11/07/2026: If you enjoy a worst version of McDonald’s in America, this place is for you. Frozen fish and chips. The hours aren’t actually when they’re open. It’s just whatever the people decide to open the door one star for that milkshake -10 stars for the fish.

18/05/2026: Just ordered 2 chicken rolls for collection and got one cut in half and put in two small bags. I ordered this every week and was extremely off put by the experience. Won't recommend won't be back.

13/07/2026: This Café would be my first port of call when I visit Clonmel. Well here and the church up the road for a quick prayer. But for all the times I prayed there God never, ever, made me a breakfast like this. All for a tenner; for me a sinner. While I'm at it, the coffee ain't bad at all.

27/06/2026: I can’t even tell you how many times we have gone there, and got disgusting dirty cutlery and cups. Every time I speak to the “ management “ all that she says is … let me change that for you … there was hard pieces of egg on my knife today, and my cup had dried coffee and lipstick stains on. I am not one for complaining but they just don’t seem to care about the health and safety being in the hospitality business. This is not acceptable for any restaurant to give the customers DIRTY cutlery etc. I have now reported this to health and safety Ireland also, because clearly they don’t give a damn.

04/08/2026: I loved that they had different vegan options, which you could see immediately, which made it really easy for me as a vegan, I loved that sooo much, they overall had a prettbig menu, something for everyone, as soon as the food was ordered, we got it pretty quickly, which was also great 💕💕💕

04/08/2026: Grand spot! Pure quality coffee, and the staff are dead sound—staying warm, calm, and total pros even when the place is absolutely jammed.

19/07/2026: Had dinner here and was shocked at how much the food had gone down. It felt like all the food had been reheated. I had sweet and sour chicken Cantonese style with rice and bland is about the only word that can be used.

19/07/2026: Reheated - a slide from average to poor. The spring rolls were perfect, but that's where it stops. The rest of the food has a feeling of bland reheated. Not worth a visit

18/07/2026: refused to change an unopened can of coke purchased a half hour prior but left in direct sunlight for one from the shelf. asked twice if it was possible but refused both times. Bar women suggested she could not trust the un opened can I wished to exchange. confused as to how I could have tampered with an unopened can . bar woman was not nice about it. I left feeling very insulted.

21/08/2026: A pink Burger😤🤢 We always get supermacs and the food is hit and miss but it’s never been this bad! A disgrace to be able to give out food like this! Won’t be getting it again..

02/01/2026: Extremely disappointed over the food in recent weeks, especially what I’ve been handed tonight. The last 4 times ordering from here my orders have been wrong, Tonight my Kebab meat was burnt in places no sauce and the wrap was falling apart from the other side it had a massive hole in it. The onion rings were so over done they crumbled in my hands. Things are not cheap anymore the food people buy shouldn’t be like this crap. Do Better

13/08/2026: We have being customers of Richards for years we are sadly done with them after this last meal. €60 for nothing but rubberised chicken the four of us had the same complaint chewy rubber like chicken. The rice is no longer packed to a honest level in the containers either. Also the satay sauce is gone to some sort of oily consistency in the last number of months so today we are finished for good. Goodbye Richards

22/08/2026: Terrible service. Absolutely terrible experience. I ordered a specific dish and clearly explained every ingredient I wanted. They confirmed everything was available, but brought me a completely different dish. When I asked them to remake it, they told me I had to pay the full price again! Staff barely spoke English but were very confident that I had to pay twice. Absolutely ridiculous. Avoid this place. Meal is terrible. WORST PLACE EVER
