17/11/2025: Just got two salads burgers I always thoughts the were the tastiest in town..but I looked at the size of the beef burger ..I've seen bigger slices of cheese..Very shameful ..and still tried to charge me €1 extra I had to go back to get correct change..check your change people!!

28/12/2025: Fish had thick, very chewy batter, the inside batter was still raw and slimy and fish was mushy. Special treat for the kids was ruined as their chips were so super salty (with salt clumps) they couldn't eat it and I spent dinner time have to wipe the salt off. Rest of family said Pizza was okay but nothing special and the veggie burger was tasteless. Kebab was all salad and very little meat. Really disappointing unfortunately...

30/11/2025: Taco chips were watery and the cheese on top tasted cheap, burger had a slice of plastic cheese thrown on it and the person who got the burger said it was so dry. Another person got the steak sub and said it was watery, flavourless and soggy

01/02/2026: I bought a meal and they messed up my order , then proceeded to make me pay extra for the order they messed up even though my meal would be cold by the time I arrived back home with the curry they messed up , shocking service

17/03/2026: 17th March 2026 @ about 2.45pm ordered a whopper meal and a chicken royale meal with onion rings on the side...the meals arrived within 2 minutes, when collecting the meals we asked for ketchup to which we were told was in the bag....we sat down and there was no ketchup or napkins and the onion rings were floppy and soggy..we returned to the counter and asked for the onion rings to be changed to which the staff member said we'd eaten half of them and the other staff member said they were not soggy, that's the way they're served....they did change the onion rings with a bad attitude and no apology....and also the whopper burger was luke warm...horrible food and a patronising and dismissive attitude from the staff....stay well clear of this place, the standard here and attitude is unacceptable.....

28/02/2026: Only 4 star atmosphere because of the playground which was the highlight of my day but when me and my friend returned from it our drinks had been taken by a worker as no food or drink is allowed in the play area. The portions were small. The food was overpriced and the chips were stale. Staff standing around doing nothing with about 12 orders pending. Disgrace to the burger king franchise.

18/03/2026: Ordered food for delivery and it took over 2 hours to arrive…. Came cold and soggy, when I called for any sort of information about it, the staff on the other end didn’t seem to care how long it been and didn’t even apologise.

21/01/2026: Disgrace was told last night at 9 o clock they gone for break and my order would be about two hours after that, does anybody even read these complaints cause all I see is a list of people that are very unhappy with the way this place treats it's customers..

27/10/2025: Stopped here back in August coming home from Wexford. Food was only very average for the price... The manger of the cafe seemed a bit severe on the staff. Poor enough overall

30/09/2025: Came here today, merely because no where else in Cahir is serving food with the option to sit indoors right now. Greeted politely by a woman at the deli counter who was very nice. Overall service was good, although very loud talking to each other and shouting my friend and I’s ordered out loud despite the place being mostly empty. The food however, I paid €22 for a hot chocolate, 200ml bottle of apple juice, 7 chips in a tiny bowl you’d use for salsa dressing and a “sweet chilli chicken wrap” which tasted like it was made from packaged chicken slices and greasy cheese that wasn’t melting, also felt like it was microwaved instead of toasted because it was soggy and not crunchy. I won’t be coming back, for the price it’s ridiculous, The girls were lovely so i feel bad but it’s clearly aimed to overcharge americans/ tourists and not a place locals can get a nice filling lunch for a good price.

22/06/2025: It's just okay. Fine if you need a bite late night. No where near enough cheese on cheese chips. Go to Mario's much better.
