The best restaurants in Limerick

22/10/2024: Ordered an Oreo Shake for my daughter.A full 15 minutes waiting for it.Honestly orders after my number were being called and not one apology when I finally received it.The employer was arrogant and rude.Would not visit here again!

18/10/2024: This place is an absolute joke. I had to wait an hour to get my food. When it came it was wrong and had items i didnt ask for. The items that did come were cold and tasted awful. Terrible service and i could not recommend staying away from this place high enough. Disasterclass

02/10/2024: Burger out of a microwave. Papa used to make them on a grill! There is a lot of other places with better food.

23/09/2024: So disappointed with food. Salad burger meat was paper thin and tasteless. Chips raw and soggy. Cheese burger paper thin also tasteless. 2 horrible meals 30euro. Scandalous price.Best part of meal was the tea. Toilet in a deplorable condition. Wee all over the seat and on the floor. Won't be back.Compared to years ago gone down hill with a bang.

26/07/2024: very nice place.One thing i don't understand is why do they say the nightclub is open on friday nights when it is actually closed?

14/07/2024: There is a bald guy in the door Who IS unable to Talk with. And dident let us in with no reason. And the only thing he said was not tonight.

27/09/2024: Very Slow service. Cappuccino not good. Chicken baguette, didn't eat it,ages waiting, stale bread. Was here before and the bagel was horrible. Couldn't eat it. The only reason I went back is there's no where else in Northside Shopping centre

08/08/2024: Staff with the DNA of Scrooge I couldn’t get over the mean spiritedness of this outlet in Omni Park, North Dublin today. Myself and my wife had coffee, our son had hot chocolate and our daughter had peppermint tea. We all received a chocolate with our drinks except our daughter so I asked for one for her and was told that a chocolate is not given with tea. How petty minded and downright stupid beyond belief. I told the girl I’d give my daughter mine. And these people have the nerve to display a dish on the counter ‘for tips’ We’d spent nearly €50 on what was a no more than a snack that wasn’t appetising and was at absolutely exorbitant prices. There are other outlets in Omni Park and I won’t be visiting O’Brien’s again.

01/11/2024: Shop is an absolute joke ordered at 1:00 and never got my order the guy on the phone kept hanging up then finally answered and all he kept saying is it was on the way and never got my order the shop closed at 2:00 o’clock and all he kept saying was it was on the way after ringing multiple times very ignorant and rude this shop should be closed down lying to there customers if i had of knowing they weren’t going to deliver i wouldn’t have ordered from here!!! waste of time!!!🤬🤬

31/05/2024: Rudest staff ever. Asked for an almond milk mocha frappe. Made me a frappe latte instead. When i went to tell the young woman told me i got what i asked for. I explained i always ask for mocha but she insisted i said latte. Offered to make me another and told her not to bother. She then come to my table with a mocha frappe. I dont know if there is milk on it. And with the bad attitude she had i woulnt risk drinking anything she made. Worst customer experience

26/09/2024: Ordered food from UBER Eats, food was never delivered and there was no tracking and the restaurant number was not working. It was continuously hitting to their voice mailbox. Looks like its a scan. Please be careful before ordering

05/07/2024: Glum surly staff. Did not know I was supposed to collect cutlery myself on ordering, when goats cheese toasted roll with salad was brought to my table, asked for a knife and fork. Told "it's self service and it's over there", on mentioning this rude unhelpful attitude to an older woman behind the counter, she just repeated the other woman's sentence with a stony expression. Last time I met staff like this was in the former East Berlin. No sugar on the table, only sweetener, had to get it from another table, didn't dare ask staff. I'm a disappointed ex-customer (70+)

29/05/2024: Can a Caesar wrap be called a Caesar if it doesn’t contain lettuce, an anchovy Caesar salad dressing? I got a half grilled wrap soggy on the bottom filled with breaded chicken and pesto. Tasted of a chicken and stuffing.

30/05/2024: Closed at half 8 says it’s closed at 9 on the site. Got there at 8:30 and everybody was out the back and was told there closed. Drove 15 mins for nothing. Cool. 👍

10/09/2024: A tasteless sandwich on cheap sliced pan for €7.50 served by rude staff. No table service. Will not return here.

26/08/2024: Ordered yesterday, got a pizza and it was tasteless, cheap product's couldn't even taste the cheese or any of the toppings. May aswel have baught bread be more enjoyably

01/09/2024: I have just bought a sandwich in there. The girl definitely didn't want to be working today. She didn't answer when I said good morning/bye, she didn't explain how everything works. It was a terrible customer service.
