21/07/2026: Lovely friendly staff. Nice outdoor seating

24/05/2026: We parked here hoping to get a drink and food. We had a dog and an elderly lady. The dog went to the loo and I was waiting for my partner to bring the bags to collect it once his mam sat down . Your man behind the bar was shouting although he could see I was standing next to where the dog pooed waiting for the bag. We then walked inside, he instantly said no dogs allowed, no apologies for the way he reacted both times. He didn’t speak Irish, he was rude and arrogant. This left a bad impression. We were looking forward to our visit and maybe a course there soon. I’m not Irish looking, so I can’t tell whether he’s rude to everyone or just on occasions …

16/08/2026: Good coffee. The outside seating area is so scruffy. Shame.

03/04/2026: Coffee is decent, visited Arch Coffee today on the 3 April, but unfortunately the outdoor area was heavy littered, which spoiled my Arch Coffee experience while sitting outside on their lovely benches and soaking up the sunshine.

18/08/2026: The pizzas were very good. The crust was crispy, the toppings were generous, and they were well-seasoned. The price/performance ratio was acceptable for Irish standards. The service was curt, even unfriendly, and the atmosphere was better than any school cafeteria. Recommended for takeaway, but not recommended for eating in.

13/08/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ What a find in Tramore! We had an absolutely fantastic meal at Esquires. The food was superb — beautifully cooked, incredibly generous portions and really well presented. The fish was gorgeous, the steak was cooked beautifully and the sizzling chicken was packed with flavour. Everything that came to the table looked and tasted fantastic. But what really made the evening was the warm welcome and brilliant service. There’s a lovely, friendly atmosphere here and you can tell there’s real pride in the food and in looking after customers. A proper restaurant where you leave very well fed and very happy! 😄 If you’re in Tramore, I’d highly recommend Esquires. We’ll most definitely be back. Five stars from us ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

20/08/2026: Absolutely loved celebrating our engagement party at Zanzibar Waterford! The drinks were fantastic, the atmosphere was brilliant, and the food was absolutely delicious. Everything was perfect from start to finish and made our special night even more memorable. Couldn’t recommend Zanzibar enough

04/08/2026: The food here was absolutely beautiful. One of the tastiest Madras curries I have ever eaten, and the butter chicken was to die for. The naan was also tasty, thin and fresh, just the way we like it. The icing on top however, was the waitress. I didnt catch her name, but she was attentive, kind and fast. She made us feel at ease when our 6 mth old became a little upset due to missing naps with travelling, and made sure we had everything we needed. I would 100% return here given the chance, for both the food and the service.

01/08/2026: I was struck by the friendliness of the servers and owner. They make a lot of authentic Indian recipes and spices in house, leading to a traditional taste you won't find elsewhere in Waterford. The atmosphere will continue to draw me back as a place where I can enjoy a relaxed evening with a few friends.

25/07/2026: the food is so good it’s such a shame Blane is such an unbearably rude person!! if only any other person could be managing the place any time i’ve been in the restaurant he’s been nothing but rude. once tried to stop me from parking at home savers, where i was trying to go, not even his store, because there was a match on in the rsc? he make you feel bad for even being in the restaurant such a shame

10/05/2026: Go to tramore regular with my two god children we go for a swim in splashworld, then we go for a bite to eat, recently we decided to make a change from usual places on the prom we would go for food this time we went up into the town of tramore and found that O'Shea's Hotel was open. We walked inside and were shown to a table and drinks order was taken, found setting to be comfortable warm and friendly it was fab to see open fire 🔥 on the go while there nice to see little tradition kept going. After short wait our drinks were brought to the table. And then our food order was taken by fantastic friendly waitress, she didn't leave us untill she had each order exactly as each one at table required. After short wait food was brought out and I was very surprised with what arrived at the table, i can say O'Shea's exceeded our expectations. Food was hot as it should always be and service received was total above expectations, waitress kept checking to see if everything was ok and to our satisfaction and I can not fault them. There was noting to fault them on. As for the food portions and quality of the food I'll leave pics on here so readers can draw their own opinion, all I can say is O'Shea hotel tramore thank you for the wonderful service you gave us on our visit and we plan to revisit again, keep up what you are doing as it's what customers look for and want when visiting a good business or hotel and restaurant establishment. Don't change what your doing as it works so don't try and fix it coz it is not broke.

04/07/2026: To start there was a loud disagreement going on behind the counter between a member of staff and management and after the staff member left it was still being discussed. We ordered 2 toasted special sandwiches and tea. When the food arrived we got three quarters of a sandwich each ....shrinkflation ? ? .

18/06/2026: I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with the complete lack of attention given to my order. I specifically left a clear instruction requesting less lettuce on the chicken burgers, yet this was entirely ignored and the burgers arrived exactly the same as usual. If customer requests are not going to be read or followed, there is little point in providing a comments section in the first place. On top of that, I ordered Diet Coke and was given Coke Zero instead. This is now multiple errors in a single order, which is simply unacceptable. Customers pay for what they order and expect basic accuracy in return. This experience has shown a serious lack of care and attention to detail. I have ordered from here expecting a certain standard of service, but this order fell well below it. If orders continue to be handled this carelessly, I will be taking my business elsewhere and will not be ordering from here again. I sincerely hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses these issues before more customers are left equally disappointed.

12/08/2026: Greta place for a meal. I love green curry with prawns, sushi is delicious also.

07/08/2026: Staff were very rude. They looked bored and didn’t want to serve us at all and we’re talking to each other standing around. The food wasn’t bad but portions were small for the price.
