20/10/2024: The wait time exceeded any functioning restaurant. I waited 15 minutes past the collection time given.
Customers who were placing orders whilst I waited were given times exceeding 1 hour. These were not delivery times.
13/09/2024: Ordered simple meal for one. Regardless of how you order, online, phone, delivery or collection, always left waiting way longer than they say. This time was over an hour standing in the shop and no one came near me to tell me anything about my order. When I finally asked I was given the order almost immediately. No name on the bag and food lukewarm so it was probably sitting in the kitchen and no one knew who it belonged to. Very bad system.
While waiting they were telling other customers their food would be 30 minutes while I stood there waiting for an hour. Won't be ordering again for a while.

22/08/2024: Good location but I don't think this place serves food anymore. Sadly just a tired looking pub. A shadow of it's former self.
19/08/2024: They have NO food. I reserved a table for two people and when we arrived we found a bar that had absolutely nothing to eat. Wrong information on Google and on the site's own website.

I ordered a “meal deal” 13.5” Hawaiian and chips and chicken dippers €30: plus €4 for delivery.
€50.15 cent. Absolute madness. You’d want to own dominoes to afford to eat out there. We could have sat down in a restaurant for less. Never again.
20/09/2024: Delivery driver was very friendly and bang on time but unfortunately the pizza was burnt and was expensive………. The food was so bad my dog didn’t even eat it ! The staff here need to be trained to cook

01/11/2023: Got a takeaway delivered last night. It was terrible.
The food was cold. Fresh cod and chips was a disgrace, a piece of dried out frozen fish and I would guess the chips had certainly been cooked previously. Sheesh kebab 🤢 40 euro something in the bin.

20/08/2024: Was staying over in town whilst travelling through Ireland. Size of chips portion is tiny, chips are dry and anaemic looking. Battered sausage was chewy. Burger was great.
Attitude of the owner was disappointing, in fact he was downright rude.
09/08/2024: I don't like going in here, because I don't like the locals. But the food is pretty much standard chipper's food.

11/09/2024: Ordered chinese last night and it was pure dirt, chicken balls way over cooked not tender and juicy at all and the oil clearly needed changing, the chicken chow mein was a bit better but it was knowhere near as good as it normally is. Not sure if the chef has changed but whoever it was last night made no effort to serve up a decent meal and for the amount they are charging i expect better.

29/10/2024: Cold building on a mild day in late October, needed coat on. Awful abrupt attitude by female staff member aged 40s/50s. Five euro for chips on the side with your sandwich, got one to share between 2 sandwiches, 12 chips came in a cup smaller than my very weak coffee came in. Went back up to ask for a few more chips and told no, that's the size. Very expensive. Toasted ciabatta itself was fine. Non toasted sandwich was all straight from the fridge including the bread. Would never return, mainly due to extremely unwelcoming attitude given to us.

05/10/2024: I hadn’t had a Chinese ina while so I said I would order one last firday night it arrived before time it was fresh delicious tasty I had the salt and no chilli on the prawns and my partner had sweet and sour chicken balls , we were so impressed that we said we would order it again last nite , big mistake I don’t know wheather there was so one else in the kitchen or what but it wasn’t the same at all tasteless very dry , the sweet and sour chicken balls which they weren’t were over cooked very dry pieces of chicken, it be honest I am still feeling kinda sick after It , so disappointed after such a lovely takeaway the week before, avoid it because u don’t know which one you will get

06/09/2024: Just tonight I ordered 2 portions of cookies and 2 cokes and it took them 2 hrs to deliver it to my house and I only received 1 coke and half my change . They then proceeded to tell me they would be back with my coke ans money but they never showed up. They ran me 5 minutes after I got my order and told me that it wasn’t mine and that I ordered 1 large pepperoni pizza and a load of other things .
