25/08/2024: Got a spice bag the chips were okay but the chicken was hard and stringy think I got food poisoning been sick ever since

14/02/2025: Rude and aggressive delivery driver who complained that I wouldn't come out to the road to get my order. Complained that he had to drive 10km to do the delivery , I live 6.2km from the restaurant. I also paid for delivery so if you dont want to do the job dont accept the job.Muttered some form of expletive at me and when I asked him to repeat it he got quite aggressive and made me fear for my own safety on my own property. He shouldn't be allowed deal with any members of the public again. Dangerous individual which contrasts wildly with the courteous and apologetic lady on the phone

11/02/2025: I placed an order for delivery, first time trying this restaurant. The food I ordered arrived cold, despite me not living far from the restaurant and a portion of chicken skewers I ordered were undercooked/raw. Trying to get a refund was a nightmare, being told the cold food was none of their concern and only offering a partial refund for the raw food. Highly disappointed and would not recommend to anyone else.

03/01/2025: Average food, sharp wine, lacking in atmosphere, server was polite but overall the restaurant experience felt transactional and food was uninspired.

05/12/2024: I like their coffee machine alot which has variety of drinks selection. The breakfast meal are the same every day but you definitely having a local full Irish breakfast which is a good experience for an Asian like me. Friendly and Responsive crews.

21/03/2025: It took 2 hours for and three phone calls for 2 pizza meals, the pizza was rotten but the chips and chicken were nice, never again.

05/03/2025: Why is this place takes 2 hours deliver 3 km when you call them they say 20 minutes Where is the logic here ????? 2 hours drive 3 km Like who does that

06/04/2025: Aggressive , a friend was hospitalized next day and quite unhygienic food. sill in business since they are serving after parties audience which enables them to get away with this.

13/03/2025: Had breakfast there recently food was nice service perfect but the noise from the lady where the wash up is OMG we had to text each other because we couldn't hear we thought she was breaking everything the noise was ridiculous such a shame

18/03/2025: I’ve been to Burger King multiple times and generally enjoy their burger combos with fries and a drink. The food is really good, and I appreciate the variety they offer. However, the prices can be a bit high, and sometimes the wait can be longer than expected. Overall, it’s a decent place to grab a meal, but it might be worth considering the cost and wait time.

17/12/2024: My kid loves the fries. Place was clean. Burger was ok.

02/03/2025: We paid for one pizza and delivery 43 euro in total . The pizza arrived frozen and we are in a distance of less than 2km . It's getting worst every time . That is the last time I'm spending 50e to put everything in the bin .

24/11/2024: Phoned and ordered the really big meal deal, food came delivery driver gave me food and I noticed he didn’t hand me a garlic bread and I asked him does it come with a garlic bread, he got out my order and read it and then told me no it doesn’t. I came back inside and double checked the meal deal on their website which had a garlic bread on it. I rang them and told them I never got a garlic bread to which he told me the driver will be coming back with my garlic bread. I am still waiting on him. Food was a greasy mess too

12/03/2025: Shocking that this establishment decided to cancel a sold-out gig 24 hours beforehand in favour of putting in a student night instead. 7 Japanese members of a band playing Irish Trad music travelled over 10,000km with a double bass and all their instruments to play a sold out show to fans who were travelling from all over Ireland to see them just to be told that they’re concert was scrapped in favour of a student night. Really unprofessional and a disgraceful way to treat 7 Japanese people who’ve been obsessed with Irish music for over 20 years on their first tour to Ireland. How embarrassing!! 😡

28/02/2025: I don't usually buy from Subway but seeing it on Deliveroo made me want to! I ate one yesterday and another today, I've never pooped so much and so watery in my life as I did today. I'll never buy it again!!!

19/01/2025: Was just on Subway O'Connell St. Limericks JustEat page. I would suggest being very careful ordering from this. A 500ml bottle of Fanta lemon (or any soft drink on the menu currently) are all adding on +90 cents to the price of the drink listed as a 'deposit' for the Deposit Return Scheme in place. However as per the deposit return scheme on plastic bottles you can only get between 15 cent to 25 cent return on recycling these. So having these set as 90 cent is hoping a consumer wont notice and be charged extra they wont get back. On top of that the price of the actual drink is in total 4.80 with that deposit. Meaning a 500ml bottle of soft drink is almost 5 euros. That is an absolute scam. I also checked Subway William Street Limerick and Subway Castletroy Limerick and their deposit fees are correct at 15 cents for minerals. Whoever put this on Subways O'Connells St JustEat page should be ashamed of themselves. Please be aware if ordering online from them.

10/03/2025: The staff were good. I can't speak of the rest of the items available here but the cake was very disappointing. Ordered a designer chocolate cake for 57 euro and it felt like money wasted. Too much cream and that tasted bad and the cake was dry. Didn't taste fresh.

01/04/2025: Double charge for delivery, charges extra for delivery while I already paid in UberEats application. Don't try it, just waste of money if you want.

09/03/2025: Ordered pineapple and ham but got pepperoni instead, no dip in the pizza and the extra dip I purchased was missing from the order. This isn’t the first time and it’s definitely our last time ordering from here. Absolutely loved their food but their attitude towards loyal customers is terrible.
