The best restaurants in Limerick

17/07/2026: Very disappointing experience. The internet in the Darvin conference room was extremely poor and we lost a full day for our AI hackathon. Staff were also constantly passing through the room from the kitchen, making it unsuitable for a professional meeting. It is not suitable for a professional conference. Despite these issues—and spending over €800 on four team meals—we were still charged €200 for the conference room.

28/07/2026: Been coming here for lunch every once in a while. Unfortunately I found a hair in the fries and it has thrown me off ever since.

26/07/2026: I came in while waiting for the bus. The lady there was super friendly. We had a quick chat. The space is bright w a lovely vibe to sit and chill. There is a space out back for smoking. The bathroom is clean. It is wheelchair accessible.

05/06/2026: We had an exceptionally nice time at this Mcdonalds. We had Helen serving us as part of our school tour visit. She and all her fellow staff were so kind in serving our students from St Vincents Special School, Lisnagry, Co. Limerick. We would love to come back again another time!

23/05/2026: Been going here for god knows how long, yet ever since the place received a lovely big upgrade few years ago. Somehow the fact if you order any food with any sort of specifications they just CANT get it right, "Hello I will like no ketchup just cheese" its too complicated. I have a strong feeling its down to the training within the place as when I've gone in several times to get it corrected it gets done. I genuinely feel bad for employees who truly care and managers but it has gotten beyond bad. With people I know personally who are more picky eaters its an absolute NIGHTMARE to get 1 simple small thing correct.

10/07/2026: Don't bother placing an order as they'll take you're hard earned cash after stating payment has been declined and no confirmation email received, I have been charged twice for one order that doesn't even exist on their system..... Absolutely appalling franchise behavior.

16/08/2026: Truly awful, I hadn't been to the bambu for a while but I always enjoyed the food , I'd say it must be under new management and also different chief because what we got for Sunday lunch was terrible,I got the calamari and it was like rubber and the crispy chilli chicken was disgusting, I'd say we'll clear of the place in future.

02/08/2026: It’s one of the places that stays open late, has good prices for junk food, and definitely hits the spot after a night out. For that reason, it’s a good option. However, I have to mention something that has always bothered me: one of the staff members is extremely rude. Whenever he’s serving me, I get the feeling that I’m bothering him just by being there. I’ve also witnessed him being impatient with some customers, including foreigners, it happened to a friend right in front of me.

02/06/2026: I'm a frequent client. Changing from 5 to 1 if I could give 0 I would. This time it was the worst service ever such rude waiter terrible service, never i will be back.
