28/12/2025: The atmosphere and service on the day we visited H&L was extremely poor. We were seated by a waitress named "Cherlene" and her demeanour on the day was what tainted our experience. Her attitude was of that of someone who didnt want to be there, and had no interest in serving customers. The cakes we ordered also on the day were old and dry.

13/10/2025: Called in driving through limerick late at night. Very close to closing time so restaurant was empty but staff were lovely and spice bag was delicious and a curry sauce was included it was brilliant. Massive portion too

04/11/2025: I was very disappointed when I went here because I cannot consume MSG. Their menu was not available online so I went there and literally every item including mixed vegetables and soup has MSG. Had to go elsewhere

28/12/2025: My main course was done twice and each time the wrong sauce was included in the dish. Always have the same main here, very disappointed with staff trying to say it was the right sauce. Left without having a main course. Won't be recommending this restaurant to family or friends again.

22/09/2025: Lovely cafe we stopped in to take a break during our drive to Killarney. The staff was so hospitable and kind, the pastries and coffee were delicious. Outdoor seating was very scenic. Cozy spot to stop at.

25/08/2025: We arrived here by chance and we had the best lunch we could have imagined! The service was great, weather was nice and we enjoyed three dishes, the hummus with poached eggs, some toast with goat cheese and a chicken wrap. I'm not exaggerating when I say we had probably one of our best meals ever 😋😋 flavours were just so good. I'd come back a thousand times!!

07/02/2026: All five stars for the amazing restaurant in Thomas St However the Castletroy restaurant leaves a lot to be desired The manager with the glasses is loud and rude I was unable to get a bowl of soup on Wednesday 4th Feb as it was ten minutes to lunch time, three other people were sitting and eating , I was told only take away soup I walked , literally, next door to Hook n Ladder and the wonderful reception I got , given a table immediately and served soup, they were so busy, wonderful atmosphere, only three people sitting in Bella Italia , any wonder

03/12/2025: Great place with everything you need, the sale assistants and deli are very polite and they help you with whatever you need. They have barista with all the coffees you need and deli food so good. Definately a place with outstanding costumer service.

23/10/2025: Had a great night until they watered down my 2 drinks and charged me for 2 more when I told them they were watered down. I wasn't the only one at the bar getting watered down drinks as 2 other people beside me said the same thing. If you want value for money don't drink here! Bar staff didn't believe me until I was adamant they taste the drinks also.

23/01/2026: Ordered for 4 people. A meal deal half showed up. Told 2 weeks ago after as many phone calls I would receive a refund. So far nothing. Other pizza shops are available.

14/11/2025: Vegan pizza was huge 32inch ? it was 2am, after a nightclub , I came home. And it closes 3am ,I was drunk and didn't Realise it was pineapple pizza hahaha ooopps! it was 32 euro and a One hour long delivery ......but still delicious with vegan cheese ,and I had it for dinner the next day too.

08/03/2026: Had to return to till to request the toy from the Friends “happy meal”. This has happened here twice previously. Other than that clean, nice staff and prompt service

23/02/2026: It's hit and miss here, they never have milkshakes available 'machine is broken' mmm.. chips cold, and went to the Castletroy one and it was so much better which is a shame. Come on Raheen!

21/06/2025: I was in Ringsend and found Park Lane Coffee through Google Maps. Great place. Unusual setup but the ice late was delicious and the almond croissant was one of the best I ever had. You can't sit inside but on a sunny day like the day I was there, why would you want to. Plenty of places to sit in Rinsend and Ringsend park is a few metres up the road from the cafe. Staff were great too. Highly recommend!

08/05/2025: Takeaway coffee was ok - but no Earl Grey tea (only Green offered!), so a bit limited. Not cheap. Not sure what options you have round here, though...
