29/01/2025: i came here today to get a coffe / and there was que in front so i decided to use the toilet before and when i was passing over the counter receptionist name Jay shouted across the cafe at me toilet only for coustumer use only. that was the rudest thing i heard in my life other customers also expressed the same shock as me. how can someone put up with such a rude behaviour.

09/09/2025: I had heard of the “gen z stare”, I unfortunately saw it in action in Brooklyn. Service was appalling, not one competent member of staff in the place from my experience.

13/10/2025: This is a dated hotel which has modernised parts of the hotel and in my opinion the most important parts. So the bedding is fabulous, TV is state of the art, the breakfast is delicious and plentiful, staff are very helpful and the hotel couldnt be more central. It's a great place for a weekend.

19/07/2025: Avoid using the "old website" because it's still active, and you can place an order, but it won't go through. They'll take your money, and you won't get anything. When I had this problem, the employee wasn't helpful at all. They didn't offer to assist with my order or try to fix the issue. At least remove the website if u don't use it. Use less people

17/07/2025: Always visit the Cork stores, but first time using the Waterford one and I will most definitely be back. The staff are so friendly and look to go above and beyond to help - you don't feel rushed to order and move on like some other busy restaurants. The store is really clean despite its size and its city centre location, which I know can be difficult to do. But obviously the biggest thing is the really high quality food provided!!! Chilli cheese breast in a bun meal with gravy - you cannot go wrong!!! Their wraps are great too, as is the original chicken. Will definitely return when next in Waterford. Thanks to Marco and his staff for their great efforts.

10/08/2025: Excellent service and food - a young woman named Laura (in a pink mask) was holding the fort by herself during a busy spell, she never missed a beat, and made us two of the best subs we've had in a long time (and we eat a lot of subs!)

I appreciate the effort that goes into running a restaurant, but unfortunately, the overall quality of food was extremely low. Dishes tasted bland and lacked the freshness I was hoping for. The flavours didn’t quite match the standards I’ve come to expect from Chinese cuisine—there was little seasoning and ingredients did not taste fresh, covered with a lot of sauce. I’m sharing this not to criticize harshly, but in the hope that this feedback is helpful. I believe with more attention to freshness, flavour, and seasoning, your offerings could improve significantly and match the prices you are charging. 21/10/2025: Easily the best Indian food I've ever eaten. Everything was made fresh, really lovely flavours, attentive staff. Will definitely come back here for more. Had the gobi starter and chicken methi. Unreal.

09/09/2025: I was a bit disappointed with my recent visit. The food did not quite meet expectations, and the flavors felt lacking. Unfortunately, the service was not very attentive, which made the experience less enjoyable. Considering the high prices, I don’t feel that the value matched what was offered. I hope the restaurant can improve on these aspects in the future.

02/09/2025: The girls serving this morning 2nd September 2025 were non-challant and dismissive. We were left unattended to. No car was ahead of us and when we drove around, one of the girls said she is the only one serving. We felt she could have reassured us that they will reach out to us instead of leaving us unattended for almost five minutes. They were chatting.

I’ve been going to Btwenty7 in Waterford multiple times a day — morning, afternoon, and evening — and I can confidently say this place is the heartbeat of my daily routine. The coffee? Unreal. Genuinely the best I’ve ever had, and I don’t say that lightly. Whether you’re after a smooth flat white or a rich iced latte, they never miss. But what really takes this place to another level is the staff — and I have to shout out Caragh, who is an absolute gem. She’s a recent addition to the team, and honestly? It’s like she’s been there forever. Her energy, her vibe, the way she remembers your order and makes you feel like royalty every single time — it’s rare. She doesn’t just serve coffee, she serves positivity with a side of caffeine. An absolute legend. Btwenty7 isn’t just a coffee stop — it’s part of my day now. A proper go-to. Big love to the whole team, and especially Caragh — keep being amazing

13/10/2025: The food and service is excellent, but the area definitely does not feel safe on Saturday evenings.

06/07/2025: Cud do with bigger kebabs, better mix of veg, cook the meat more (almost crispy) & less sauce. Reasonably tasty tho😄
