17/02/2025: Cena temprana en el bar en uno de los mejores hoteles más emblemáticos de Dublín! ¿Qué podría salir mal? Primeras impresiones... un hombre cegándose y cegándose en la puerta giratoria... ¿dónde estaba el portero? No lo vi... bar lleno que estaba bien encontró una mesa pidió cócteles muy mediocres caros con el limón seco vil que está de moda. Menú en bar tan pobre que podría ser Alfie’s a 3 veces el precio. A mi esposo no le dijeron ninguna opción vegetariana solo la pasta infantil y la salsa de tom, pero esperen a que realmente le trajeron el plato infantil de pasta sin guarnición ni queso sin esfuerzo en absoluto.

08/03/2025: We visited on a Saturday to watch the Ireland vs France match, we were sat in the main area until the sound was turned on, there was a major disturbance on the speaker system, which was hard on the ears. When asked a manager said he didnt know what people were talking about and said he could not perceive it. The match was switched off after tenminytes and the channel was changed which at that point was funny. Service was very slow, we had to chace someone down to take our order. The chicken wings were luke warm and barely tasted of anything. The manger was very rude and staff where unbelievably disengaged. One of the staff members was continually taking unfinished drinks from the table which happened so many times during out visit it became laughable.

14/03/2025: I went to this restaurant around 1:30 today. I went in and the chef were just looking at me while I am waiting at the door to be sitted. The waitress clearly could tell i was in and waiting, but she didn't want to be bothered telling me you can sit or please wait. So i took it as a sign I can sit wherever I can sit.( because there was no customer and so quiet) I was waiting to get the menu soon because there were no customer, even didn't seem like she was preparing delivery or takeaway food. When she didn't give me menu, i was about to leave and then she told me something, when I said sorry? Then she clearly shouted at me " you can sit wherever you want!" She clearly seemed so annoyed at me the wholetime I was ordering. I should have left this restaurant because the wholetime i felt super uncomfortable. I understand working as a waitress is hard, but she needed to know more how to treat customers.

09/03/2025: Horrible experience, giving people wrong orders then denying that a person ordered it, shouting at people for no reason and grabbing children, i would give 0 stars.
