07/05/2025: Doesn’t open at 8am as per your website. Disappointing to have drove here before work to it being closed. Update your opening times please, least you can do!

24/04/2025: The Matcha Strawberries cold drink was absolutely delicious, and the Americano is always top-notch. Really enjoyed my afternoon visit—great drinks and a lovely atmosphere!

26/04/2025: I've had to change my review as the last visit I had here the food was non existent. I had the duck which used to be one of my favourite dishes but this time I got bones with little to no meat. Totally inedible. Mashed potato still great.... My partner had seabass and it was like 2 fillets of sardines on the plate they were so small. Very disappointed.

16/05/2025: We ordered off of Uber... The dips were all wrong, the portions were all small, the food is overpriced, it was not clear who's order was who's and we had to cut into every burrito to see who's was who's. The numbering system was not sufficient, especially as one of us has specific dietary requirements. You should opt for a labelling system for the burritos. €15 for a burrito and half a measly pack of tortilla chips with the wrong dip. Also you can't choose two of the same drink when ordering a twosome meal. GIVE US OUR MONEY BACK... Please? >:(

03/05/2025: It used be so much better. Yum. Burrito bowl. Now it's max the profit with everything but the flavour. From bowls full to the brim that could hardly stay closed to my last one which was a full 2.5cm from the top.... and no the place wasn't busy but the food service area looked like a bomb had gone off recently. Staff are pleasant but frightened looking like managers have stifled all the enthusiasm , individuality and pride out of them. I think Boojum has lost its way and the only way it can remember now is to the bank deposit counter..... pity.

24/06/2024: This is my favourite restaurant. The food is amazing and the staff are so nice and friendly. I had my sons communion meal there and I was very happy with everything. I will recomend them every time

10/09/2024: Cozy café, right in the museum. Cozy atmosphere, close to the banks of the Shannon. Prices are fair, for example a pot of tea is four euros. If it's warm, you can also sit outside.

25/03/2025: Sunday lunch.... I went with my 7 year old son. The food is really poor quality,prices high and the service was awful shocking. The waiters told us to wait for a minute to get the kids menu and after a long 12 min I asked them about it . The menu wasn't printed yet! They have very little options for the kids , anyway so we ordered chicken goujons with chips and seafood chowder for me. I can safely say it was unpleasant! My son got 4 chicken nuggets instead of the coujons and very tiny portion of chips. The chowder was so watery and small , absolutely no seafood and I got one piece of bread and 1 butter in the same plate as the chowder. My son went to the waiters to asked them for more bread and they gave him one slice with 2 butters. I didn't complain at the frist time when I was asked by a meber of the staff (he was a supervisor on duty ) but when one the waiter back and asked us for dessert of something else my son was in the bathroom, I explained to her the food wasn't nice, the portions are extremely small,very price for 4 chicken nuggets,there weren't chicken goujons and I really was very reluctant to order anything else because of the poor quality and quantity of the food. Suddenly a guy came across with an attitude was nothing short of ignorant, arrogant, and completely rude . He was blaming me because I didn't tell him the food wasn't nice when he asked us. In fact he was so overreacting in front of the staff and my 7 year old boy as he was back already from the toilet. This guy is far from suitable for front house of a restaurant / and have no idea how to treat costumers. He needs a especial anger management and customer service training course asap. The personel in the restaurant completely ignore us and I have to go myself to find someone to pay the bill. We left the place and I left an complaint to the the senior manager who was Anthony. Very disappointing experience.

02/05/2025: This place is nice, to enjoy. Lovely and helpful staff, tasty and great food. We ordered breakfast and took coffees, asked to get in take away cups, girls brought them with lids to the table 🤌🏼. Small details but really nice.

21/10/2024: Nice traditional pub. Friendly staff and nice atmosphere. They do a nice Irish breakfast in the morning which I recommend. I rarely drink so cannot comment on that side of things.

22/04/2025: Nice Starbucks. There was no one queuing when I was there, so I got straight to it. The service was quick and the staff was very friendly. My drink was very good!

07/04/2025: They are always nice! I like that it has an atmosphere of people who come to work, open all week and good service. I'm back.

19/10/2024: I've eaten in and had deliveries.. Amazing chicken sandwich not the same anymore, either too spicy or not enough sauce. Was planing on ordering tomorrow but just looked at your prices... Gone through the roof.. Amazing chicken used to be €10 in 2021.. Now €14.. That's some inflation...

16/05/2025: I regularly get cappuccino here and always ask for an extra shot, not hot. Unfortunately, almost every time I receive a drink that’s either too hot, missing the extra shot, or just a regular cappuccino. It’s disappointing, especially as I really enjoy the taste of the coffee and like the place overall. But having to repeat the same request over and over and still not getting it right makes the experience frustrating. I hope the staff can pay more attention to custom orders — it really makes a difference

02/05/2025: I ordered chicken curry. The Rice that was served with it was one congealed blob all stuck together. When I pushed my fork into it all of the rice came up in one lump . Disgusting ! I sent it back, I waited 45 minutes for them to replace it. They brought it back. no better . The curry sauce was now all thick and parts around the plate was burned into it . I sent it back ! Just awful . My friend ordered a toasted cheese sandwich . One slice of cheese . On one slice of bread and one heel of bread. They served the toasted sandwich with 3 leaves of spinach and a teaspoon of coleslaw Pathetic! The place is going downhill in my opinion . It use to have good food & atmosphere not anymore . Overpriced for the pitiful food they serve. This is my experience of eating there. My opinion of what was served to me. The place was practically empty ! Service is very bad . It badly needs a chef that knows how to cook .
