12/08/2025: This place is awful, worst fish and chips I have ever eaten. Waste of money through most of it in the bin. Chips are tasteless and dry, chicken was also dry and the coating soggy.

02/08/2025: Asked about 'catch of the day' menu, was told it was cod. It wasn't!!! Although the queue was long the wait for the poor quality of the food wasn't good, wasn't a quality 'fish & chips'. Drinks too were not Fanta nor Coca Cola, but a cheaper brand was used. Would not go back there again!

15/08/2025: Worst bar in whole of Ireland the dark haired girl with glasses who's saying she the owner that place would end up getting that bar shut with her absolute embarrassment drinking with customers whilst on shift making fun of other customers accusing us of not been where we said we from accusing me a 20 year old girl saying I do drugs nal when I don't even vape or smoke that woman should actually be more professional before she will end up getting a hiding off the wrong person if she continues this behaviour when on shift she should be absolutely ashamed of herself she gives that bar a bad name

05/09/2025: Ya, not my first choice to be honest as i find the chip to be somewhat cold at times but on the occasion i have to admit very hot both my wrap of the day and chips. The wrap was fresh and very tasty, and given the price its a lot cheaper than most shop deli. So yes I'd recommend it .

17/08/2025: Stopped Sat morning for breakfast for my son & myself in drive thru. I ordered bacon & cheese toastie with latte & my son got egg macmuffin with hash brown & juice, firstly the girl was unable to take my order so she got her co-worker to do it, got my food after waiting for over 20 minutes only to find they gave me black coffee & a cheese toastie not a bit of bacon in it.

20/08/2025: Reception staff weren't friendly, arrived up to the desk 2 of them busy on separate computers but didn't even look up to acknowledge me, very awkward just waiting till them decided to engage with me (longer than it should of). Check in told to come back between 330-4 that's crazy late. Breakfast was like the hunger games, waiting to see if the croissants would be restocked (only 1 basket out of 3 ever had anything and all gone by 930), toast you had to ask the wait staff for, didn't realise this till we'd got our hot breakfast so had gone cold by time it arrived, not sure why the people behind the hot counter can't provide toast. Room was nice in fairness, but reception staff and scant breakfast means we won't be back.

15/08/2025: Lovely clean hotel, only downside was that there was no AC in the rooms, otherwise perfect in every way!

31/05/2025: Just want to say I was in supermacs with my mother yesterday at lunch time and there was a young boy in there I forgot his name but he was so nice a young girl who was in a wheelchair and he came down and asked if she needed anything and he was just so lovely to the people

12/09/2025: WORST MCDONALDS IN THE COUNTRY!! Every time I order here there is always issue, incompetent staff and whoever was working with on September 11th 2025 past 10:30pm has GOT to be spoken to as there was multiple missing items from my order, when I tried to contact the store as per usual, no response, staff needs to be looked into here as they clearly have no clue how to make an order.

25/08/2025: Good choice of food. My son was able to have gluten free fish and chips and this is the reason we chose to eat here. The restaurant was very busy when we ate here. We had booked a table. We were a little late being seated, at no fault to the staff,just that the previous diners were enjoying the last of their meal. Staff were so apologetic about this and offered us a drink on the house. This was a very nice gesture and we appreciated it. A great little dining spot in Tramore with gluten free options and very pleasant staff.

20/08/2025: Absolutely lovey. Food perfect. Great service. Lovely surroundings. Caters for Gluten free and lactose intolerant. Nothing too much trouble. Would drive the hour and a half from home just to eat here. (was o a family day trip with visitors, never been to Tramore before although lived in County Wexford for 17 years!).

21/06/2025: Got my order wrong for a chicken burger so I brought it back for him to tell me no🙌🏻finally got around to him that it’s not what I ordered so he only changed the bun , to get it wrong again…smothering it in garlic mayo for absolutely no reason when I asked for it plain. Overall ghetto experience

04/08/2025: As an Indian customer, my recent dining experience in Waterford presented some areas for improvement. While the restaurant's ambiance was pleasant, the service fell short of expectations. Specifically, we were not promptly offered water upon seating, and the waiter took an extended period to take our order, without exhibiting a welcoming demeanor. Additionally, the table setting was incomplete, and our request for cold beverages was delayed. The incorrect curry was served, though we acknowledge our oversight in not identifying it sooner. The billing process was also slow, although the staff member at the counter was accommodating and addressed our concerns, resulting in a €3 reduction. Overall I wouldn't recommend this place to an Indian as they would focus on people with great status for tips. They would just make a fool out of an Indian with the hilarious prices. The food was great but the service was terrible.
