23/01/2025: Excellent stay here this week. Fantastic value and a clean, modern and classy place. The staff are incredibly friendly and will go the extra mile to help you out with anything. Breakfast was also high quality and I even got a nice coffee on check out. I’d have no hesitations about staying here again.

11/01/2025: Really enjoyed our stay at the Bedford. What really stood out was the customer service. A phone call the day before to see if we needed info re parking, and the general welcome was memorable. The room was clean and thought went into it's design. Location ideal. Would definitely recommend.

12/03/2025: One of my favourite steakhouses in the world. Have been coming to Texas Steakout for the best part of twenty years whilst working in Limerick. Always great food and great service.

23/02/2025: Booked last minute on a Saturday Rugby Weekend. Despite it being a full house the Staff were friendly and efficient. Ribs for starters were terrific and the meat fell of the bones. For mains we had a fillet steak and the bourbon burger. Steak cooked perfectly and was a beautiful piece of meat. The burger was tasty but just a few too many caramelised onions for me but that's just personal taste. Would have loved dessert but was too full. Well priced and would definitely recommend a visit. Note booking is online only.

16/03/2025: From start to finish, my stay was absolutely lovely. The food was excellent, and breakfast was a highlight especially the brown bread, which was the best I’ve ever had. I definitely would have eaten more if I could! The rooms were incredibly comfortable, with plenty of pillows maybe even a few too many but overall, it made for a fantastic stay and a great night’s sleep. The space where we had dinner and the wedding was perfect spacious, comfortable, and ideal for our group. The staff were wonderful, and one particular server truly stood out. He was also at breakfast this morning and was an absolute asset to the hotel. His exceptional service made the entire experience even better. Unfortunately, he wasn’t wearing a name badge, so I didn’t catch his name, but he definitely deserves recognition! One negative I would have liked shower mat in the shower as it was quite slippery when standing in the shower.

06/03/2025: Staff working 19/02 were outstanding. Friendly and attentive without being overbearing. Food was exquisite and the attention to detail was very impressive. My partner and I were delighted with the cosy atmosphere, with elegant surroundings and relaxing music. We also had a wander around the gallery upstairs, worthy of a browse of you've got the time. We will be returning for sure. Also, vegetarian diet was accommodated for. Bravo :)

15/02/2025: Food is delicious, especially the barbecue wings and dirty fries. You have to try them! They are doing a lunch deal at the moment, and it is a fantastic value for money. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

11/09/2024: One of the screws in my bike were loose, and I asked them for a small 5c coin to screw it back in, and they agreed and went out of their way to look for a screwdriver for me. Will definitely be coming back and this time for coffee :)

19/01/2025: The chicken wings were soo nice. Crispy and juicy at the same time. Onion rings were massive and obviously made fresh. Service was great but was out the back ( as we did not book) so not so much of an atmosphere but the front section looked much better so advise to book if you can. Great all round

05/03/2025: If you wish to get a sure-fire case of sick, feel free to visit this place. Happened to both me and my family member within 8 hrs of eating here. No food was shared (no cross contamination). Absolutely cheap ingredients. Multiple “clean” utensils with old food caked on them. Serving tray with food still on it. Beware.
