10/10/2024: TO AVOID. 15,99 for a horrendous dish : boiled bland chicken, untasteful and non-existent sauce, overcooked pasta. 14,95 for a pre made pizza with no generosity or personality. Domino's pizzas are the same price and are better ??? I've never had this bad of a meal. I feel like I've been robbed. I wanted to give this place a shot because of the Google reviews but no. The truth must be told.

24/07/2024: Extremely rude man at till, screamed at a delivery driver in front of all the customers, argued with me when I wanted to pay by card and there was no cash only signs, as well as a card machine behind him that he clearly wasn’t arsed using, waited 20 minutes for food and left empty handed

21/10/2024: Ordered 1/2 pounder burger, was more like a standard double cheeseburger, no flavour, burger patty was dry, barely any sauce on the burger. I also had their battered sausages, it wasnt even a proper battered sausage it was just one of them cheap nasty hotdog sausages you buy in a supermarket simply dipped in batter, just writing about it makes me want to gag, I wouldnt even feed it to a dog. I went ahead and got chips aswell, which taste like they were cooked the day before and just re-fried. STEER CLEAR OF THIS ESTABLISHMENT

12/10/2024: Absolutely the worst food I’ve ever eaten from this establishment- chicken came in a pizza box and the oily smell was horrible lingering on our clothes afterwards

31/10/2024: I tried shella palace many times my first experience was fair enough and I give it a second chance and many more chances but no improvement tonight was my bad experience again. Bad service spoiled food and over charged. PLS never ever try this hotel you will deeply disappointed.

07/08/2024: Colourful, 10 stars. Great place for families and single ladies and gentlemen also. Very welcoming and delightful, very stylish and warm and welcoming, sparkles and beautiful, an asset to Ireland, if you are an alien coming from Mars and only have euros and hungry come here from 5-10pm and you will be over the moon. Absolutely delicious food just similar to their Dublin store. I am so excited to return as a single lady. Flowers, carpet, decor impeccable the toilets are so clean and prestige. It's perfect. It's perfect for medium to small parties.

29/09/2024: Ordered spicy ramen, got overcooked noodles smothered in sauce. I can, without a doubt, say that this was the worst dish I've tasted in the last decade. It was like something a drunk college student would cook at 3am after coming home, and I would have preferred to not have eaten it all. I had a few bites because I felt horrible wasting that much food and money, but I got out of there so quickly my chair was spinning. Oh, they have napkins, but they give you cheap paper tissues instead. I honestly don't know how a "chef" had the guts to send out this kind of food. Finally, how hard is to put a can of soda in the fridge? Edit1: this business has reported my picture as not being actual, but it is. It's good to see that they feel at least enough shame to try to have this review removed. Edit2: The restaurant replied, saying they've never sold ramen. Fair enough, it's been a while so I cannot remember what this is even supposed to be, but it is 100% from them.

07/11/2024: Love the food always the best especially the kebabs and pizzas 🍕 and prices are very reasonable. You get a huge pizza for€15.

12/09/2024: As you can see from the photo was a great tasting iced coffee. The problem lies in the price and the size. 4.20€ for incomplete cup of iced coffee. Fair to day thee were ungenerous in amount in the cup. Service was satisfactory with a lovely lady behind the counter. I was unplesently suprised by this 4.20€ price tag and the unfull cup. And minus the ice the cup was approximatly 3/4 full. I decided to support the smaller buisness and not go to costa. Maybe i should have went to costa and got a bigger iced coffee. And thugged out costas extortionate prices

12/08/2024: To readers of this review please read experience of how I was treated by this place during COVID 19 lock down and lengths the Buisness owners went to try have my review removed from this review site to hide honest raw facts how they treated customers and them after having the review removed owners of the Buisness made no attempt to communicate directly with me after ordeal i was subjected to by their so called porter self declared store manager I want to make it clear and known All experiences are my own and my personal experience there is no profanity or any sort of abuse in this review directed at anyone and there are no threats of violence directed towards any single individual or other persons I do not post or share Fake experience if the owner of this premises wishes to meet and discuss this with me they are welcome to contact me personally, First time visiting this premises today one I will not be visiting again, staff on shop floor are only doing what they are badly told to by what I can only describe as a rude egotistical bad mannered manager with no morals or professional respect towards general public, to make long story short I have had my vaccines and I carry my vaccine passport with me everywhere I go, so I entered this premises today and I was met by lovely young lady where I had asked a question, did their products contain dairy or gluten as I cannot eat or digest either, the young girl left to go ask for me and few mins later I was approached by young lad who enquired as to if I had a mask and I explained to him that due to medical reasons I'm unable to wear one, he then told me that if I wanted to continue to be served I had to go outside on street, he would serve me there, I shocked and surprised asked excuse me but you ask animals to leave store and I'm no animal I won't be treated as one, the young man said to me we need to protect customers who are wearing their masks I said are you implying I'm contaigous or he he quickly reversed what he said told me that if I wanted to get served and they were willing to do so but I could only get served outside the shop, I informed young lad that this is noting short of discrimination and he denied that was the case, few mins later aledged manager appeared and to be honest having this individual as manager I feel sorry for his staff, he approached me In a I'll mannered rude way I asked him for his name contact number email address and his position in the store, so he attempted to walk me to front door which I saw coming mile away he then repeated questions like he was playing dumb and stupid, he proceeded to scribble on piece of paper when he had did what he was doing, he proceeded to direct me to him I asked him to put information in my hand and I would kindly like a conversation with him so he came towards me made moves to put his hands on me to force me from property and I told him if he did that he be in serious trouble, he then proceeded to tell me !!! to "F*** OFF!!!" that's how this establishments manager deals with customers complaints. The stable yard cafe Waterford you seriously really need to recheck the reference and qualifications of individuals you are hiring to deal with public on a daily basis. As this individual shouldn't be allowed to Manage a light house never mind manage a food establishment that's purely reliant of foot fall of customers visiting the store on a daily basis. It's for this reason I'm only giving this premises 2 stars as staff were brilliant it's just bad management and misinformation given to and lack of training provided to staff which in this case not their fault. This issue has never been addressed by store owners or any agent or representative of Italian Bakery
