07/10/2025: My friend and I had made a reservation online. She arrived before me and was warmly welcomed, just as I was when I arrived. The staff were very friendly, explaining all the dishes and the wine pairings. They also accepted that I don't drink alcohol (many times I get strange looks because of it, so it was so nice that they smiled and accept it and make sure I always have enough water, thank you so much that!). The food was very, very delicious; I've rarely eaten so well! The restaurant was nearly empty, when we were done and they were about to close but the waitress was super kind. She chat with us and showed us all the different cookbooks and answered all our questions. All in all, an absolutely fantastic evening with delicious food. I'd love to come back when I'm in Cork and Irecommend it to all my friends and family! Thanks for this amazing evening!

27/08/2025: The terrace is a bit shabby, but cool. When you walk in, you think everything's cool, but when you look closely, the chairs are old and battered, the armchairs are very broken and dirty, etc. But it's worth coming in and sitting down to eat and drink. Highly recommended.

16/09/2025: Had breakfast here as part of a group - fast attentive service and tasty food - had not been in here for decades but it's a nice " nooky" bar with an outside covered area Everything is well appointed ,staffed ,and managed One of our very efficient servers was a young guy with Downs Syndrome which I was delighted to see - Well Done South County

Our food arrived shortly after ordering and it was just amazing , portions were large and cooked perfectly. I would highly recommend visiting this place . 29/08/2025: Here is another popular café, very well known by the people of Cork for its food that will make you take your hat off even when drinking a simple espresso. Café Gusto opened here and here it was better to have a small, crowded room than a large, empty one. Here people come and go all day long. It closes around 6:00 p.m. Cafés of this quality deserve the best. We are very grateful for the wonderful service and charming friendliness. Thank you very much.
