20/04/2025: I mean it’s probably the most overated pub I’ve ever been to. There was a serious leak in the bathroom and my friend kindly reported it. Later on, we notice it was still there and we assumed the place irresponsibly failed to fix it. However, their bar tender approached us aggressively and ordered us to leave as his failure to fix the leak led him to believe we were the cause. He ruined our night and his arrogance prevented him from realizing that he is not a plumber. I wouldn’t feel comfortable as a patron to visit this unprofessional and disgusting establishment.

No apologies offered, instead the waitress called us rude when we complained. Food was mediocre when it arrived. Overall a very disappointing experience. Such a pity as the beach views are incredible. We won’t be returning :(

24/05/2025: Lovely location and friendly waitress and barman. The manager was extremely rude to the staff and stopped us on leaving to say we didn't pay for a drink. This was completely untrue. Both drinks were paid for prior to being served to us. When this was explained to him he wasn't a bit apologetic and blamed his error on the till. Very disappointed to be spoken to in such a manner.

24/01/2025: Cafe Goa was open and busy on the Tuesday night we were in Waterford. We were looking for an Indian or Asian meal and several other places were closed on Tuesdays. We enjoyed a very tasty, well cooked, meal with a nice bottle of wine. The service was friendly and efficient, providing a very enjoyable dinner on the night we were there.

15/06/2025: I made a booking over the phone for an early evening meal at 5 pm at Brooklyn, Tramore to celebrate my elderly mother in-law's birthday. I was asked if I would be okay with returning the table by 6.30. However, when we arrived at 5pm and were seated at the table we were told they needed the table back by 6.00pm. When I protested that I had been told 6.30, I was told no it was 6. I was contemplating trying to find somewhere else, which would have been very difficult at that stage on Saturday night when the same member of waiting staff came back and without any apology told me oh it was 6.30 but they really needed the table back sooner, so if we could finish up earlier, it would be better. The food and atmosphere was fine, but I definitely won't be going back!

05/07/2025: It depends what you order, the prawns were terible, over cooked and somehow still cold in the middle, however the chiken tikka masala and korma were really delicious, the naan bread was okay but it didn't justify its price, I wouldn't really recommend it that much. Really and average restaurant.
