29/12/2024: Visited the Craftsman on Saturday (14th December 2024) I was disappointed by the amount of Vaping taking place inside Member of band playing vaping, appropriately 11 people in pub doing high degree of vaping, there was visible high level haze in the pub at times … it reminded me of the days when smoking was allowed in pubs I did ask the management about vaping policy in the Craftsman, but was disappointed with the fact they do not have any… not like other pubs in the area, who treat it the same a smoking Overall a ok Pub … but let down on vaping policy, personally will now be going to other pub in the area, who look after the majority of the customers and not just those who vape

27/12/2024: Quaint but cosy little pub, my visit today was for a less joyful occasion however the staff were very accommodating, the food was really tasty and the drinks were very refreshing. I can recommend this location should it cross the path of anyone passing through the area.

09/09/2025: I had heard of the “gen z stare”, I unfortunately saw it in action in Brooklyn. Service was appalling, not one competent member of staff in the place from my experience.

28/05/2025: Tried this place for my first ever spice bag. €19, enough food for two, no red or green peppers, very little onion and red chilli. Fried rice was ok. The chicken was tough and overcooked. More salt than spice. Neither of us could finish it. I'll give this place a miss in the future, and probably spice bags as well.

I’ve been going to Btwenty7 in Waterford multiple times a day — morning, afternoon, and evening — and I can confidently say this place is the heartbeat of my daily routine. The coffee? Unreal. Genuinely the best I’ve ever had, and I don’t say that lightly. Whether you’re after a smooth flat white or a rich iced latte, they never miss. But what really takes this place to another level is the staff — and I have to shout out Caragh, who is an absolute gem. She’s a recent addition to the team, and honestly? It’s like she’s been there forever. Her energy, her vibe, the way she remembers your order and makes you feel like royalty every single time — it’s rare. She doesn’t just serve coffee, she serves positivity with a side of caffeine. An absolute legend. Btwenty7 isn’t just a coffee stop — it’s part of my day now. A proper go-to. Big love to the whole team, and especially Caragh — keep being amazing

27/07/2025: New girl I haven’t seen before, Sunday morning. The most rudest person I’ve ever come across! Takes about 15/20 minutes to get an order if you order any hot food regardless if it’s busy or quiet. Used to always go here, won’t be in future.

16/06/2025: Our first pub stop at the start of our tour of The Wild Atlantic Way. Very friendly welcome from the staff and customers. They made a huge fuss of our Border Collie, Annie and made a great start to our holiday (not many dog friendly pubs found since)! Now on the 8th day of our 4 week tour and so far they served the best pint of Guinness I've had so far (the only o e I'd say that was better than in England). So thank you for your hospitality. We hope to find more pubs like yours over the next 3 weeks. Malc, Carrie & Annie.

11/09/2025: Came here on Saturday night for a meal and it was absolutely delicious we had the prawn pil pil, nachos and a brownie for dessert, lovely hot fire on, nice friendly staff will definitely recommend and return.

30/05/2025: 18.50 for a soup and sandwich and a can of coke 🙄 complete rip off for a bit of soup and sandwich. Would have got a lovely rost dinner out in the sweep for cheaper

29/01/2025: i came here today to get a coffe / and there was que in front so i decided to use the toilet before and when i was passing over the counter receptionist name Jay shouted across the cafe at me toilet only for coustumer use only. that was the rudest thing i heard in my life other customers also expressed the same shock as me. how can someone put up with such a rude behaviour.

23/04/2025: I don't like the new area they've done up. They've taken up a load of space with two table games which I was told you must book online to play. They look like they were very expensive, and I have never seen anyone play them! Bring back the picnic benches or something similar. Those high chairs aren't comfortable to sit at for long periods of time while waiting on a game of pool. What goose thought of putting mainly high chairs in a pool and darts area.

28/07/2025: Had the chance today to grab lunch here Tried the beef curry ,Malabar paratha and Malabar biryani. The beef curry was good just the way the traditional Kerala curry is done this paired perfectly with the parota. The biryani was good as well. There is only staff member on the floor the management could have more staff on the floor . One staff doing everything from taking orders to serving to getting the bill can be a bit overwhelming for the staff and efficiency of the service
