17/06/2026: Service is great here and food excellent best chipper in Tipperary and surrounding counties . The owner is so funny good food and a laugh.

19/07/2026: This has to be the absolute worst Supermacs in this history of Supermacs in Ireland. I could not believe the dirt of the place. Its actually boarding the need of a health Inspectors visit. The floors are flirty dirty and the tables equally. The place smells really bad and the quality of the food is serious considering. This is not what we have come to expect and love from Supermacs Ireland. I will not be back EVER 😔!!

03/07/2026: I was really disappointed with my taco fries from Supermac's. The beef chunks were noticeably raw in several places, which is completely unacceptable and a serious food safety concern. I couldn't finish the meal because I didn't feel it was safe to eat. I expect food to be cooked properly before it's served. I hope the restaurant improves its quality control to prevent this from happening to other customers.

10/07/2026: I must say this place has gotten rather expensive and the quality just does not match the price. This used to be my go to Chinese takeaway but the last two times I ate from this place the quality was poor dish lacked flavour This was the place to go 5 years ago not so much anymore

18/03/2026: Ordered food for delivery and it took over 2 hours to arrive…. Came cold and soggy, when I called for any sort of information about it, the staff on the other end didn’t seem to care how long it been and didn’t even apologise.

31/05/2026: Generous servings, good flavour to food. Staff very nice. Will go back.

24/06/2026: Food was lovely I had a sandwich with chips and salad and can of coke. That was €11 My mother had the dearest Scone she ever spent in her life €5.50 and a small pot of tea for €5.50. I often wondered why the place is always empty when we go in there cause they are codding people with the prices.

18/06/2026: Horrible coffee from a machine and charged hotel prices. Food is worse again with prices to boot.

05/07/2026: Sat down on my own ,empty restaurant, order starter and main course. Starter came but not what I ordered, main course was over half an hr later , wasn't good at all very greasy and the meat was tiny little pieces. Sorry won't be back.

09/06/2026: Vile bathrooms and rude workers, I was rudely told to get out as I’m not buying anything when I clearly had a drink and crisps in my hand. Also would like to add the state of my chicken fillet roll, if you can even call it one, bare bit of sauce, one chicken strip shredded up, and a pile of cheese over it, I asked for a CHICKEN fillet roll not a pile of cheese

31/05/2026: Horrible deli, about one strip of chicken ripped to shreds in my whole roll, no sauce when I asked for it, horrible service in general

19/08/2025: We had lunch in the his bar and found it average at best, we were upstairs over looking the bridge, the view was good but the seating was old, with damaged tember and very uncomfortable, this bar/restaurant would need to take advantage of their location and give the place a well needed makeover. The staff were very friendly and the food was fresh.

03/08/2026: Waited 2 and half hours for delivery tgen when got my munchbox here meat was raw amd chips and chicken and charged me extra for cheese and there was literally nothing on it

30/07/2026: Staff are lovely but a bit disappointed after playing footgolf with family, besides having to go hunting for the holes, and emptying half of clonea beach out of our shoes there was a dead mouse in the final hole which I find unsanitary especially if kids are playing

22/07/2026: Placed an order on Sunday evening and went to collect . Had to drop food home and wheb I went back the food was not eaten as it was not as ordered . I ordered crispy shedded chicken . I rang on Monday and closed until 5 on Wednesday. When I rang the girl said I had been given the wrong order and asked me what I wanted her to do ! I said they could replace and she told me no as it was policy as it was over 24 hours wheb I said they were closed she continued that ig was there policy. I found the girl most unhelpful and also think she had no idea how to deal with the situation. She said she could not do any Ryan’s I said I can and won’t return . It was not my fault and yet I loose out . It’s expensive to eat out and I found the whole customer support shocking

17/05/2026: one poor gent here for 1.5hrs waiting on a take away, I was told 35-40 min, now its 1hr 25 min...A joke is an understatement with no reason for the delays.... cant give the food a good rating as im still waiting for it...

16/06/2026: We’ve been eating from here for years and continued to do so when the new owners took over. We’ve noticed a decline in quality. Several times we’ve had to throw away chicken dishes. The final straw happened at the weekend. Practically raw prawns. A disaster waiting to happen. We also noticed that they’re regularly requesting that we pay in cash even though their card machine is working? We continued to pay by card.

25/05/2026: Great food but the service left a really bad impression. We get a takeaway from here each Sunday and every time we are asked the same question "Can you pay in cash". I don't mind this but multiple times the person on the phone says "Our card machine is broken". When I say we only have card they say it's okay and we can pay by card (card machine magically fixed?!). Yesterday was the same, order comes to €25 (2 Spice bags, one with extra chicken, and 2 cokes) and the fella on the phone asks for us to pay cash. "Card machine not working" so he sends us to the website, for the total to come to €27. He then calls us over the phone asking to bring €2 to pay for the extra chicken. For a cash order it's €25 but for an online pick-up it's €29? I work in marketing so I'm aware of service charges but this is just pure dishonesty. We presume it's to pay their staff of a Sunday, but this shouldn't be the case. Might not be back again.
