The best restaurants in Limerick

12/08/2025: I visited The Imperial Bar and I must admit that it has a unique atmosphere. The decor is elegant, with classic accents, creating a comfortable and somewhat sophisticated space. The restaurant is spacious, with plenty of seating for both large and small groups. The service was very professional and attentive, which significantly contributed to my positive impression. The menu offers a wide range of drinks, from classic cocktails to more unique offerings that are truly worth trying. Furthermore, the selection of whiskeys and other spirits is impressive. The prices are moderate for this type of establishment. It's the perfect place for an evening get-together with friends or a quiet, relaxing afternoon with a drink.

21/05/2025: I have a disability, I went into the pub for 1 pint, they discredited me and wouldn't serve me, it's a disgrace in today's society, they should be ashamed

23/11/2025: Veeeryy bad. I ordered honey-garlic boneless and sriracha mayo as well. It was extremely hard, and my teeth, jaw, and chest hurt a lot. It didn’t taste like honey-garlic at all, completely different from what I ate before. It was very unpleasant and a waste of money. I ordered from Deliveroo. It came so fast and hot. Even though the food was hot, it was still so tough and overcooked that it felt unbearable. My teeth still hurt even now.(expensive as well. almost 4-5?🥲)

02/12/2025: "Pay €125 Before You Even Eat? No Thanks! I came here hoping for a nice meal but instead I left frustrated and out of pocket. Within minutes of parking, my car was clamped. I had quickly stepped into the shop next door to pick up some medicine, and when I returned within 3 minutes, the clamp was already on my car before I even had the chance to sit down. I genuinely didn’t notice the pay and display signs, and when I tried to explain, the manager showed zero understanding. Instead of helping, he demanded €125 to remove the clamp and spoke to us in a dismissive way. Clamping should never be a money machine for a restaurant. People come to eat, relax, and enjoy themselves, not to be punished over parking. Hospitality means making guests feel welcome, not trapping them This experience ruined what should have been a simple outing. If you value kindness, fairness, and genuine hospitality, I’d strongly suggest spending your money elsewhere.

26/10/2025: The Irish shop owner is very friendly. You can eat here if you pass by. I ordered fries, burgers, sausages and Fanta.

21/11/2025: I wasn't sure what to order and so the very friendly staff recommended birria tacos. It was my first time having beef tacos and I loved them. Will definitely be back! 🌮

27/09/2025: This was my first time trying Mexican tacos at Republic of Grill, and they were absolutely delicious. They offer different flavors to choose from, but I especially enjoyed the spicy ones. The customer service is great—very friendly and professional which makes the experience even better. The atmosphere is welcoming with great vibes. It can get a little crowded at times because it’s popular, and while the prices are on the higher side, the quality and overall experience make it worth it. Definitely recommend!

25/10/2025: The food was absolutely worth the wait, some what slow service but the best toastie and soup I have had in a long time. Very tasty, quality ingredients, great value for money. We will be back.

20/12/2025: This used to be a good place where I can get asian food. It’s about a year or more since I had food from here. The portions were smaller, it got more expensive, and the taste is not as comforting anymore. I ordered the same dish I would get: peppercorn prawn and duck. I left disappointed and wouldn’t prob go back if I’m paying for it.

17/11/2025: Great take away and dine in. The food is always delicious and take away is so fast. Regularly get sweet and sour chicken and kung po chicken because they are the best around.

08/09/2025: Where do I begin…. Me and my colleague were gasping for a cup of coffee, after a hard days of work. We met Denese. Iv never met a nicer woman and she definitely does the job especially with the lattes. She should get a raise. She looked after me and my colleague very well and made me feel very comfortable.
