09/11/2024: All the staff are lovely 😍 great job guys

26/10/2024: Coffee speciality from hell. Ordered two wraps with iced coffees, waiting over 20 minutes, wondered if they had forgotten us. Both wraps contained a side of chopping board with complimentary hair. While the coffee was over flowing down the side of the cup ruining a new hoodie.

13/11/2024: So so unprofessional. Rang before 6pm and she put me on hold for 2 seconds. Was 4 mins and so I rang back and this time when she asked me to hold I explained that no I didn't have credit to do so. She went on and on about how busy they were and how many other people she needed to sort out. Unprofessional. Took my order anyway and because it was busy told me I would be waiting an hour. I laughed and said that's no problem I understand. 90 mins later, a full hour and a half I rang back. Rang 12 times in total before someone answered and when they did I explained I was still waiting only to be told that my food hadn't even left yet as she had another 10 or so deliveries before me. Being busy is understandable but the professional thing to do would be to call and let people know they are running behind or to give a realistic time over the phone so I can decide if I want to wait 2 hours for my food. I can't say what the food is like cos I was meant to be a new customer. Rang my usual place and had my food in 20 mins from there. Very disappointed overall. Left it at 2 stars as I can't judge the food as never tried it. Not sure I will bother trying again if they are this understaffed on a busy Wednesday

27/07/2024: What has happened to this take away..the food has gone down hill & the portion sizes have halfed, won't go back this time, im done. Wouldn't recommend.

01/11/2024: It’s an Asian store. Great place I came for a Mochi ice,Ramen and a medium cup of pineapple and watermelon bubble tea. I drank it before I could take a picture but I dropped the menu.

09/10/2024: Our work department with a group of over 70 enjoyed lovely food and great service here after a long beach walk in Tramore. Luka was great to deal with in the run up to the event and catered to our needs. Staff on the day were helpful and efficient. Would recommend Brooklyn Tramore for a great dining experience.

16/10/2024: The food was delicious!! Was ready on time and the staff were very friendly, will definitely visit again even though I'm 25 km away and live 400 yards from two local Chinese restaurants

15/09/2024: I have visited meades many times over the years but today made sure I will not return. First off we had to clear our own table, when going up to order the staff behind the counter were extremely rude and could really use a course in customer service. We went to get a glass for a soft drink one of my family members had ordered and the glass was FILTHY, (I've attached pictures of the rim of the glass) so she was handed a paper cup to drink out of instead.

15/09/2024: The cafe is filthy ........dirty tables.....food on the floor..the look of the cafe was of dirt and clutter....chunky space consuming seating.....complete disorganisation.

13/10/2024: Lovely place. I have to say this. Putting Shero in manager of market bar, and Becky as manager in Heerys, was the best decision ever. There is a unison between the bars that has never existed before. They need to just become married 🙂

16/09/2024: The meatball sub I got was too crunchy, I think it was a bit too toasted. I'm not sure if I'd eat here again, as I prefer Chopstix. The staff seem nice! 👍

22/10/2024: I ordered 3 pieces chicken and chips. Chips were ok but chicken.....i found a feather on one of them and it tasted weird overall, didn't like it at all. Wouldn't recommend ordering chicken, fish I did like tho.

18/09/2024: Excellent fish and chips, fast service , chips were done to perfection, batter was full of flavor, fish tasted locally caught, with a great hot sauce dip.
