The best restaurants in Limerick

18/06/2026: Ordered 2 large chips, 2 cod, 1 fresh cod. The fresh cod was not fresh and off white colour didn't smell fresh! Didn't taste good @ all. Overall Not Good won't be making another purchase! Not our usual choice of chipper for my fresh Cod. Absolutely No comparison on taste size or Freshness!

17/06/2026: Ok so I have gone here three times since I was staying at the Strand hotel and it is downstairs. The first day I went, it was decent service, had a few servers working together to help me out and ask if I need anything. They took a long time for everything I ordered to bring it out, they brought me the check but never came back for my card so I went to the bar to pay my tab, maybe that’s how it works here? Perhaps. Day 2 I rarely see my server, took forever for my chicken Caesar salad to come out, waited another long time for the check that never came, so I had to go search for my server to pay at the bar again. I’m like thinking why is everything taking SO LONG?! I don’t really understand it. Later on, I’m like you know, it’s still early, let me go down and grab a drink from the bar. I sit down and nobody ever acknowledges me. I’m there for a SOLID 15 minutes with nobody asking what I’d like to drink, as if I was a ghost. So I left, annoyed. They have good cappuccino and salads and wraps but the service is where it really needs improvement, superrrr disappointed, could be a nice spot too!

01/09/2026: This is a really cool bar , nice house music dj playing the Saturday night we were there , atmosphere was a cool friendly vibe. I would definitely go back

24/08/2026: A blend of retro and rhythm games, along with a few others! There are some boardgames there as well. Great atmosphere, perfect for an event or just hanging with friends

20/08/2026: Ordered fish and homemade chips- others ordered burger and chicken chunks with chips. My fish was very ordinary, oily and chips were cold. Maybe an off day but didn’t enjoy it at all. Disappointed ☹️

17/06/2026: I ordered a pizza meal from this place,they delivered it to the wrong address,and even didn’t call me before give the food to someone else,i tried to contact them many times,but the phone number provided on delivery app wasn’t responding,so i found a different number to them by myself,they said that the delivery driver is on his way and he will call me,but even after 30 more minutes no one contacted me,and i didn’t get my food,then driver called me,said he delivered the food to sole old man,and after i told him that he gave it to someone else,he just said it’s my fault,never would recommend this place to someone

10/08/2026: They cheat on the food; you order something else, or they give you too little. I just ordered 20 wings and got 18. Recently, I got 17, and when I asked for them, the salesperson looked at me with a puzzled expression. I didn't ask for them today. But if someone can't count, they shouldn't work here. I don't recommend it.

17/04/2026: Fantastic delicious food and excellent friendly service. We have ordered food from this restaurant for delivery lots of times and the food is always really good. Went there for a sit-down meal this week and the service was excellent. We were the only people seated there so it was nice to have the whole restaurant to ourselves and be able to enjoy good conversation with friends in a relaxed atmosphere.

01/08/2026: I won't lie the pizza is nice but its a disaster trying to get food delivered. The driver will phone to tell you he on the way or outside and to come and collect it. If you miss the phone call he'll get aggressive (especially to women and children) instead of just knocking on the door like a normal delivery instead of being lazy.

22/03/2026: Bought a burger here. It was so sloppy and disgusting stopped at the first bite, goujons and chips were lovely though. Am a bit devastated.

30/01/2026: We had a party gathering in our local pub last weekend ... Rang luca chipper for chips and battered sausages for everybody in the pub ... absolutely beautiful and fresh and so accommodating ... rang at 3.30 they just opened .. 15 / 20 minutes ready to collect... I love this place and there so nice and so so polite .. thanks Lucas 👍
