given me the wrong order.. they replaced the garlic bread and cookies I was meant to get and gave me CHIPS.. I called the restaurant and told him what happened and he said “oh I take this off menu” I replied saying that they should update their menu at least.. it would have been nice to know in advance.. then I said it’s not good enough to just give me a pizza chips and cans for €14 when I’m supposed to get what I ordered.. following this he ignored everything else I said and hung up the phone on me.. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.. I’m quiet annoyed with this and I would advise people to stay as far away as you can because they don’t deserve customers… furthermore my food was freezing. To whoever is reading reviews to see where they should eat.. do yourself a favor and skip this place…

18/08/2026: Was just served in your Crescent shopping centre branch by two really nice guys, who worked really well as a team. Helping each other to be efficient and manage the queue. Very pleasant and friendly despite being quite busy. Great service, didn't their names but 1 guy was Asian & other Brazilian. Great service.

12/08/2026: Terrible customer service. Ordered food 2 hours before closing. When I went to sit down, I was asked to leave because they were cleaning up. Thats fair enough I said no problem. Then I asked what time they were closing, one of the staff members shouted “it doesnt matter what time we close”. After all the food also turned out cold as if they were microwaved. Some people shouldn’t be working in the food industry with an attitude towards customers.

16/08/2026: The short bouncer was by far and away the most ignorant one I've ever came across absolutely point blank refused us entry for absolutely no reason what so ever and I had no alcohol on me at all whatsoever

24/03/2026: I am absolutely so annoyed with the service Tasty bites Askeaton . We ordered last week the same order and had no problem with the delivery but tonight I ordered the same and paid for delivery on the app and to say the service was bad is an understatement. The car driver attempted to coerce my 16 year old son into giving more than the agreed upon price (on the app) . As my son went to get the food the delivery driver asked him for a “delivery fee” . My son told him I had paid that on the app to which the driver didn’t agree and then let the bag of food drop in front of my son spilling its contents all over my sons clothes ,and the driver sped off without a word ,I have never experienced behaviour in the hospitality sector such as this, we not just have no dinner but he has completely upset my son from the behaviour he has received from this driver

16/08/2026: Oh how i wish I had read the reviews prior to our visit. Warm drink from the fridge and was told they CAN'T give me ice. I replied, you mean you WON'T give me ice because clearly they make iced drinks. They told me the ice is only for the iced drinks. I have never in my life had as poor service as I had today. Felt like I was on a hidden camera show. We spent a good deal of money here. Obviously customer satisfaction is way way down on their list.

31/03/2026: Really disappointed! Salad leaves in my wrap was not washed, it was full of dirt and mud. I took a bite and spit it out when I saw the dirty lettuce.

I asked for chicken chow mein they sent me some dry tiny pieces of chicken no sauce the starter of the skewers in a bag not a tray badly packed so disappointed only thing was good about it all was the driver was very nice
