29/12/2023: I’ve had difficulty over the past few days finding the words to describe this absolute gent! I called the night before Christmas Eve on a whim and a panic asking would it be possible to get a Toblerone cheesecake made. I didn’t have high hopes considering how late it was as he said he was about 100+ orders deep at this stage. Thankfully Charly was very accommodating and said “leave it with me”. The next day he called to say it was ready for pick up. We were absolutely blown away by the presentation and the taste was other worldly! 5 stars! Best cheesecake I’ve ever had 👌 Thanks Charly! You honestly made our Christmas!

11/03/2024: First of all we came in to pinks ordered our starter it was all good nothing wrong we ordered our main of 2 burger meals and explicitly said a plain burger no sauce and everything on the other one, when we got our food we got sauce on the “plain burger” which could have been an honest mistake, we sent the wrong food back and they continued to get it wrong 4 more times. On top of that we were already starving so tried to eat our food found a bone in the burger spat it out and tried to continue eating then found numerous hairs in the food which I pulled out of my mouth after eating the burger then had lost our appetites for the food I pulled apart my burger and found ketchup in it when I had numerously sent the food back as I am allergic to red sauce we then called over our waiter and did not have to pay for one of the dinners as I had about 3 bites and found all the above things in my burger. Then we called over the manager Lauren and was extremely rude and ignored the 3 hairs on the serviette and told us not to come back. Was very disappointed as I came here last summer and enjoyed my meals no chefs wore hair nets as I seen leaving the restaurant very disappointed will not go back.

26/10/2024: Had more than a few pints of Guinness and stopped by here on the way to my hotel. Food hit harder than a truck and had some decent banter with the fine lads working the counter. Great way to cap off the night 10/10

19/10/2024: After 25min I finally went to check if our food is ready. When I was told 7 more mins I asked for at least 2 kids meals that we ordered . cheese burgers and chip came cold. After 40min waiting for pizza we went to ask for our 10” mind you place was busy but after we came and ordered first. Pizza came soggy and loaded with ham that I asked not to add plus hair. Service is a total mess , never again.

20/07/2024: Fast delivery,very good pizza,the chicken was delicious,delicious kebab, the price is very good , we loved it and we highly recommend it 😄

06/09/2024: Got recommended to try out their pizza…once opened i realised nothing i asked was on that pizza…they gave me a spicy pizza. Never again.

13/10/2024: Main bar football on I'm both rooms annoying don't want to eat my food with sports on staff didn't care food was ok but over facing breakfast ok staff didn't tell u what the system was had to keep asking them kept running out of orange juice cranberry like water

14/09/2024: The hotel is a good location,but the car park is two streets behind the hotel if you are travelling with family I’d advise to drop them to hotel with luggage, upon arrival The reception staff were nice. The restaurant was good.and a play area for children when you eat which was very convenient,my only complaint was the lady behind the bar I would recommend some hospitality training as her manners are not suited for this job

12/09/2024: Terrible food and terrible service. Atmosphere was tense as boss had an altercation with our waiter during the middle of our dinner and told him to go home. Shame as our waiter was the only good thing about this place.

06/11/2024: Get order yesterday spend over €30. Got over 30 minutes late delivery with cold pizza. I call and spoke with manager, she didn't apologise at all for late delivery. Very disappointed customer. They should at least offer something extra, or give money back for bad service!

21/10/2024: Just order a kebab tray from here big hair or a string in it and try to say it done it myself have been ordering food here for years never had a problem but when he said I done it myself will be taken it further... stay away if you don't wanna be food poisoned

21/07/2024: I walked in and was greeted by the most welcoming gentleman. He served me up the best chicken nuggets I’ve ever had in my puff. They got the food to me faster than I could get my hand in my pocket. Best food I’ve had in Ireland.
