The best restaurants in Limerick

08/11/2024: This is my favourite pizza store in Limerick. The staff are always friendly and the food is good for the price and size.

18/09/2024: Ordered their special "sushi", if you can even call it that. Its like the sushi was made by a 5 year old! Basically just a ball of rice with a small bit of filling! Fish was very old and grey looking, couldn't actually eat it! Extremely disappointing and wouldn't recommend to anybody!

20/09/2024: I had a very disappointing experience with Domizon Pizza. I ordered the ‘House of Tandoori Chicken’ pizza but didn’t realize it came with pepperoni until after I received it. When I called the store, they told me it would be fine to exchange it. I specifically asked if there would be any extra charge, and they assured me there wouldn’t be. However, when I arrived to exchange the pizza, they insisted on an additional €13. This was the worst customer service I’ve experienced in Ireland. On top of that, the pizzas were terrible. The BBQ Korean Chicken pizza was extremely sweet, and the overall quality was poor. This was the worst pizza experience of my life.

01/09/2024: I have been visiting for years when in Limerick, which isn't often. Last nights pizzas were terrible, messy, made without a care and we had bad stomachs in the cinema which wasn't a nice experience. Massive chunks of green pepper, sauce only here and there and the dough wasn't like the last time, soggy.I worked for pizza hut in the 80"s whilst a student. If I turned out pizza like that I'd be sacked. Very disappointed.We won't bother again. €32 for a dose.

08/11/2024: Supermac’s can be likened as a Salt Republic. They add much salt in every thing plus the foods have lost good taste. More like lost glory. I won’t eat or buy there again after a horrible experience. Pls Improve.

21/10/2024: Got a hot chocolate there today and a chicken and stuffing sandwich. Served by a very friendly and helpful blonde girl. Really would recommend others to visit this Starbucks.

11/03/2024: 24/7 shop. Great place to pick some hot food for your late night cravings or after party. Pizzas, chips. Spice bag is a popular one. You also get groceries, fruits,soda , coffee, cigarettes etc

Even the tomatoes were good.👌👍 Service was amazing as well and the atmosphere really cool.😎 Food 11 stars out of 10 you really wanted to eat EVERYTHING that's on the menu. The waiters were super nice. I recommend this heavenly food👏

22/10/2024: At one stage, in day long gone, the food here was good, those days are apparently long gone. A tiny portion, with hard and overcooked chicken, no sauce on the sweet and sour, pork ribs that we're all sinew (and only 3 tiny ribs in a portion). This is my sign to stop eating bad food I think, but it's your sign to not eat here.

05/08/2024: Quite normal pizza, we ordered the BESTSELLER, it didn't take long, but I was surprised that they don't have a trash can inside to throw away the pizza boxes, they make you take everything outside. Otherwise ok, it closes quite late and it was good for us

07/11/2024: Nearly involved in an accident with one of their delivery drivers on the Dublin Rd near the Parkway the other day. Mad driving, changed lanes numerous times without indicating. Drove 1 metre behind me at 50 kmp. Used Shopping Centre Only lane at Parkway roundabout to continue onto Dublin road dangerously. This drivers behaviour reflects badly on the business.

31/10/2024: The food tastes so bad that we regret ordering food here. We were planning to have a delicious meal out of the routine. We ordered Alfredo penne pasta , chicken kebab and starter chicken wings . All three of them are so bad we had to bin them. Pasta was just boiled in water with no flavours or salt at least and wings were disgusting too. Please take care of the taste of the food you serve!

07/10/2024: About to graduate and have a lot to say about the place. TUS Moylish or LIT is about as disorganised as it gets. It is extremely overcrowded. It's facilities are lacklustre. I was a class representative for my course for multiple years. I had to email many many times about lectures being unclear on assignments, lectures not doing their jobs to correct standards, and at times being vindictive towards classmates of mine. I am dyslexic, and the disability support within this college is poor and disorganised. Often times I was only contacted days before exams to ask about what I require, resulting in mistakes and non ideal solutions. In forth year I was forced to do my exam in a room separate from my classmates despite emailing and asking many times to do it in the normal lecture hall alongside the rest of my course. These emails never got answered. That leads me onto the inability to contact anyone at the college office by phone, normally being put on hold indefinitely. This is during normal working hours, not during lunch. The college parking is extraordinarily inadequate, to the point where if you don't arrive at least 40 minutes early, all the spaces will be taken. This is also true for the canteen, where seating is full throughout lunchtime with no alternative areas to sit. If you have severe asthma you may want to look elsewhere too as every entrance and exit will have smokers constantly, making entering the college suffocating. There have also been plenty of cases of individuals vaping inside the lecture halls and labs with no repercussions. We are planned to have a graduation at the end of this month, but no information as been emailed to us, leading us to have to email many times for any form of answers. Most of my classmates have began work and need to know what days to book off in advance, yet TUS has no urgency in letting us know when to book. I would like to add there are some amazing lectures too, and I wish them the best. They were what got us through the college experience. But I can't recommend TUS in it's current state. Here's hoping they improve eventually. TLDR: This college has issues at so many levels, I recommend looking elsewhere before getting stuck for 4+ years.

25/07/2024: Fish was horrible, was burnt and felt microwaved. Chips felt reheated - not fresh and curry sauce was awful. If you like fish and chips go somewhere else. Awful food, would never eat there again.
