07/03/2026: Terrible rude service, items missing from order didn't care or offer to send them. I was still charged though-so basically robbed. When I rang the restaurant the man on the phone couldn't care less and blamed the app aven though I saw on my screen that I had ordered garlic bread. He said I should get in touch with the company as the app is nothing to do with them. No wonder they have high staff turn over, nobody cares.

25/08/2026: Excellent food, there was fresh, delicious produce used in the food. Chips were the best I've had in a while. Portions were large. Overall a place I will definitely return to. It was leaning towards the more pricey of places however don't let that influence you. 5 stars all round.

18/08/2026: Nice chips but not too good for gluten free. We phoned a few hours before and were told there were lots of gf options but when we arrived there were only burgers without the bun and no battered sausage as the sausages had gluten in them. We were told the gf chips would be labelled but they weren't (gf burger was labelled). Staff had limited knowledge of gf but was well listed on the website. Bit of a shame about the lack of gf options as we visited a few years ago and were told one of the owner's sisters was coeliac. Pickles weren't pickled but more like cucumber slices.

13/07/2026: Drive through and sit down available at this McDonald's very convenient location and good service. Would advise to visit and have some bites from it. 😀

21/06/2026: On signs says it closes at 1am. On the god forsaken night of Saturday into sunday (12:05) the person i assume to be manager with the ponytail and dark eyebrows decided they were already closing, refusing to let people pay at the till and telling people they can’t eat inside and to leave immediately after getting food and staff were behind the counter/ kitchen giving out loudly when someone came in. If times have changed it must be changed on the sign or atleast be polite about it as on the sign it says 1am. Wasn’t very happy with the supposed manager at all.

26/03/2026: I'll start off with the owner has the right to refuse I currently drive from Kildare one day a week to see my old man in hospital so juggling with a remote work day and pop on or out a few times. Not the story just context. I'm doing a few hours in coffee shops and have used blackfriars as coffees decent and bright space. The female barista has been so nice. I stay about 3 hours or so, emails and calls you know what most remote humans do Spend normally about 20+ quid each time for the past 4 or 5 weeks, today maybe 14-15 quid. I normally get a bap too. Arrived at 10:15 ish left 1:45 ish. I was leaving today and what looks like the owner told me "you're not welcome to use the shop as an office" I may have been loud while on a call which ok I get, but could have ask me to stop or be quieter, but he went straight to "you're not welcome" I find it mad as the shop is not that busy and light on customers sitting in most days. He didn't ask the screaming 3 year old they are running riot, they are not welcome, or the couple screaming with laugher... I probably spent the same if not more than them. OTT move tbh. Pity your staff are sound, coffee decent and was helpful as I juggle work and seeing my dad. Quiet a sad little man. I'm better off.

14/03/2026: My brother has additional needs due to Fetal Alcohol Syndrome. While he was simply enjoying himself, dancing, and having a good time like anyone else, we were asked to leave. There was no disruption — just someone expressing happiness. Not all disabilities are visible, and situations like this highlight how important awareness and understanding are in public spaces. People with additional needs have the same right to enjoy a night out, listen to music, dance, and socialise without feeling judged or excluded. I would encourage staff and management to keep this in mind in the future and to consider disability awareness training. A little understanding can make a huge difference. I hope this feedback is taken constructively so that others with hidden disabilities are treated with the respect, dignity, and inclusion they deserve. being dragged clean out with additional needs is absolutely unacceptable and do not go if u want a good night and have a disability and you will be taken out if enjoying themselves not even one star absolute dogs in there

10/08/2026: The food was very delicious The chips and pizza was very nice cooked and crispy. We came all the way from Cork that was nice experience with Pizza Palace.

20/12/2025: This place used to be bang on but now don't bother every time you order there always something wrong with meal and there pizza am really poorly made no filling and sloppy doe, so no more from this place anymore I've given them couple chances but still don't care what they send.

12/08/2025: Shit food didn’t bring the pizza I wanted would not give us back the the money but we spent 160€ on food and forgot a pizza and would not deliver it back out would not recommend this take away

11/07/2026: The security guard «Ivan» from Croatia behaved in a completely unacceptable and aggressive manner. He physically pushed several girls, even though there was no justification for using force. This experience made us feel unsafe and unwelcome. We expected professional behavior from the security staff, but instead we were treated with aggression and disrespect. We cannot recommend this place.

05/08/2026: Ordered online and went for collection but the girl there made me wait a long time and was not at all approachable. A kind of racist attitude. Will not visit again.

27/05/2026: Food was rather nice but decided to get a Mozie ice cream and the manager made it and filled half way and barley added topping not up to expectations and was disappointed considering the price

06/08/2026: I got fish, chips and sausages. The batter on both the fish and sausages was thick and soggy. The chips were limp and greasy. This place has gone seriously downhill. I won't be going there again. Skip it if you can.

05/08/2026: Can't believe how disappointed and disgusting the food was fish was stink I couldn't eat it the chip's taste like two day old reheated chips but ye don't care anymore

14/07/2026: The first time a few weeks back I ordered a philly steak sandwich n chips the steak was tougher than old.boots and I mean that every piece was inedible..the chips was well worn out looking and they too was 3 chips and the rest in the bin.. Absolutely not a place I would recommend..in fairness how can you pass out that kinda food at a prime time like 6pm in the evening

22/06/2026: Unfortunately, our experience didn't match the many positive reviews. We ordered two burger meals, a 9" pepperoni pizza, chips and drink for €43.50, but it was poor value for money. The pizza box was dripping with grease, the burger and bacon meat quality was very poor, and the chips were, overcooked, hard, tasteless. The toilet facility also needed attention, no soap available and the toilet seat cover completely missing. On a positive note, the staff were polite. We won't return.
