18/07/2025: The food and milkshakes are sooo delicious and the staff are so kind and seat you right away. The decorations and the inside is so vintage I love the food and this place. Definitely coming back!

09/10/2025: While my first time visiting Nenagh, while waiting for my bus decided to go in for a tea. The service was very polite and they took pride in not letting me pay for it just to add to my good memories about the visit. Much appreciated.
08/09/2025: We (two normal couples from Austria) were there on a Sunday evening. Only locals were served, and the owner deliberately ignored us. They didn't even greet us or speak to us. An absolute no-go.

13/07/2025: Staff have a lot to learn in terms of customer service .
Also cleanliness of the glasses and cutlery left alot to be desired. I picked up 5 glasses before I got one that was reasonable clean. I opted to drink from the bottle instead.
Cutlery was wet or had water marks on it and hadn't been polished.
These are basic things.
Food was OK but its just microwavable food.

The lady who served me was very helpful.
The cake was excellent, it was exactly what I ordered.
It looked and tasted great.
