21/10/2025: Very friendly and welcoming staff! We had hot chocolate and wonderful brownies! Highly recommended!

20/10/2025: Staff went out of their way to accommodate me with my toddler. They moved furniture around, gave us a window seat to keep him entertained, brought out colouring pages and gave him a free chocolate treat. My only criticism of Carter's is the paper cups and plates but I will be returning again as it is definitely a family friendly cafe. Nice coffee also.

18/03/2026: Robbed paid 4 euro for onion rings I got 3 tiny ones. Standard is 6 for 3 euros. We won't be returning even chips were a below average serving.

27/02/2026: I love this place, I go almost weekly. It's healthy, delicious, fast (the fastest) food, reasonably priced and the staff are sound.....what more could you want. See you next week guys 😊

22/02/2026: I’ve been here a few times and it’s just not up to par with other joints under the same brand of supermacs I got a quarter pounder and my gf got chicken burger and she got send the grilled version and no sauces whatsoever after a 15 minute wait which is extremely slow and when we sent back the burger it’s been 20 minutes as I sit here now and no sign of it manager walked off it’s not a great experience cork road is the place to go or anywhere else unfortunately as I usually like supermacs

23/12/2025: Asked for a caramel iced frappe and they gave me an iced latte , I then kindly went up and told them they got my order wrong and a rude worker with Two braids in red/brown hair snapped in and wouldn’t even let me finish my sentence. Very rude staff and also left the kitchen unattended for several minutes at a time to take unnecessary breaks.

21/12/2025: Yesterday, my family and I went there, and it was a very bad experience. It was my first time experiencing something like this in Ireland. My son, who is 9 years old, was just roaming around the counter. There was no staff there at that time, and we were sitting nearby. Suddenly, a staff member came from inside and approached our table. She very aggressively accused my son of stealing something from the counter. We were shocked by her behaviour, as she blamed him without even checking the CCTV cameras. When we asked her to double-check the cameras, she later realised her mistake and apologised. This is the most ridiculous behaviour I have ever experienced at Starbucks.

13/03/2026: These fish and chips were delicious but did cost £12 for one portion. The queue was very long but it was worth the wait for the taste. The portion was big enough to share.

09/03/2026: i would give this a 0 if i could. the ketchup was runny, the chips tasted of dirt, and there was muck everywhere. what happened to the shop i loved?

13/12/2025: A few of us went here for the early bird deal. All our meals and starters were delicious and the poppodoms with dips were unreal. Also, the naan was the best naan I’ve ever had! I had the Saag, highly recommend! We will be back.

25/01/2026: Ordered food at 9.30, 10 to 11 and still no sign of food. Took money from the app and no delivery. Rang and asked to speak to someone, phones ignored by staff and then serious attitude on staff when they do choose to answer.

27/11/2025: Very very mixed experience here...... As a family of 5 we went here and ordered some food to takeaway. Quarter pounders were the worst burgers we have ever tasted, the burger buns were hard. The burger meat was unseasoned and hard also. The chips were ok, again no seasoning on anything, a shake of salt wouldn't go a miss. The chicken goujons were absolutely scandalous, it was like trying to eat a tyre mixed with cardboard, they had a strange taste off them too. They shouldn't be on the menu at all, we brought them home to the dog, which she enjoyed! The curry cheese chip however was lovely, the curry was lovely, the cheese melted well , no faults about that. The dinner box was just ok, the 1st piece of chicken was like the goujons whilst the other 2 pieces were cooked to perfection. We wouldn't order from here again.

24/02/2026: First time eating here and I was not disappointed, got the chilli cheese wrap meal everything was nice and fresh, it's also hard to find decent and tasty garlic sauce I should have got a few tubs to bring home, will definitely be back soon

26/08/2025: Was in there today and got myself a Cappucino, it was awful, The coffee is very very acidic, the cocoa powder they use isnt great either, its not the first time ive questioned the taste but it will be the last, I dont know if its the type of Beans, The dosing in the machine, the machine or the water but that coffee is not right. its actually sickening
