10/04/2025: I order here quite regularly (not sure why) but today’s order has been the worst! The chips were actually raw! We had to put them in the air fryer to make them edible! And of course it took over an hour for delivery! I’m done with these guys!

2025 2*, degraded, for same meal in large portion barely any chicken or vegetables, multiple items on menu covered with tape - no more available.
11/06/2025: Gone down hill big time. Taco fires were alright. As for the Kebab. You'd get more in a sandwich. Felt sick leaving the place. Won't be eating here again.

17/05/2025: just stopped here on the way home from the beach back to limerick. order got taken quick but waited ages for it. portion sizes very small compared to the price, almost 12 quid for a tender meal, just a handful of chips. tenders are good for the first few bites until they all start tasting like grease. store was extremely messy too, all the tables next to me still had food trays and salt all over them and flies landing on the tables too.
10/04/2025: Just got home to find a missing chicken fillet burger which I had paid for and waited ages for. It wasn’t even busy. Won’t be back and will be in tomorrow for my refund.

07/05/2025: 0 stars. I went to the subway in Fermoy, Ireland, and it was the most horrible experience. The food was disgusting with the wrong order of condiments and a taste of rotten eggs, the man who was serving was very rude and when I complained, the manager was horrifying ignorant. The publicity of the refill was deliberately deceiving because the machine was turned off by the manager that argument that because was subway no more refill should be delivered.
HORRIBLE PLACE.

Don't try it, just waste of money if you want.
09/03/2025: Ordered pineapple and ham but got pepperoni instead, no dip in the pizza and the extra dip I purchased was missing from the order. This isn’t the first time and it’s definitely our last time ordering from here. Absolutely loved their food but their attitude towards loyal customers is terrible.

03/07/2025: I felt I had to write a review having read previous comments left, I have visited Istanbul Kebab many times over the years and have never had a bad experience, staff wise or food wise. ( maybe I've been lucky 🙃) Mixed Shish Kebab or mixed Donner Kebab are absolutely gorgeous. Staff have always been super friendly. Eat in ( I love getting the kebab on a plate with the naan bread and sauces separate so you can make it up yourself the way you like)or take out I have never had a bad experience.

22/05/2025: Service was tragically disappointing. I made an order through JustEat at 10PM May 4th and only got a call about the food arriving at 1.30AM. The owner as they addressed to me, as Mr Emal Khan hesitantly apologised and said that the next order I make would be reimbursed. I have called since and the person who picked up the phone was not helpful at all. Telling they needed to confirm with the boss and they’d call me back in 10mins. They didn’t. I called them 20mins later asking about updates and the person on the other end just went silent and refused to speak. They further refused to give me their name and said there was essentially nothing to be done.

07/05/2025: I traveled from Cork to Limerick and stopped by O’Briens for lunch — and I’m so glad I did! I had the Powerhouse Salad and a cappuccino, and both were fantastic. The salad was the nicest I’ve ever had — so fresh and flavorful. The cappuccino was perfectly made, rich, and smooth. The staff were also really friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend for a delicious and pleasant pit stop!

And when did ye stop doing the foam on top and just slapping it out like pic??

17/06/2025: Myself and my friend were there last night. We got 2 four in ones. Nothing on the menu of a mushroom in the dish as a 4 in 1 is the choice of meat, rice, chips and sauce. Opened it and there was mushrooms on it. Iv a mushroom allergy and was told by the man behind the counter I never specified iv an allergy. He took the container in behind and I could see the kitchen and the chef "not the microwave they cook everything in" picking out the mushrooms. I went and reopened the dish and underneath the chicken was a line of mushrooms. Absolute disgrace of a place. I couldn't eat the dish as I'd obviously of had a reaction. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS

28/04/2025: I called them to order 3 pizzas for delivery. The person who answered the phone sounded very rushed. I was asking about the prices and whether the food was halal, but he suddenly hung up on me. I immediately called back three times, but no one answered. Very disrespectful.
02/03/2025: We paid for one pizza and delivery 43 euro in total . The pizza arrived frozen and we are in a distance of less than 2km . It's getting worst every time . That is the last time I'm spending 50e to put everything in the bin .
