The best restaurants in Limerick

15/05/2026: The food was cold, poorly presented, and I waited a long time. The table was dirty and greasy, and I waited 15 minutes for it to be cleaned.

10/05/2026: We ordered two chicken & chorizo sandwiches and a BLT and honestly all three were awful. The sandwiches weren’t even toasted, the chicken had absolutely no flavour, and there was barely any chorizo in them. The salad came completely dry with no dressing, which just summed up the whole meal. The BLT was equally disappointing. For the prices charged, the food quality was terrible. Definitely won’t be returning.

17/10/2026: I give this place one star because the Indian man sat in front of us used his mobile phone four times to message and once to make a phone call.The screen was bright and it was a big distraction, other than that the extras ,drink and popcorn are very expensive It is still a good cinema It is a pity our evening was disrupted by a idiot who had no respect for anyone else.

13/10/2026: I gone to odeon limerick to see shaun the sheep the beast of mossy bottom in screen 7 and verity in screen 1. its mostly comfortable but the only thing I felt bad is some seats are covered in cloths and some seats has tear in them. Everything else good

16/08/2026: YOOO i made an order and i didn’t know that the chicken spring rolls came with sweet and sour sauce, and the wokking warrior told me, so i didn’t have to spend extra money, WHAT A LEGEND. So i just wanna say thanks to everyone that was in wokking today ye are the best!! the food was dihlicious too.

19/06/2026: Being new the Limerick, we were so excited to try another new casual dining spot but we'll never return to Wok King on O'Connell Street. The menu posted outside sounded delicious but the actual food served was far from it. The beef in black bean sauce was just okay, nothing special at all but their kung pao chicken was absolutely disgusting. The tasteless sauce was literally neon orange, it didn't even look like real sauce for human consumption and nearly matched the ceiling paint colour. After one bite I put my fork down, it wasn't edible. I took my bowl to the counter, which is very much out of charactor for me, but I wanted to share with the staff member, that my dish wasn't good. I asked if I could order something else instead, "no, we don't do that, that's how it tastes." I than asked if l could get a refund, "no, we're not going to do that." After a few awkward moments, my plate was rudeing taken away, "what do you want to eat?" I ordered a chicken in black bean sauce that we were 99.9% sure that my previous chicken had been water rinsed and reused to serve to me.

17/08/2026: We did not have a good experience here during the tournament. Very limited menu. I think we came between breakfast and lunch and they didn’t have either one so we had to get packaged food You wait in line and order at the counter

26/08/2026: Very confusing at the ordinary screen, photos of meals notting like what we got. Also had to ask staff for the same thing 5 times and then go and point at it because none of them could understand me. Would not recommend. No value for money either 😕 staff look miserable

07/10/2026: Amazing wedding dinner – outstanding food, atmosphere, and staff! ​We hosted our wedding dinner here, and the entire experience was absolute perfection from start to finish. The team went above and beyond to make our day extra special. ​A special mention to Katie, the manager, who was amazingly helpful throughout the planning process and kept everything running seamlessly. We also want to give a huge thank you to Lenny, the owner, who took the time to meet with us a few days before and again on our actual wedding day to ensure every detail was taken care of. Finally, a big shoutout to Ash, who was brilliant in helping us set up the room. ​The staff and owner were incredible, the atmosphere was fantastic, and the entire day went down really well with all our guests. We couldn’t have asked for a better venue for our wedding meal. Highly recommended!

15/09/2026: Very outdated, shabby, dirty windows. In a great location but disinterested owners it would seem. Most expensive brownies I ever saw. Just a few tired people like myself in there.

05/09/2026: We had fabulous service at this delightful cafe thanks to Keelin who really looked after us, he was extremely helpful and accommodating. The coffee was delicious as were the sweet treats! The cafe offers internet as well which we were very grateful for, thank you all for a great morning treat!

24/05/2026: The courier was delivering sushi in the sun with no special packaging — and sushi has raw fish in it. No cooling bag, nothing. The raw fish smells strongly, the sushi is falling apart, and it looks like it was made in unsanitary home conditions rather than in a restaurant

27/06/2026: Sub-par western style Chinese food. Meat was rubbery and without flavor -- clearly not cooked with the accompanying sauce and vegetables. A good case of where I can make similar dishes that taste much better at home, simply by using fresh ingredients. No clue how some people give 4 or 5 stars.

10/09/2026: Staff are so rude especially the ones working today around 2 .autistic 4 year child climbed on table her father took her down and a rude woman came from behind the counter and runs her mouth be different if she was left up on table also the food was horrible chips where no doubt reheated and god know when the last changed there oil tasted terrible and the chicken was dry and old. Wont be bringing my child there no more if your staff can't be child friendly

19/08/2026: The welcome was very friendly. I'm French and on holiday in Ireland, so I wasn't familiar with the restaurant. I ate well there, as did my sons. A good first experience.

18/08/2026: Never seen a drive thru to be slow..they need to fix the intercom..can barely hear the staff. Food is OK
