17/08/2025: I ordered a too good to go bag. Lady manning the cash register asked if I had any allergies or preferences. I told her I have the soap gene so minimal cilantro please and she looked through the premade bags and couldn't find anything suitable. I also asked for a tortilla on the side.
I got a freshly dished bowl with a warm tortilla for 5 euro. Definitely coming back! The food is delicious and the customer service was second to none.

09/07/2025: Brought a group of 60 people over from the US stayed 4 nights. Staff was very accommodating, breakfasts and bar food delicious. Hotel bar had reasonable prices. Would definitely stay there again.

The lady Sarah was so welcoming and couldn’t have been more accommodating!
We enjoyed every minute of the stay from the amazing rooms to the 5 star breakfast!
We cannot wait for our next visit!

04/07/2025: Absolutely terrible service, made worse by the server’s rude attitude. I’m a vegetarian with a serious allergy to chicken, yet I was given chicken strippers instead of the halloumi fries I ordered at the drive-thru. Thankfully, I checked immediately and went back to the counter. Instead of apologizing, the server was dismissive, harshly asking “What’s in it?” and, when shown the receipt, simply laughed it off saying it was an “obvious mistake” as if it was no big deal. This level of carelessness and disrespect is completely unacceptable, especially when dealing with dietary restrictions and allergies. This was in castletroy drive through at 10:04 pm on friday the 4th of july. Terrible, not acceptable at all!
02/07/2025: When there after being at the cinema next door to get something to eat it would have been better if the burger had been bigger than it was as it looked like it was from the kids menu

27/05/2025: Just paid a visit to the Castletroy Spar here in Limerick and I went in to get some wine and water and left with a huge smile on my face. The lady at the cash register was the friendliest person I've met in a shop in a long time. She should be paid to train others on customer service. She's a gem. 👏💚

08/08/2025: Great experience having a dinner here,food was so delicious and comfortable environment,I had the best lamb kabuli pulao after a long time,lamb kofta and naan with curry sauce was super duper awesome,must go place when you go limerick ..I was so busy in eating that forget to click the photos before eating..and most importantly food is best priced with max portion..

Lasagne + risota for main. Tiramasu for dessert. Gorgeous atmosphere, staff are attentive and friendly. Highly recommend!

24/06/2025: Unfortunately, I can’t recommend working with Barry Flavin. He has owed us payment for over 12 months and, despite more than 20 emails and over 50 calls, we’ve received no resolution. He repeatedly promised to pay and never followed through.
As a small business, we rely on fair and timely payments to keep our team running — this kind of treatment is not acceptable.
Be cautious in any business dealings. We are now pursuing legal action to recover the amount owed.
