09/07/2025: The coffee tasted burnt ..... I asked for honey and was met with a stare of death and told we don't do that here ..... (every other star bucks does) and the milk /sugar station was filthy definitely will not be back 😑

18/06/2025: I absolutely love their coffee and I used to go there quiet often, but I won't be returning. And the reason to it is one of the staff called Olivia. Ever since she became a supervisor I have heard her badmouthing other staff on more than one occasion. And if anything I can only say good things about other staff. Her attitude towards a customer is so fake and it's very unpleasant. If you don't want to keep loosing customers please have your staff trained how to work in a such a setting and explain that customers listening not because they want to, but because they have no other choice.

12/06/2025: The only coffee place open at 6 a.m. for us poor soles needing our coffee fix on the way to work. Delightful staff putting a smile on my face each day 🎶

17/03/2025: I have ate food from this restaurant numerous of times and was tasty but ordered the spice bag lately to try and was inedible it was so salty would make you feel sick, the chips also tasted reheated. One of my favourite restaurants for a long time so very disappointed

14/05/2025: Food from here is usually 10/10 but very disappointing tonight ordered food at 20 past 8 and didn’t arrive until 5 to 10 ordered the spicebox and it came cold soggy and tasted reheated tried ringing the restaurant and couldn’t get through no apology for the delay either and food had to be binned complete waste of money.

Food is absolutely brilliant to the point I am so obese because I eat from this Chinese so much because it is so tasty and delicious. I would personally recommend the sweet and sour sauce in crispy shredded chicken, it is absolutely beautiful. This is the best Chinese Restaurant I have ever visited

06/04/2025: Absolutely Disgusting Experience – False Accusation & Unfair Treatment I had one of the worst nights of my life at Molly’s in Limerick. I was having a good time, had spent over €100 inside, when a random girl came up to me aggressively and physically pushed me multiple times for no reason. I didn’t react violently—I simply said, “I’ll never hit a woman.” Apparently, staying calm was enough to offend her. Moments later, she ran to security and falsely accused me of stealing her phone. Without asking any questions, the security guard sided with her, claimed he “saw me” stealing it from her pocket (which is 100% false), and kicked me out immediately. No evidence. No chance to defend myself. Just humiliated and thrown out like a criminal. I don’t know what kind of training the staff here have, but letting someone get thrown out based on a random lie—with zero proof—is beyond unacceptable. It’s lazy, biased, and dangerous. I was falsely accused, mistreated, and disrespected for absolutely nothing. I will be requesting CCTV footage and taking this further. Until then, all I can say is: if you care about your dignity, don’t step foot in Molly’s.

09/07/2025: This place was absolutely horrendous the chips were re-heated and half cold coming out. The chicken was very gray in colour and very dry with an unpleasant flavour it didn’t taste fresh as advertised and was 100% frozen. The sauces were also disgusting and cheep. The staff were very unhelpful and incompetent and i felt they thought they were above our station and looked down us. In the past this was a well owned establishment as it was Supermac which is a nicer and tastier establishment i wouldn’t recommend or come back here again over disgusting food and high prices

09/07/2025: I came here with my friends for a quick bite to eat and I genuinely wish I kept driving first of all the chicken I got in my burger was RAW And the chips where reheated and freezing Cold 🥶 when I complained to the staff about my undercooked chicken burger they said that they couldn’t refund my money or give me another burger because it wasn’t raw even though the burger was pinker than me after coming back from Spain anyways my friends and I decided to leave after the a staff me never shouted down at us because my friend asked for ketchup and the staff member told us that we couldn’t have any more the service was applauing and we will not be coming back. Happily

10/05/2025: Pizza is bad be better off buying one from the shop and do it urself. The service is just as bad they be stearing into your face when ur eating and the male had long black nails that would make you feel sick he shouldn't be in a place serving for its disgusting. For the atmosphere people on drugs outside tapping money smell of horse shit sorry I wasted my money in there never again. Not worth the money.

04/04/2025: I just ordered a minestrone soup with garlic bread as I have the flu at the moment. Billy called and asked about my gluten free preference for the soup and made sure that not only soup was hot and very tasty but also the extra effort of reaching out to ensure it’s gluten free was much appreciated and it will now be my go to restaurant and location for comfort food.
