10/01/2026: Started coming here after work as we work late locally, found ourselves become regulars due to the great food and always made feel so welcome by Josh. He always has a big smile and "well lads" regardless of how busy it is, unlike a lot of the staff here. He's a rarity in hospitality these days. Food is always spot on. Only issue i see is that they don't have security like all other takeaways in the area which does lead to a lot of undesirable sitting around you as you try to enjoy your food.

15/11/2025: St. Johns is a very good hospital. Nice Nurces and you are not waiting hours in the Emergency. Compare to Dooradoyle UHL where, I have impression that ANE staff is doing trafic on purpose. You are wating in UHL ages for simple things like blood pressure tablet or quick check up. My friend with high blood pressure 230/123 refferd by his GP, got one medication to lower the pressure, after 6 hours waiting. But he got it just because his daughter started the argument with Zone A staff after 6 hours nonsens wating. He supposed to be check for blood pressuer after one hour off that tablet, and again there was noone to do it. He was completly ingnored same as other patents wating. So again his daugher has to have argument with the staff members to make them to check his blood pressure. Here I have to highlight that the Dooradoyle Emergency department has only two blood pressure maschines, and plently of nurses that wodernig around without any sense. Some of them have really lost faces, like they do not know where they are and what to do. Offcourse, the nurse who did the check up didn not mention a word to the patient, the daughter has to ask her how it is. So they have been told that the pressure is still high and in a moment the doctor will talk to them. After 8,5 hours spended in that hospital they left, as there was no doctor who had will to talk to them. Remember, if they are saying to you that "in a moment doctor will talk to you", you can be sure that this moment will last about 2 hours or more. They are ignorants whith dramatcally ogranside work, big mess behind the doctors desk in Zone A. Absolutley bad managemet and people who shouldn't work there at all, as this patent could be treated within max 1,5hour, if the medication would be given to him at the beginning when he arrived there, and if would be there one doctor who would serve only the patients marked green in their messy system. There is no need to keep people for 12 or more hours only to give them tblets or simple check up. That is causing only bigger traffic and doctors pretending that they are so very bussy. To be fer there was only one doctor who apperd really work , doing things like he should. So if you need to go to Emergency go to St. John's, as Dooradyle UHL is a one disaster.

02/10/2025: I was treated at the local injury unit for a facial wound that needed stitches. Dr. Azza was brilliant, very professional and reassuring. The whole team was great, kind and helpful. I’m very grateful for the care I received and wish them all the best.

03/03/2026: The staff was very helpful and polite. The pizza was exactly like you would expect it from dominos.

Management is rude and the big one not a single person in there speaks English as a first language it's impossible to talk to them. These people dont care. This place was better when the students ran it. I have been going here 20 years and I promise today is the last. I'd rather put my money in the bin then give this lot a penny. Embarrassing

03/03/2026: I’m a regular at this drive-thru and just wanted to appreciate Sonia for her excellent service. She recognized my usual order (McPlant with custom changes, nuggets, and marinara sauce) and even helped me pick the right sauce when I forgot the name. It’s really nice when someone remembers regular customers and makes the experience smooth and friendly. Sonia truly makes the visit better every time. Thank you!

08/11/2025: Staff was friendly, it’s likely you don’t get a seat inside and seating outside is limited too. Toilets that belong to The Treehouse are in a container and the smell of urine is offputting. The food - absolutely no value for money, overpriced for what you get, would not return.

23/08/2025: No idea why people rave about this place. It was very busy at the time I was there, so I didn't mind queuing for the 10 minutes. Although the system was terrible, (they had to stop taking orders as they ran out of buzzers to give out, so when you reached the front of the queue you had to wait until a buzzer came back - woeful setup but anyway), I eventually ordered two acai bowls, with nutella, and one with no banana. 40 minutes passed, I went back up and asked if there was an issue, as I thought my order had been forgotten. I was told that they had to find somone to make them (???). I obviously didn't look too impressed, so I was offered a free slice of cake, which I gracefully accepted. After another 10 minutes, my buzzer went off, and I went to collect. Both bowls had banana, and both were covered in peanut butter, not nutella. At this point I was so sick of waiting, I just handed the bowls, and the free cake, back and asked for a refund, which they gave me no problem. Very disappointed that I wasted so much time, the way the place is set up is completely to blame. Once it gets busy, it's a nightmare. 2 stars as we had eaten here the night before, and the food was fine, but extremely expensive.

17/02/2026: been here like twice and each time there have been very dubious people inside of the building. very interesting drama in the kitchen can be observed from every point of the facility. also my back hurts when using ur bathroom sink. is it made for babies??

27/11/2025: Food was too expensive, small portion for price. Shop floor dirty, trays left everywhere. Went to use bathroom, filthy and clogged. Staff not very friendly.

22/03/2026: Bought a burger here. It was so sloppy and disgusting stopped at the first bite, goujons and chips were lovely though. Am a bit devastated.

30/01/2026: We had a party gathering in our local pub last weekend ... Rang luca chipper for chips and battered sausages for everybody in the pub ... absolutely beautiful and fresh and so accommodating ... rang at 3.30 they just opened .. 15 / 20 minutes ready to collect... I love this place and there so nice and so so polite .. thanks Lucas 👍

18/01/2026: Absolute disgrace of a place ordered food at 7pm it came at 8:45pm (an hour later than expected delivery time). Food was freezing cold and inedible the food was like rubber chips were as greasy as anything and forgot the drink. They said they would replace the full order and it would be delivered in 35 mins. We NEVER got a replacement for our food. Waste of money and time
