15/04/2025: Great location, but we were waiting almost 20 minutes for a cup of tea and the place was filthy. No vegan options.

07/03/2025: The staff have lost all hope, I think the next me who served me needs a good boss to put done life into her. The breakfast was great and she made me a lovely coffee, but it was very expensive. It is due to high rents & rates though, the place is looking worn out and tired sadly. But if you don’t own the property and the landlord is the only winner, you don’t have much hope sadly.

23/01/2025: Closed when we wanted: not a word about closure on their website, and nothing on their broken FB page, and they don't provide an email address.

21/11/2024: We had a lovely Sunday lunch, it was warm and cozy in the restaurant. The Irish stew and Roast dinner were both excellent. It was overall a nice experience. The food was hot and the Chef even came out to say hello! We will recommend to our Irish family and friends. Definitely a stop on our next visit.

09/01/2025: Hi I just ordered a takeaway of fish and chips for myself and my colleagues and I have to say I will not be ordering there again the chips were all reheated the fish was burnt I cannot believe that they had this food delivered like this if I could put up a photo of it I would and you would realise what I am talking about this is terrible how they can dish out this kind of food

21/12/2024: Food missing from order and chicken that did arrive was cold. They sent out the missing food and that was nice and hot !!! So they can deliver hot food when they want to. Second driver blamed the first driver. Never again.

23/03/2025: Food is always Delicious but there must be a different cook .got take away last night and it's not the same ,not good. Just didn't taste as nice ,there were chunks of under cooked peppers in my food , there's never peppers in this dish.pilau rice was sticky and luke warm.Not the usual gorgeous food we are used to from voujon.

02/02/2025: The pizza was good have oily, everytime I’d pick up a slice I saw the oil. The staff were kinda rude and annoyed for no reason.i liked the smell and the menu was good and the chairs and tables were clean and nice. All the food was good but the pizza was oily but good

10/10/2024: TO AVOID. 15,99 for a horrendous dish : boiled bland chicken, untasteful and non-existent sauce, overcooked pasta. 14,95 for a pre made pizza with no generosity or personality. Domino's pizzas are the same price and are better ??? I've never had this bad of a meal. I feel like I've been robbed. I wanted to give this place a shot because of the Google reviews but no. The truth must be told.

27/01/2025: The sign on the door says the shop opens at 10:00 a.m. The shop still isn't open at 10:40. Open your shop when it says it's meant to be open or change your opening times.

16/03/2025: DO NOT USE THE WEBSITE! It is apparently "the old website", and despite being up and running with no warning or alert not to use it, you can make an order and it will take your money, they don't get your order. When i had this issue, employee couldn't care less. Didn't offer to take my order now or try to help, just told me to dispute the charge and then moved on to the next customer

05/05/2025: The restaurant is quite spacious. The breakfast was fine. Staff was so friendly.

08/04/2025: Ordered fried chicken and "fluffy" pancakes. It looked appetizing on the menu. But what I got was the opposite. The "fluffy" pancake was as thin as a crepe and very dry. Overall the food was not okay. The staff were great though, very friendly and inviting.

24/04/2025: We ordered the food from just eat and i was late more than an hour i rang them 18times and at 19th time they answered i asked wheres my food its been a while theire answer was sorry we busy delivery should be in 10min which still didn't come on time they arived 20mins later i got the it food wss cold and still didn't got what i ordered so lads avoid this place

21/03/2025: Third time getting this chipper in the past month and third time there has been a problem. First was an easy order asked for two battered sausages a burger and chip, waitied a half an hour in the take away for them to ask me what did I order and have to wait another 20 for it, second was I went in again and asked for two smoked cod and chips they said they’d only one so I got a burger with the instructions of just cheese ketchup and bacon on it only to get into the car to realise the burger was full of onions mayo lettuce everythjng I didn’t want with the other surprise of a fresh cod not battered so had to go back in re order everything with all turned out to be a two hour ordeal from start to finish, then tonight said I’d go for delivery two smoked cod and chips and two cans of coke to have one fresh cod and one smoked turn up to the door, the two guys behind the counter are absolute morons that don’t know they’re ass from their elbow and shoulder both get better English lessons or hearing aids along with glasses and a bottle of cop on. The food is somewhat passable but as for anything else about the place I would never recommend anyone eat from here go to the Marian or Roberto’s where you get friendly staff nice food and the correct order.

18/03/2025: Always my go to for a quick and delicious takeaway. Everything I've ordered so far has been top notch, and imo best battered sausage ya can get in town. The staff are super nice as well. Will always recommend Ballybricken

20/05/2025: Bad establishment. A big clique full of anti-Irish bullies who don't like real Irish people. They do love fake Irish people though who talk nonsense. Says it all when there own bouncer who back completely for bullying Irish people. Stay clear if you want a real Irish experience go down to the Mansion House or over to the hub much better. Better pints of Guinness and all drinks in general. Overall better service, food, drink and treatment elsewhere.

28/04/2025: I ordered food on the website and they left me short a chip for the second week in a row! And when I called them today the man on the phone was very rude telling me that I didn’t order it and that he checked the order. I then asked for a refund for the large chip and he said no that next time he will give me a free one. I would have driven to get it only that I live 15 minutes away and the rest of my food would be cold by then. The chips that came with the other meal my family got were then undercooked and just not very nice. I won’t be going back and from reading the other reviews the man working there doesn’t seem to be nice at all need a customer service lesson

02/03/2025: They have a great menu, selection of fresh fish, and a range of dirty fries that make a full meal, I drive past the local chipper and another ten minutes to eat from here, but it's a takeaway and you have to wait up to 15 mins for your food- but it's freshly cooked for you
