27/07/2025: Very Disappointed with the establishment. We messaged their Social Media page to reserve a table for a Hen Party of 18 people, to which we were told they don't take Reservations of a Sat, which is completely understandable, but we were told we were more than welcome to come in. When we arrived last night we were served 1 Drink, and when the last person ordered their drink, we were told it be our last drink as they dont accept Hen parties! More down to the Security Guard who was very Rude..

27/07/2025: Lovely bright space with excellent menu. The food is made fresh to order, delicious homemade scones. Excellent full Irish breakfast with homemade brown bread. The staff are attentive and efficient and very welcoming.

09/07/2025: I drove to Athlone from Co Cork for the night for work, workshop the next day. I Spent an hour online looking for something to eat. Couldn’t make my mind up, so my husband suggested Chinese. So glad I came to this place. The won ton noddle soup and sweet and sour pork with rice was excellent, fresh and full of flavour the best I’ve had since I left New Zealand 2 years ago. Service was on point and welcoming. Good vibes all around. Kia Ora!

19/06/2025: Popped in recently and had such a great experience I felt I should leave a review. The food and atmosphere were lovely, but what really stood out was the staff. You can tell they actually care about what they’re doing—friendly, attentive without being over the top, and just genuinely helpful. It made the whole visit feel really relaxed and welcoming. They clearly work well as a team and are a real credit to the place. It’s the kind of service that makes you want to come back.

22/07/2025: Lovely spot in the middle of the town for a coffee pick me up and a slice of cake or bun. It’s v busy but had quite a lot of seating. My son loves the Cornish pasties which make for a lovely breakfast or lunch on the campsite. Coffee is good
