12/04/2025: Food is great , but the girl at the counter very rude . Not polite at all . Food restaurant should be about service and food not only food . Not coming back at all . If she’s no happy about working here , should put someone else .
31/12/2024: Waiting nearly 3hrs for a delivery ordered at 7pm it's now 10pm,rang twice n was told it will be 15-20mins each time I rang. Service is fair bad.

16/04/2025: Found the staff I met to have little to no interest, my order was wrong and when corrected I was met by an attitude, this used to be one of my favorite stops however I doubt that I'll return again.

Pity the staff don't smile more.

28/05/2025: We ordered the fried chicken breast and fish and chips. Both were made to order and served hot and crispy. The chicken and fish tasted fresh and flavorful. The batter on the chicken was a bit salty, but I personally enjoyed the taste. The chips were on the thicker side and not very crispy—probably due to their size. Overall, a satisfying meal!
10/04/2025: This is probably the most nicest food in Clonmel me and my partner have ever tired. Not one complaint, food was fresh, we got a chocolate dessert and it was incredible. Highly recommend, definitely will be coming back

23/04/2025: No longer a hotel. This is just a golf course with clubhouse now. It has signed a 20 year lease as an IPAS refugee centre for 277 adults. So hotel is gone. Needs to change Title to just golf course.

16/04/2025: bad service, didn’t even understand correctly what i ordered. when i got my items, there was missing one and when i went in, they had a disagreement, that i had got it, when i clearly hadn’t. had to bring in set items to physically show him the missing item.
03/04/2025: I ordered a vegan pepperoni and vegan chicken, and when we collected it and brought it home, 1hr round trip in and out, it was a regular ham pepperoni and chicken pizza. I was contacted by a manager who resolved this for me and was very kind.

20/04/2025: Wasn’t told that they would need our table by a certain time. Waited for desert/coffee menu for 15 mins. Then were told with no prior warning as they delivered the coffees that they would need the table (as in get out) with 5 minutes warning. Incredibly unprofessional & your staff really let you down today. Food was good otherwise.

24/03/2025: Went a few weeks ago and ordered a spice bag and it was the most disappointing food i have ever received it lacked bag and spice . Chips were soggy and i say undercooked . Lacked flavour over all. Insanely disappointing 20€ for the 2 spice bags aswell so was fairly pricey . Would never go again
23/03/2025: Very disappointed with our food here. Could taste chemicals from the chicken dishes that we ordered. Was disgusting.

04/03/2025: Way too overpriced. Absolutely disgusting chips full of grease €6.50 for a bag no bigger than my hand. won tons with not won ting in them chicken skewers more chicken on a wing and everything over cooked. Paid €31.50 and not even a bag of prawn crackers. Never going back.

29/01/2025: Not happy with this place at all. Got food and drinks which was fine. Got charged extra for the drinks for the return scheme. Fine. I went to return the cans and they weren't accepted. It's not about the money but they charge and then you can't get it back. I rang the store looking to speak with a manager and this man called Farhan or something similar, told me he was the manager. He said what do you want me to do. I said well as the manager I'd like you to tell me. I was told to ring back after 8. That's when the manager would be back. He kept lying to me about being the manager and repeating what do you want me to do. Not happy with this rubbish service.
