04/03/2025: Way too overpriced. Absolutely disgusting chips full of grease €6.50 for a bag no bigger than my hand. won tons with not won ting in them chicken skewers more chicken on a wing and everything over cooked. Paid €31.50 and not even a bag of prawn crackers. Never going back.

The thing were the size of my small toe didn’t even get a single dip for free, driest bit of dough I’ve ever had (tried charging €10 for a dip)

29/01/2025: Not happy with this place at all. Got food and drinks which was fine. Got charged extra for the drinks for the return scheme. Fine. I went to return the cans and they weren't accepted. It's not about the money but they charge and then you can't get it back. I rang the store looking to speak with a manager and this man called Farhan or something similar, told me he was the manager. He said what do you want me to do. I said well as the manager I'd like you to tell me. I was told to ring back after 8. That's when the manager would be back. He kept lying to me about being the manager and repeating what do you want me to do. Not happy with this rubbish service.

08/06/2025: Went here once and never again. Food was poor, coffee / drinks were awful and staff weren’t much better… seemed to be grumpy and moody when we stepped in the door. Could do with learning some manners or learning to smile, especially the lady with the British accent. Never again, you’re better off going elsewhere for food.

Atmosphere wasn't great as the customers ahead of me were told when food was cooked that they only accept cash so they'd to search their bags to see if they'd any loose change. Very awkward. Maybe staff should inform people first before they order that they don't accept card 🤔

I went the counter and was told immediately it's cash only or use the touch screens to order we ordered burgers an frys .waited and waited and received the meals which were not far from cold .I didn't have time to wait for a replacement . Make sure you check your food .disappointed BK👎
28/06/2025: Went to the drive thru to nite around 7.30 and waited for someone to take the order. When he did speak he said sorry we cant take the order we are very busy. What a joke. We drove off and went to McDonalds in Castletroy.

19/05/2024: Really loved this restaurant-booked it last minute and didn’t have time to check it out too much but I was really impressed with the Ambience, the staff and most definitely the food!
The food was next level and I absolutely adored it especially the goats cheese starter. All round excellent experience and it made a very enjoyable evening.
