13/12/2025: Rude customer service. Food was not fresh and had a strange taste and smell. Clearly frozen chips. Weird looking satay sauce that masked the taste of the awful food. Fiery red sweet and sour sauce in a contaminated container. Will not come here again. Would not recommend!

13/12/2025: The worst food I have bought in Waterford, I thought i would try at the least the vegetable spring roll as I have never had “bad” one, the most disgusting spring roll as you’ll see in the photo… stay away

01/12/2025: Really bad Service, I went to buy a Spice Box today for Dinner and the guy was extremely rude and threw TOO MUCH spice to the chicken and chips, I had to throw it away.

28/10/2025: May no child ever live to see that Donner Menu in Apache , The kebabs were smaller that my dogs left pinky . To the boss man who made that I hope ur pillow is roasting hot tonight on both sides.🙏🥀

But lately its gone down hill very rude customer service they have a food app and dont bother looking at it when you go to collect your order its not even started why have an app if yku dont bother checking it.We will not be returning again and i hope others see it in time

16/03/2026: Food not good enough Staff are the rudest I've ever seen in all the chippers I've been in. The way she treated the person infront of me was unacceptable. I should have walked out then. Food is terrible. Chips not pealed right and greacy out. Fish was just like eating a block of batter

10/07/2025: Saw good reviews elsewhere so gave it a try. Chips were average at best. Battered sausages were the worst ive ever had. Whoever made the batter doesn't know how to make batter let alone they were drenched in dirty oil. Burger was cheap quality garbage in a stale bun. Wouldn't order again I understand the damage bad reviews can do but if you don't want them then don't serve DIRT to paying customers. Food was barely fit for human consumption

21/03/2026: 40 euro for overcooked pizza and chips! Robbery!! Delivered by driver wearing flip flops on bare feet, already destroyed appetite. Pizza overcooked and the garlic drizzle looks like someone vomit on it! Avoid !! Disgusting!!🤮

11/12/2025: An absolute rob!!! Had what was supposed to be a medium pizza delivered. It was the smallest pizza I've ever seen in my entire life! Shrinkflation is being kind!!! I'd say less than a 10" for €17.50!!! It was my first and last time ever ordering from Apache! Never again!!!

30/12/2025: Ordered food from the Abrakebabra in City Square Shopping Centre Waterford and the chap behind the counter was so rude. He looked to be by himself collecting trays and taking orders and doing food prep, which is understandable for the intial delay in service. However, when my friend and I went to order Animikh was so rude to both of us, i was asking to see if I could order items with my meal and I could not hear him he did not try to help in any capacity. He asked why we had not ordered together, as if thats any of his business, god forbid we would want to pay separately for our own food! Service was exceptionally slow. The food was fine, only slightly cold (for food that had been cooked fresh is impressive), the onion rings were overcooked and inedible. Wouldnt come back here to eat again.

26/11/2025: Food is fine but there is only one member of staff running around trying to do everything, ultimately from the stress rude to customers as well.

22/10/2025: Chips are being cooked in rancid oil. They taste dreadful. New owners don’t know what they’re doing . Avoid at all costs. Go to Massimo‘s or Dooleys.

23/09/2025: They should advertise that their meat products are Halal!! Would not step foot inside this place. Food is rank and a rob
