31/12/2024: I’ve eaten from here maybe 4/5 times total and each time I’ve either gotten sick from the food or found hairs under the cheese of my pizza. The last straw for me was when the owner physically attacked my uncle and then went to the local Gardaí to tell them that my uncle attacked him. The attack was completely unprovoked. My family and I don’t give them business anymore, neither do any friends, both familt friends and friends of my own. The same goes for Ladrigans next door after the owner of the pizzeria purchased it

21/04/2025: What a terrible bar we got moved out after gettting in early had about 3 drinks and got kicked out all 4 of us weren't allowed even get our coats had to practically beg the security to get them they were very rude would not recommend here at all save your money go somewhere else way too overpriced to think it's the only late bar In clonmel shows how bad clonmel is getting needs a major uplift in staff and management also drinks are way too overpriced

18/03/2025: We have being customers of Richards for years but the food quality has declined, tastes different looks different. One time the quality and consistency was by far the best you would find sadly not now. Make changes for the good guys people won't put up with this much longer

02/05/2025: The lasagne was not edible it was like soup and also there was a chicken curry got also only 5 pieces of chicken in it. Was very disappointed especially paying €17.95 for each meal.

18/04/2025: Working with a child with additional needs and we went to burgerking today in birdhill to discover there after having a power failure .he couldn't understand how he can't get his cheese burger meal vanilla milkshake and nuggets. Tried suggesting we go somewhere else he was having none of it .we wait till it comes back .we rang and they told us could be over a hour before power be back explained our case and a big shout out to the staff they managed to put something together for us and rang us when it was ready .we called into collect it met by the staff and they couldn't do enough for us .I asked the service user what do you say to the girls he said thank you .I was able to leave with a happy child .Again thank ye all for what ye done today 🙌

24/04/2025: What an awful place. The man does not understand a word of English. He is rude. You order food, they make a mistake, you ask for a refund and they come back with "how can I pay my wages" wish I had looked at reviews first. Got my refund and found a much better place up the rd. At least I avoided the food poisoning the pictures in the reviews promise!

30/04/2025: Food was overpriced wouldn't say it was the worst but overall edible the cookies are my go too in subway wouldn't be going out off my way to visit
