04/07/2025: Beautiful Indian food, the korma was one of the best I have had.Quick delivery , and food was piping hot! Poppadoms come with the works, very tasty!

22/05/2025: You can trust that the have no care for customer service. Service was tragically disappointing. I made an order through JustEat at 10PM May 4th and only got a call about the food arriving at 1.30AM. The owner as they addressed to me, as Mr Khan hesitantly apologised and said that the next order I make would be reimbursed. I have called since and the person who picked up the phone was not helpful at all. Telling they needed to confirm with the boss and they’d call me back in 10mins. They didn’t. I called them 20mins later asking about updates and the person on the other end just went silent and refused to speak. They further refused to give me their name and said there was essentially nothing to be done.

20/09/2025: Met my elderly mother as she was finishing a sandwich. Was supposed to be egg mayonnaise and lettuce. Managed to take this pic of it. To say its scandalous would be an understatement. She told me all 4 cuts were like this. I'd hazard a guess there was less than 1 egg in the full sandwich if even that. They should be ashamed of themselves.

02/10/2025: Ordered a pizza with my freind his was okay and mine was a disgrace I wouldn’t even feed it to the dog and they said somthing about sending out another if I heard correctly it’s not okay to pay minimum €20 worth of food and send out a lump of poo to a person

08/07/2025: Ordered an açai and it was horrible do not recommend. 7.50 for dried bananas and peanut butter with loads of hard rock chunks, and the açai was thin and tastes awful. Could not finish it.

09/07/2025: I tried the Hearty Italian bread and it was really good! The location is nice and the restaurant was clean, which I appreciated. Customer service was okay — not bad, but not outstanding either. One thing that definitely needs improvement is the bathroom — it really needs a working lock on the door.

18/05/2025: Just got 3 foot longs to take away and all were day old bread from yesterday, stale!!! NOT FRESH, Subway standards have really fallen in Ireland

26/10/2025: Best meal we had in Ireland! Has this meal door dashed tonight and we were very happy! Kabob was flavorful, the chips and chicken sandwich were so crispy! Delivery driver was great!

13/09/2025: I recently visited Prime Pizza. The pizza itself was okay, though I’ve had better elsewhere. One staff member who first assisted me was very friendly and went to the back to get my order, which I appreciated. However, when another staff member brought out my pizza, I pointed out that there was trash on the floor and on the table left by a previous customer, and I asked if it could be cleaned since I wanted to dine in. Instead of addressing it, he simply said it was from a previous customer and never cleaned it up. I found this response dismissive and unprofessional. Cleanliness is an important part of the dining experience, and I believe this is an area that needs improvement.

10/11/2025: I bought a footlong in Castletroy, Groody Road on Saturday. It cost €7.90. I bought the exact same type of footlong in O'Connell Street on Sunday (1 day later) & was charged €10.50. O'Connell Street, Limerick Subway is a rip off. That's the last time I'll ever be visiting that Subway branch.

29/06/2025: Edit: This was finally fixed. Still leaving the review for education purposes as this never should have occurred. Was just on Subway O'Connell St. Limericks JustEat page. I would suggest being very careful ordering from this. A 500ml bottle of Fanta lemon (or any soft drink on the menu currently) are all adding on +90 cents to the price of the drink listed as a 'deposit' for the Deposit Return Scheme in place. However as per the deposit return scheme on plastic bottles you can only get between 15 cent to 25 cent return on recycling these. So having these set as 90 cent is hoping a consumer wont notice and be charged extra they wont get back. On top of that the price of the actual drink is in total 4.80 with that deposit. Meaning a 500ml bottle of soft drink is almost 5 euros. That is an absolute scam. I also checked Subway William Street Limerick and Subway Castletroy Limerick and their deposit fees are correct at 15 cents for minerals. Whoever put this on Subways O'Connells St JustEat page should be ashamed of themselves. Please be aware if ordering online from them.

08/12/2025: Absolutely no flavour to anything not even the sauces!!! It's a shame because the portion sizes are massive!!!

03/09/2025: So, I don't really know where to start. I'd say let's start with chicken since it's chicken club. I've tasted lots of fried chicken in my life, and this is the worst by far. From the taste it seems like they didn't change the oil in the last year which should be done every day. All food is greasy as s**t, probably even that one wouldn't be that bad. Second thing, all the best reviews comes only from their friends. Third - people are living at the same place that they cook food. Seems like no one who cooks there or eats there doesn't have any knowledge what real food. Would only recommend to those who wants to poison themselves to death. Would like to leave 0 stars, unfortunately no choice like that.... worst place EVER!!!!!

07/05/2025: I traveled from Cork to Limerick and stopped by O’Briens for lunch — and I’m so glad I did! I had the Powerhouse Salad and a cappuccino, and both were fantastic. The salad was the nicest I’ve ever had — so fresh and flavorful. The cappuccino was perfectly made, rich, and smooth. The staff were also really friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend for a delicious and pleasant pit stop!

18/04/2025: When did ye start adding 60 cent for marshmallows to hot chocolate!!!! And when did ye stop doing the foam on top and just slapping it out like pic??

02/10/2025: they hesitate to put any sauce or veggies in the veggie sub they take your money and serve you empty plain bread even after asking million times to put decent quantity of veggies. the staff is rude and make faces when you walk in

25/09/2025: The girl that served me never changed her gloves after I asked her to as she handled money and change before handling my food I was disgusted at the lack of hygiene she showed for all customers i put the food in the bin

16/06/2025: Possibly the worst food I've ever had in Limerick. One of the dishes only had 4 pieces of meat that were losts in the most bland watery sauce. The chicken looked so old like it had been awoken from hibernation and had been grilled in a hurry to rush the order. The staff are extremely welcoming and friendly but don't be fooled by this.

06/06/2025: Stale chips and roti bread..used rice swapped from another tub..very little lamb in bhuna..awful food this place seriously needs to be investigated

25/10/2025: Before I start they did say come back for a refund but I live 20min away. Got a big enough order. Have been going there for years and years. But I'm officially never going there again. Completely new crew working there tonight I never saw before.Bring back the old staff. Got 2pc chicken and chicken fillet burger and all 3pcs of chicken were stone cold. I mean fridge stone cold. Also fillet in burger when broken open was full of bones Rang them and and they said they would refund me but that's not the point. Paying good money and having to drive 20min back to get refunded doesn't make things any better. Will not be wasting my time nor my money there anymore. Honestly don't waste yer time go down to Mirellas

05/10/2025: Ordered 2 taco chips, one came cold. I went up and brought back the taco chip and asked for a fresh one and he popped it into the microwave and gave it back to me. He tried to argue that it was fresh just needed warming up. A disgrace. Will never return

09/11/2025: The sent me out the wrong food which I have been looking forward to all week.. I asked for chicken chow mein they sent me some dry tiny pieces of chicken no sauce the starter of the skewers in a bag not a tray badly packed so disappointed only thing was good about it all was the driver was very nice

20/07/2025: Order a large pepperoni pizza and the size was the size of a coca cola can it would definitely be a small anywhere else. Sadly it was also inedible, greasy, hard, was a random place to pick some lunch but never again
