10/05/2026: I ordered two chicken wraps and they put whatever they wanted in them, they didn't offer solutions and only blamed the customer.

18/07/2026: They claim to be premium. I ordered duck and received it in three minutes. You can't roast duck in three minutes. Besides, the duck looked like it had been bought fried and frozen. They just thawed it and microwaved it. It wasn't juicy. It was just a regular duck.

07/07/2026: Got takeaway from here last night and the quality has really declined over the years. We ordered a chicken curry and a sweet and sour chicken both sauces had a very gelatinous/gloopy texture that wasn't one bit appetising, also the rice was very mushy and not cooked properly. It's a shame to see the quality has gone downhill here as it was great before.

13/08/2026: Perfect place for scone and tea! Freshly baked scones and kind staff, especially Frieya that went above and beyond for me!

30/04/2026: My mum and I went there while shopping in the area. Mum is Celiac and had one of their gluten-free cakes. I had a bite to eat as well. The food tasted fresh, homemade and was just fantastic. The ladies working there were very friendly, courteous and polite. Our experience was impressive. Thank you for the excellent food and atmosphere.

26/06/2026: I usually enjoy Subway, but this visit was disappointing. The staff member could be more welcoming, especially with children. The sandwich was below the usual standard, and my son’s kids’ meal came with only half a cookie, which was also very dry.

22/08/2026: How can food be ordered and delivered within 15 without being reheated. When i rang them about it all I got was a defensive manager. Stay away food is reheated and not nice.

01/04/2026: Lovely staff, quite cheap for some of the portions being so large and quite fast service!

03/09/2026: The people working here are extremely rude, there are plenty of better options available in the cresant shopping centre use them instead

23/07/2026: Picked up a carrot cake, it was perfect!! Staff were very helpful.

18/04/2026: Got taco cheese chips all blend mince dewey not even soft at all cheese wasn't even melted for the little bit of cheese in it the kebab was more of a grease kebab no flavour unhealthy with the amount of grease in it we gave good money for that crap

02/07/2026: I’ve booked in a baby shower 2 months in advance and rang up today to confirm numbers and was told if I’m bringing a cake I’m not aloud to cut it to just leave it on the table. I then asked if I could bring a few decorations for the table and a few balloons and was told I’m not aloud to bring anything. So we’re to just sit there eat the meal and stare at the cake and bring it home. So unprofessional. I don’t think they get the concept of a baby shower when they booked us in. I wouldn’t recommend for any special occasions

21/05/2026: Disgrace of a company, trying to tell me I’m blacklisted on the phone never ordered from the shop in my life kept me on the phone for 8 minutes dragging out the phone call to then tell me I’m blacklisted

20/05/2026: Had a triple decker contained 2 medium pizzas , garlic bread, 2 chips and onion rings.....pizza, garlic bread and onion rings were just delicious, chips were lovely except a lot of them were very black, the girl that was on service was a delight to deal with, friendly, chatty and smiley, will definitely be back.
